UGH...this is another chinese World of Warcraft gold vendor that defrauds its customers. My story should sound familiar to many: 1) Find, contact their LiveChat and tell them you want to buy gold; 2) Ask LiveChat if they have gold in stock and how long to deliver; 3) answer "Yes, we have XXXX gold in stock and delivery in 10-30 minutes (XXXX being a number 1000 to 10000 greater than what you have asked for.) 4) You place the order; 5) Hours later, "So sorry, we're out of stock/somebody bought it all/supplier won't give it to us; 5) You ask for a refund and "So sorry, manager is out of town/out of country/never here and we can't give you a refund"

If all the above isn't bad enough, here's the worst part. While you are chasing your order on LiveChat, the people are somehow tracking your keystrokes. So, if you make the mistake of logging onto your WoW account while chatting with them *VOILA* they know your account name and password. Not surprisingly, you account gets hacked and you lose all your toons, gold and stuff.

    I have been a repeat customer with them since april, have bought gold atleast 6 times, never had any problems always smooth and instant- yesterday I go to buy gold and it has been worst experience ever dealing with a company- First they tell me its instant then to stand by, then the delivery guy is at lunch for 4 hours, followed by suddenly they are banned and cannot deliver maybe in 3 hours check then, followed by come back tomorrow its late! After repeated demands for my refund they would not give it, and customer service would drop chat, I emailed them and got a response from cindy - Hello

    I have applied refund for your order

    And take message to cashier to deal it for you

    Please wait some time


    Your sincerely


    Today I have no confirmation of such refund in my email- my bank account does not reflect this, I attempted to contact customer service and they girl Helen- said plz wait 8 hours thx and would no give me any clear answers and closed chat window- I immediatly try to go back in chat and she closes it again!

    This is fraud and scamming- I now have to wait to midnight for to FORCE a refund and if they wont do it from there, I will simply have my bank do a chargeback- I do not recomend these people- I went from having honorable, quick and pleasurable transactions to- what you get from every other gold company- dodgy, lying scammers, SSEGOLD has lowered its standard and its way of treating customers, I wouldnt trust these shady people ever again and I advise if your buying gold, AVOID THEM because they are just as slimy as the next company, will tell you they have gold in stock, then make up excuses lies and avoid you until your forced to do a chargeback for a refund they dont wanna give

    0 Votes is a scammer. always said that they had stock. always said they were IGE, or thsale, or mmoinn partner site. you know why? they put such company name as keyword in google. so when you google ige. ssegold ranked as top 1 and their agent will say " yes, we are IGE partner site" F u c king scammer. Just try to steal your money and account information.

    hey guys WARNING

    i want to tell you my story with this ( ssegold ) they have very bad service that if you talk to them and they didn't answer you because they your order is took to long to get they close the chat box and left me alone twice
    without even a word except oh sorry?!!! what i have to do with sorry since i pay for my order and i didn't get it then i tried again to talk to them and they asked me to send my credit card last number with my name!! how come they want to see my credit card info since i payed with pay pal and before i even made the payment there was no rule that's saying send us Ur card last numbers after you pay us..i was reading the terms of the site and there you will see just lies and i advise every 1 to stay away from this site you will waste your money and time like the tragedy happen to me with them..

    These guys are a bunch of skinny eyed ###. What they do is get someone to whisper you in game all nice and friendly like straight away and make it seem like things are going good. Then that person just goes away after a while and thats it. No gold and when you use their live chat you either just get ignored, get the window closed on you or you get stupid replies back like "Ok sorry I will look into this now" or "I see well let me just ask the manager"

    Avoid these skinny eyed, money grubbing, smelly people at all costs.

    I wanted to update any readers who browse for reviews and find this site. At current day it's more than 5 years since a comment about this site so I will add my experience. The stock they quote before you buy from them is still a lie, since I purchased an order quoted to be delivered within an hour. Three days later and I'm still getting the "Please wait 12 hours more" line whenever I ask of its status. Attached is chat log of most recent interaction with their customer service.
