Date: 13 Nov 2016 - Booked reservation 1 night (14 Nov - 15 Nov) through Booking.Com for hotel room at Red Roof Inn (West Port Plaza, MO) for 63.09...Paid by bank card...
Date: 14 Nov 2016 - Arrived at Red Roof Inn approximately 6:00 p.m...Reservation from Booking.Com was not in there system...I presented a computer printout of the email sent to me by Booking.Com...In order to get the room I had to pay again by card...This time I paid 69.21 for the room; however, they charged the card twice for the same amount...
Date: 15 Nov 2016 - Departed Red Roof Inn and pickuped receipt for the one night stay...
Date: 15 Nov 2016 - Arriving back home I checked by account through the internet and discovered that Red Roof Inn had indeed charged my bank card twice and that Booking.Com had charged my card for $63.44 instead of $63.09 and that Red Roof Inn (West Port, MO) had charged my card twice the same stay at the same room...
