VMinnovations.com is a scamming site. They create inaccurate listings. They sold a ParkIt360 Electric Trailer Dolly for $1,137. When we received the product it was missing parts making it unable to operate. When contacting their incompetent customer service, they stated it was listed as parts only and inoperable. The listing was taken down, and they said they had no copy of the listing anymore. I fortunately took a screen shot of the listing before I completed the purchase, which shows their listing, and the sale was a fraudulent sale. It is obvious their Reviews were purchased though a 3rd party.

I have copies of multiple emails between their 3rd party customer service along with the listing.

Received a non working unit from this company. When they accepted my return they refused to reimburse my shipping cost of $133.00 saying that they provide free shipping slips for returns. When in fact I used the return label they sent me and still had to pay shipping. I even provided them with the shipping receipt and tracking number and they still refused. Be weary of ordering from them especially if you end up having to return your item.

On May 15th, 2018 I purchased a Intex 14' x 42" Prism XL Frame Square Above Ground Swimming Pool Set with Pump, from Walmart.com via VMInovations. After paying to assure the site was properly prepared for the pool and purchasing chemicals, and filling the pool with water, within days the structure on the pool failed. I haven't even had a chance to use it and it fails! I contacted VMInovations about a refund and reimbursement for my output for this inferior product, and the response was as if were a criminal rather than a rightfully upset customer. They expect me to cut a 1 foot square out of the pool to "prove" I am not going to use it, then it is up to me to pay for the disposal of their 300 Lbs of plastic rubbish, as well as eat the cost of thousands of gallons of water, etc...They palm off a clearly inferior product on the unknowing consumer, and when they get called out on it, they act like we are the one in the wrong!

I was planning to go camping with my friends and had all the necessary stuff. Last moment I decided to buy a new tent because mine was way too old.
So I went online and found VMInnovations website. They had really nice prices and there was a tent which I really liked, so I decided to buy it and made my order. Order arrived in a timely manner and everything seemed fine.
So we went camping and when I wanted to set up my tent I found out that there was a huge hole!
When I came back home a week later I contacted VMInnovations and asked for a refund. They said that they were really sorry but they were not able to refund me because I have already used the tent. Never got my money back. Lesson learned.

The company www.vminnovations.com scams customers. They packaged and delivered defective items, and after that they tried to assure the customers that the delivery company was in charge. It was blah-blah, because they promised to contact the delivery company, but in reality they did nothing. They temporized and did everything in order not to pay money to the customers or to change the order. Avoid these people.

I placed the order on the website www.vminnovations.com several weeks ago. It was some sale, and they offered to buy two items for the price of one. Ok, I bought these items, but I haven’t received them. Now the customer services team state that I already received it, but it isn’t true. They refuse to return money or provide new order. I don’t know what to do. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
