Each item arrived terribly wrinkled, and the sizes were either too small or too large. the quality was nothing like the pictures shown. I paid $271 for these dresses and would like a refund. this is my second attempt to contact you!

On sept 22 I placed order #9N468833, sub order #1545230, for a mermaid long sleeve midi dress. On sept 29, 9:27PM, I received notice the order had been shipped. On sept. 30, 3:50AM, I received a second notice "Oder is Delayed!"

On 8 August 2019 I ordered a ladies top from BEIJINGXIKE. £26.02 of which amount has been taken from my bank. Retail location [protected] . I never usually order on line and there was no mention that this company is away in China. I see many complaints and if I do not receive my order soon I will take this further as I am in legal business. I will consult others not to use this company if they do not give me an answer swiftly.
I don't know why on earth they don't have a telephone number for customers. I've tried 5 times to get an address so I can return a dress that is 4 sizes to large. No one ever gets back with the information.

I am complaining about by returned merchandise
Stylewe (71-75 shelton street, covent garden london, wc2h 9jq united kingdom) is refusing to refund my $175 for the two dresses that I returned back to their company in the beginning of august. They are telling me I can't get my money back because I misplaced my tracking receipt I received from the post office. The merchandise was not returned back to me and I had my returned address on the package, so I believe they received it. The order # for the blue sky dress which was wine red crew neck plain shift midi and the zeraco dress which was a blue floral silk 3/4 sleeve midi dress and the order # is [protected]. I had a chat conversation with the company's employee on thursday, september 29th and she told me to submit a complaint because I can't get my money back without the tracking order # when I returned the merchandise to this company. Worst quality ever!. This is definitely a scam. Perhaps your bank can help with this issue by reversing the charges on your credit or debit card. I plan to bring this matter to the attention of the bbb and possibly 20/20 or dateline to dig into the background of these people, it's clearly a scam and needs to stop!

I ordered from StyleWe for the first time and will never buy anything from them again. I was so disappointed with the quality of my items, probably the poorest I've ever seen.

very short waisted dresses: so they all fit like maternity dresses
I kept being lured to the beautiful images.
I kept buying dresses that I stuffed in my closet and never wore. Because for a long time I thought the problem was me.
The "size" was right (if you consider an american l is a stylewe 3x)
But no dress fit right. There is not enough fabric from shoulder to waist so all end up looking like you are pregnant.

No matter what size, this is the universal problem... The dresses are cut so short waisted that even if they zip up, they feel terrible. The waist is about two inches up the midriff.
I looked at those tiny models and if you look closely, even the dresses on them are short waisted. You can see close up, and especially from the back.
If you are a pencil shape with no chest, or if you are short waisted, or I guess if you are an apple shape and don't mind looking like that, it is okay.
But if you are a normal rather hourglass shape, who wants a waist line you will not get it on these dresses. They end up all looking like maternity
Dresses when on a normal body. I am not talking about a huge bust body but a normal american body. Like amazon dresses always fit.
I think it is too late to send them back and I have found returning is a nightmare. I must have fifteen lovely to look at unwearable dresses becasue I did not realize that it would always happen. Always. If you are size 6, buy size xl and have a seamstresss make you a waist line. Otherwise just look pregnant.

I tried a few styles for 400 USD. But when The Products came it was so bad quality and I wanted to return it. They told Me to keep Them and not ship it back and convinced Me to wire my money into what they call store credit! So I did.
I then did order for second time.
When it came it was so bad quality Again.
I then returned the Products and they asked me if I wanted to keep The clothes and get a 20% discount, get storecredit or get my money back. I choose to get my money back because I dont want to try it for the 3rd time. The quality is just so poor.
I had to remind them for a month to pay me my money back. After a month they now claim I cant get my money back. They claim I " only " have store credit.
They simply fool you into their store credit system.
So all In all- Its bad quality, poor service and even if you do return your stuff you have to fight a lot to get YOUR money back,
And dont ever let them issue store credit - it then means you never will get YOUR money back! Its such a rude Company.

I returned my order to Stylewe several weeks ago, and have not heard from the company. They indicated that they would refund the returned items with three days of the return.. I also sent a copy of the return sticker as required.I must contact the Better Business Bureau(BBB) for assistant with my refund.

I ordered 2 dresses, which did not fit. I returned them in July 2016, but StyleWe refuses to refund me. It has been over one month and they are asking for "proof" that I actually sent it back to them. I included their very own barcode in sending it back. I have been exchanging emails with them, and they said in effect, "Sorry, too bad." This company is a complete scam. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. There is no recourse.

clothing - poor quality, undersized, will not issue a refund
Avoid this company - it is a scam. They do not honor their refund policy. You are dealing with a chinese company and the products are sourced from various suppliers so the communication is nearly non - existent. All the items I ordered were basically child sizes and I couldn't even get them on. I am 5'4" 130 pounds and I ordered women's mediums so they should have fit fine. They are made for asian teens, not american adult women. Then I got the run around when I asked for a return label. They tried to get me to keep he item, which I have no use for and offered a 20% refund! Lol! Is this some sort of a really bad joke? Anywho - I always purchase with a credit card, so american express is handling this form me. I don't have another precious moment o my valuable time to waste on rip off companies.. Avoid !

The refund policy states that it will be received in one week. At two weeks with no refund following my return and confirmation from USPS that it had been delivered, I emailed services@stylewe.com. They replied the next day that it would be refunded in one week. In the end, a full refund was processed within a few days after that point. The two dresses I ordered were the same size yet vastly different in size. I was also disappointed in one of the fabrics as very cheap. I checked the tracking of my return package and it stated, "Business Closed. Delivered, left with Individual, " which made me nervous but I got all my money back eventually. The whole interaction was definitely strange. The dresses look so beautiful, but I doubt I will try another one.

I ordered a dress that was too small. I was also not happy with the dress construction as it had a lace pattern that did not match on each side as it did in their pictures. I went through the very unusual procedure for returns. I sent a picture of the receipt for shipping, emailed them with all the info the request for a return and did actually get the price of the dress applied to my credit card. My biggest issue (other than the quality of the garment) is that I had to pay shipping on the first item ($12) and shipping on the return ($8) so I am out $20. While this would not bother me if it was a high end item, it does bother me when the dress itself did not look like it was of good quality materials or cut. My suggestion is to avoid this company until they can revise their procedures and quality issues.

I ordered 2 outfits, Order NO.7S378695 . I really liked the material and style but it was too small. I wrote and asked for the method of return and did not get a response. I tried twice without hearing from Stylewe. Today I tried again and was told that I could not return the item because it was 30 days past due. I told the agent that I asked about a return long before the 30 days but the company did not respond.
My plan was to continue purchasing because I really like the styles but I am VERY dissapointed with the Stylewe. I lost trust am I am afraid of making any future purchases because of your policies and failure to address this issue in a timely manner.
I sent a dress by the designer Borme sku #M15Q4786 for a refund and I was sent another dress the same size that I returned. I would like to return this item as soon as possible.
dresses mis-sized
I ordered 3 dresses on august 6 and none of them have the measurements listed by the "designers" in their product descriptions. The bust areas on all of them are at least 2-1/2" smaller than described. And, of course, you get no service except a canned email that says to pay for return shipping. Dresses are very pretty, but will most likely only fit someone that is a size 0 and those people better order a large. I can't imagine what a small fits - maybe a 5 year old child?
The representatives from StyleWe DON'T read the comments or emails. I have said REPEATEDLY that I looked at the measurements in the product description (which is different for each garment) and the actual measurements are not what the description claims. So either the description is wrong or the product is wrong. Regardless, you can't depend on any information on this website and there is NO phone number to call and talk with anyone. Stay away - far far away.

I have been purchased several orders of dresses from Stylewe.com.
The very first order contains three dress, one of them were ok but others are much smaller than the size should be, so I have to return them.
Then I ordered some 100% SILK dresses.
When I received them, one of them I was labeled 30% SILK.
Then some other orders with materials described as Chiffton, but label in the dresses are 100% POLYESTER!
I sent them emails with pictures of dresses and labels per their request, for explanation why the different materials, here is the answer from some service people:
"Sorry for the confusion. Polyester is the composition of the textile fabric. Chiffon is textile fabric stitch. Chiffon contains polyester and silk."

dresses - online shopping - non-return of refund
I had ordered several dresses at different orders.
Three orders -
The first order came and was deducted from the credit card, but I had to return one (Not wanted) and one because size die not fit.
Then I placed another order for 3 more dresses for myself and a friend.
We returned two dresses, as they were different than stated and one did not fit.
I placed another order to replace the size of the 2 dresses that did not fit (Order one and two) , at the same time returning the other dresses.
(I kept 4 dresses for myself and a friend and returned 5 dresses)
The return was acknowledged by the sender.
However, there is now such a confusion with the return money, as they owe me more than charged. I still do not have any refund and keep getting computer generated messages. ("it will be returned to you within a week")
I keep getting notification of "partial refund" (Whatever that may means) , and I am not getting any satisfaction to clarify any of the above issues.
There is no place where one can speak to someone.
I am ready to report these people to the better business bureau and any other legal governmental agency controlling these business activities.

I ordered a dress on July 17th and my card was immediately charged. I am still waiting for it a month later. The tracking number provided to me did not work so I used the online chat option to try to get help when my package hadn't arrived by August 1. The online chat person told me my package had cleared cuatoms and would drive in about a week. I waited 9 days and sent an email. The response was that my package was held up at customs. Neither "representative " provided me with a working tracking number or an estimated delivery date. Horrible, shady customer service. Based on the nightmare reviews about returns, I am going to see if the fraud department of my credit card can help me. I will never order from this company again.

I received the dress I ordered in a timely fashion, but while I loved the fabric, the size was too small, but only because of the fact it had one small side zipper, no back zipper, and the head and shoulders were cut too small to fit over the head. (Purposeful design?) So, I immediately began the long and complicated process of return/exchange for a larger size. After two more weeks, I emailed them to inquire when I could expect it. They said I needed to email the carrier tracking number or send a photograph of the package! Ha! Who does that? By this time, I was unable to find the tracking slip. I do not show up on their return list. I have received no reassurance that I will ever get the dress or a refund. I have contacted FTC and Consumer Reports. I'm left to assume this company is fraudulent.
