[Resolved] Stylewereturns and fit of clothing

Returns are a nightmare with StyleWe. They have made the process so difficult that it is nearly impossible to complete. There are multiple steps just to request a return; and there are multiple tasks to complete after you have mailed back the package--at your own expense. Obviously, they are trying to discourage returns. And no one at StyleWe is an English speaker, so the many emails you need to send asking how to comply with the return requirements are answered confusingly.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Walnut, CA
Since the company is in China, but returns are sent to a California address, it takes a very long time for the return to make it back to StyleWe, resulting in a long wait time for your refund.
Returns are necessary, because none of the garments is anything like its on-line sizing description. In general, garments are tiny--not sized for western nation women--even though the dimensions are given and we select sizes based on the dimensions.
Oh well. Interesting designs, but impossible to deal with.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
