SNGPL / wrong and unbelievable billing
I am Muhammad Abdullah Khalid, from Islamabad. I just wanted to tell you something very strange and unfair that had happened.
The meter in the name of my father, gone a month back or so. It got stuck, we got that changed, now the new meter, gave once or twice the correct bill, today, it gave a bill worth 11, 000 rs, and you know what that means, we are not a CNG station for God’s sake. It a normal single story house, and we keep track of everything that might not contribute towards the wastage of GAS, now is this crazy or what.
And what persons do they have sit in the emergency (+92-119) section, they don’t even know how to talk. “listen meters running thats all, you must have consumed gas”.. I wanted to say, you idiot, had this happened in your house, you would have known.
Now my request is, that you please take strict notice of this, and kindly change the meter, and put the mter of some trustable company, not some third grade meters. There are a lot of complaints I have heard about these meters, and never heard of it, when the older meters were installed.
Kindly, do something about it immediately. We are also trying on the official paper complaints or so... in the mean time, if you can do something, that'll help.
