I will never buy another product from them
Everyone should boycott proctor and gamble. They are shrinking their packages and still charging the same price. Case in point - charmin bath tissue. The mega rolls used to have 400 sheets; now they have 352. Don't these idiots think we notice these things? They believe their consumers are stupid. Buy the northern soft and strong or white cloud from walmart. All better and cheaper. I will never buy another p&g product.
leaking batteries
Here is a copy of the complaint that I lodged with P&G today:
I wish to lodge a formal Complaint regarding leaking Duracell AA Batteries.
Over the last 12 months, I have had numerous situations where Duracell AA Batteries have leaked inside of various pieces of equipment.
All of these batteries were within date range. They made a mess and caused discolourization to the equipment.
The number of batteries that I have replaced over the last year due to leakage, is more than 10. The latest was today (8/13/2010) where I went to replace the batteries in a handheld aviation radio, only to find that 4 out of the 6 batteries had leaked...again! This had happened to this radio with Duracell batteries back in January as well.
I've had enough!
I want an appology!
Yours, a disgruntled customer,
Paul Carew.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have experienced the same problems with Kirkland (COSTCO) brand, which are made by P&G. Batteries were marked "best if installed by" March 2010, and March 2012. Destroyed a Cannon compact digital camera, among other items.
diaper exchange
I recently visited one of you stores to exchange pampers diapers that my daughter received as a baby shower gift.I simply wanted a larger size as the newborn were to small as her son was born at almost nine pounds .I was more then happy to pay the difference in the price .She had received many newborn diapers and he would have outgrown them before being able to use them.I of course didn't have the receipts as they were received as shower gifts.I was deeply disappointed to learn your poilicy is only to refund the lowest retail price within the last 90 days. Both bags of diapers retailed for $13.99 yet I only received a price of $3.99 a bag.The diapers had only been bought within the last two weeks .I find it very disturbing that a corporation the size of yours are allowed to rip the customer off in such a manner.I think we both know that the two bags of diaper that I was refunded $3.99 for will be placed back on the shelve and sold again for the price of $13.99 as well as I have never seen pampers sold at a price of $3.99.It sickens me that you would have such a policy in place. Its expensive enough trying to provide for a baby without a large corporation taking advantage of their customers .I will not be shopping at Zeller any longer and will advise all my friends and family of such unetical policis.I should also add that I returned diapers at Lawton without any problems in the return .I was refunded the regular price and paid the difference for the the larger size and Walmart also said they would issue a gift card for the regular retail price.I'm sure local newpapers would be interested in your "Rip of the Customer" policies as well.Perhaps you should reveiw your thoughts on your return policies to improve customer service because if not for your coustomer you would not be in bussiness.

leaking batteries
Hi all,
I want to warn everyone to stay away form Duracell batteries. I have been using Duracell batteries for years and in the past I have been very pleased with the batteries, but not anymore. We have been buying our batteries form Costco and recently I went to start my annual changing of the batteries in various devices and lo and behold I found leaking Duracell batteries not just one and not just in one appliance, but multiples in a variety of different devices. I found the following:
1. Two leaking double AA batteries in a Force FX collector’s edition Light Saber, not easily replaceable. It took me two hours to cleanup the mess it made
2. Two leaking AA batteries in a $ 300.00 R/C car, (for the servos). Fortunately, these were in a battery holder and did no damage to the car itself – time to clean up the mess 30 minutes
3. Two AA batteries in another car remote control, time to clean and repair 2 hours
4. Four leaking AAA batteries in a Minolta SLR camera – time to clean up and repair 2.5 hours.
5. Two leaking AA batteries in a TV remote control, I had to buy a new one of these, (thanks P&G)
6. Three leaking AAA batteries in an X10 remote light controller, it had to go to that great electronic round file in the sky, (again thanks P&G).
I’m still not done. I am going through the house checking everything that takes a battery wall clocks, alarm clock etc.
Cost in my time far 6 hours, (so far) plus the cost of having to replace two pieces of equipment that were total losses and that fact that the other things I was able to cleanup and repair are no longer in the pristine condition I’ve always tried to keep them in. Further, all these batteries were within their acceptable use dates and what’s more other brand batteries that were installed in similar devices at the same time are fine.
Proctor & Gamble huh? gamble is right, they have apparently tried to save money by going with a cheaper manufacturer and it shows.
Not only have they lost a long time customer, but I will be posting this to every complaint board I can find and warning all my friends to stay away from Duracell batteries and will be returning what batteries I have left to Costco if they will take them back.
P&G you are a classic case of penny wise and pound foolish.
Does anybody know of a class action lawsuit in respects to quality issues/leaking problems with Duracell batteries I can join?
BTW the photo shows only some of the bad batteries, I should have kept them all and took picture of them plus the damaged devices before I cleaned/repaired and/or threw them away.
OMG I’m ANGRY!
Sincerely,
A FORMER Duracell customer

I just opened my battery case for 9 volt and the whole side with aaa was corroded. I had filled it up approx 8 months ago, these batteries have 2027 on them [ 32 batteries corroded ]-- the other side is filled with thunderbolt aaa [ 20 of these ], put in at the same time. 😖.. this was my new case that holds many kinds of batteries. This has happened before when they were in the package, never opened. NEEDLESS TO SAY NO MORE DURACELLS FOR ME. Wish I could send photos. Just had to VENT about this SORRY product. Ohhh I see I might be able for photos.
I’m an Electrical Engineer. I have 3 degrees in the Electronics and Electrical fields. I have over 20 TV sets in my house along with a variety of electronic gadgets that currently utilize well over 100 batteries. Yes, I have a large house and Yes my family has a lot of battery operated devices. I've been using various types of Duracell batteries for over 40 years and I can assure you that the Duracell batteries that have been made over the past 10 years or so are absolutely garbage. Duracell batteries will positively leak. It doesn’t matter whether they are placed in a device or left in the original package, they will leak and swell. Being that I repair electronic devices for a living, I’ve had well over 500 devices come across my bench that have been ruined by leaking Duracell AA or AAA batteries. I’ve taken pictures of numerous devices destroyed by Duracell batteries. Do NOT buy them. Buy any other brand of battery.
We had Duracell leaks on multiple flashlights-wall clocks-remote controls and our thermostat! All not close to expiring! Never again will we buy duracell
I see this has happened to many ! Today I went through the entire house replacing the Duracell Quantum batteries and there was tons of different sizes for different things in the house and of course it was past due to return them, the Duracell batteries. I had changed something last month and saw the batteries had appeared to blow ! Crystal like material and some area's of the battery blackened. I thought about it and sort of pushed it out of my mind. Then I kept needing to replace other ones and the same thing, and even in the packages they had come in, some not even opened, many had exploded in the big package I had purchased too and had never touched! Will not buy Duracell again after reading all the comments ! lucky my weather radio was not ruined, radio, computer mouse, clocks, I could go on and on. I don't know if the company pulled them or what but I know where I get batteries they pulled them and will not sell them anymore if they are available !
Last pack of AA's I bought went dead and started leaking after a couple months. Filed a complaint and received a letter for how to properly store batteries. Are they kidding me? I have been storing batteries in the same place for 30 years and never had a problem. Never received the "cupon" they promised. I see many, many complaints on this page similar to mine. I will never trust Duracell again.
Same thing happened to me AAA’s AAs C D they all leak destroyed all my equipment flashlights remote controls everything you Used Duracell batteries gets ruined
I had problem with these battery
I send in item as they ask for and never HERE from them and DID not receive ANY of my item back I got up with Jessica C. Manager Consumer Relats Departmention

If this help any body
I had an icom radio, ic10 receiver, die because of leaking energizer batteries. I called the company and was told they would reimburse me $75 for the damage. My radio cost me over $650. A commercial type radio that are known to last a lifetime. I believe the duracell name is finished.
They really do not care if they ruin millions of dollars of equipment every year just as long as suckers keep buying their batteries. I can not ever buy a duracell battery again after all the electronic equipment I have lost this year alone. They could never get my business back and if they sent me free batteries I would chuck them in the garbage where duracell belongs.
Another deeply unhappy long term customer here. Gone from only using duracell to never again. Several devices ruined that are impossible to replace eg logitech harmony remotes and nintendo wii controllers.
All batteries many years from use by date. I've just checked one of my duracell packs dated 2027 and several leaking. Done with you.
battery exploided in my kitchen
I notified P&G of the problems of battery exploded in my kitchen. They stat ed after examining the exploided battery and pictures of the damages they requested P&G said It is not manufactured by Duracell. In fact, P&G said the product is couterfeit. P&G sugested to notify the store where I purchase the Product for further assistance. I am hereby notifing Home Depot to please follow up on this information . I am sendin g all the information I have to the NYC Dept og Consumer Affairs. P&G ref: [protected]
minor inconvenience
roctor and Gamble has increased their Pringles package size from a net wt of 6 oz (170 g) to 6.41 oz (182g). By my calculations, the increase in ounces from 6 to 6.41 is 6.83%, and the increase in grams from 170 to 182 is 7.05%, a minor difference per can, but could be significant considering the number of cans produced. The height has increased from approximately 9.125 in to 10.5 in. which is an increase of 15.06%. When the new size can was opened, there was approximately 2 in of empty space. I can't compare this empty space to that in the old size can because I do not have an unopened one to inspect.
However, II can mentally compute that the increase in price from $1.00 to $1.50 is 50%.
I am unable to reasonably relate the price increase to size increase.
Also, the new cans are too tall for the pantry shelf where I had stored them for the past 10 years. A minor inconvenience.

product
Lenor infusions with black diamond and lotus flower. What is black diamond exactly, coal?
I didnt think diamonds actually smelt or there would be millions of people through out the world with smelly fingers!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After using lenor unstoppables i came out in a nasty very itchy rash all over my body! I do not have sensitive skin so could not think what was causing it until i stopped using the lenor and have since rewashed all my clothes and rash has gone.
My lenor unstoppable does not smell. A waste of money. I feel guilty for poisoning the environment with such a product. It clearly says on the back harmful to aquatic life. These products should be banned.
advertisement
I have ALWAYS used Tide.I LOVE Tide..but someone in charge of the recent ads has lost their mind. The designer/critic with the fake accent makes me want to go find ANOTHER product to buy.
Nothing wrong with what they've done for years..it gets the message across WITHOUT adding the high price of appearance fee for that BOZO!
batteries now have very short life
The most recent 4 and 8-paks of Duracell Coppertop AA batteries (marked well within sell-by date) have had a life of roughly 2 WEEKS. Until recently, the life for same use (computer mouse, remote control, etc) had been several months.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My camera warned me that battery was at 10% level and I had only one set of cells left. So as I was in Halkaidiki Greece, and outside a National Market store I purchased a 4 pack of AA cells dated MAR2019, so well in date. After 140 RAW hi-res shots and the last of cells, I loaded the Duracell ones, the camera booted up and immediately shut down! Taking the cells out and cleaning the ends gave a better result, for one shot BUT then gave a 4 beep tone then shut down #*#*!#* As I still had the first set in my pocket I tried them, and they worked, :0) refitting the #*#*!#* Duracell ones still gave the poor result! #*#*!#* Duracell !
A digital voltmeter gave a 1.589V off load and 0.93V per cell on a 100mA at a 1 second load #*#*!#* Duracell
I will be sending these back to #*#*!#* Duracell
I think that original complaint is fully justified
batteries leaked
On two occasions I've had Duracell AA batteries with early failure and in both cases the batteries leaked.
The 1st time was in the case of a simple inexpensive wall clock which I had recently replaced the Duracell AA battery. I was surprised when I quit working because I had just replaced the Duracell battery a couple weeks prior. Battery Dated 2013
When I pulled the clock down from the wall I noticed the battery had leaked and the corrosive nature of the chemical had destroyed the battery holder area of the clock and had to be disposed of.
I spent some time on google trying to find out if there was any replacement offers like what used to be offered by Eveready years ago. No chance. I emailed Duracell but have not heard back from them, its been a couple of weeks now.
I did find that RayOVac batteries do have a printed Warranty and Guarantee to replace equipment damaged by their batteries. Duracell does not.
The 2nd time happened just this morning, this time in an expensive Canon 580EX flash. I turned it on, no work, opened up the battery compartment and one of the Duracell AA's top is busted open and leaking all over the battery compartment.
These batteries were a completely different batch. All batteries were dated 2013 and had been working the week before. In both cases the batteries and equipment were not exposed to any extreme temperature conditions.
Fortunately I seem to had caught the leak in the flash early enough and clean up the leak. Hopefully I was able to save the flash by cleaning out the reside.
I the past years I've run through a log of batteries. I've always found Duracell reliable, and long lasting.
Apparently they are having some problems with quality.
Since I've discovered the problems and also discovered they have no easily found guarantee or warranty to replace damaged equipment I will no longer purchase or recommend Duracell batteries.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Just today 2/17/2019 I replaced some Duracell batteries in one of my Hunter Douglas expensive cellular shade. They require 8 AA alkaline batteries. 2 of the Duracell batteries were corroded so badly that 1 of hem would not even come out of the battery tube. The expiration date on them was 07-2027 so you see they were relatively recently purchased. I of course did not keep the sales receipt so I doubt that they will replace the battery tube that is completely ruined.
Since this is Sunday, I will be calling them Monday to see what they are willing to do. I bet it will be a negative answer as the cheapest replacement tube I have found is one that has been used at 25.00 on E-Bay. E-bay does have other sellers but they are new at 48.00 + shipping.
I will be posting the results of my call.
I am in Canada and I have just found that my expensive Canon Speedlight has been destroyed by leaking Duracell AA batteries. Only few weeks ago I found I found my Rogers remove destroyed by another Duracell battery.
Supposedly - Duracell has some kind of a leak warranty in US. Good luck to find anything like this in Canada.I have spend quite some time going through their website and this is what they say about the warranty:
"Duracell battery guarantee
We encourage you to recycle packaging as well.
As part of our commitment to preserve the environment, we use only nontoxic inks in our packaging and the card portion of our package is made from 55% recycled material. The plastic portion is made with 30% recycled plastic. The battery “can” is made with 40% recycled steel to reduce environmental impact while still maintaining strength."
What a bunch of crap. Not a word what to do when their battery destroys your expensive equipment.
Stay away from Duracell. I am not sure what else is there on the market - but Duracell definitely approached quality of a cheap no name import.
I have used only Duracell batteries for 25 years because they never used to leak and where guaranteed against doing so. However, in the last 2 years I have had Duracell batteries leaking in a clock, a toy train and a Wii controller. Thought I had been unlucky but it seems Duracell batteries are not the same quality that they used to be. I think its despicable for them to have lowered the quality to the point that their batteries are now destroying peoples property. I Will never use them again.
YES, DURACELL BATTERIES LEAK & DO CORROSION DAMAGE.LAST 2 YEARS I HAD 5 SEPARATE LEAKAGE WITH THOSE BATTERIES WICH I BOUGHT IN DIFFERENT STORES.I USED DURACELL FOR 25 YEARS AND NOW-ONLY PROBLEMS.WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD OLD NAME ?
I have also been having problems with leaky Duracel battteries. It is interesting to note that my failed batteries are all dated with a March 2013 expiration. I doubt thta htey are knockoffs because the bad batteries in my Stanley LED tripod light all say that they are for original equipment only - not for resale. They leaked so badly that I can't even get all of them out of the battery compartment. I am going to check the web link above and see how good their warranty is. Perhaps some lawyer might want to get a class action suit going.
Just this week, I had two pricey flashlights ruined with""Dungtheysell" AA 's and just pulled a "Dumbashell "AAA out of my Bose 15 earphones. It was leaking also. Something definitely is wrong with there batteries. SUPERIOR CHINA DUNG? Needless to say I don't want their coupons cause I don't think it's worth having twenty dollar flashlights destroyed much less $300 headphones ruined. I used to buy there crap almost exclusively. ENERGIZERS! ENERGIZERS!
I just took down a wall clock that had an AA duracell battery in it for about 3 months. It had corrosion all over it and so does my $50 wall clock! Our family has noticed a bit of this throughout our household - why the sudden decrease in battery quality? Gonna have to tell Costco about this one - what's up Duracell? I will pay more; just fix the batteries!
In many cases I believe, there are fake Duracell batteries in the store. In Belize about 5% of all Duracell batteries are leaking, specially AA and AAA. The good thing, if you look careful, you can see the leak before you buy them.
I am the first to complain when a more expensive product, such as the case with Duracell batteries fail to perform, and I have had similar issues as you have had. I am willing to pay more for something, but that extra cost had better provide me with extra service. With little searchin on the web, which is good since I am a poor web surfer, I fould thid web site:
http://www.duracell.com/care_disposal/care.asp .
Check it out. Duracell does have a warranty, and they will back up problems caused by their batteries. I am an EMT, and my fire department, as well as many others only use Duracell batteries for things that must work every time, at any time. People's lives depend on it, so although I have had a problem with Duracell batteries, I am going to give them the chance to make it right.
I realize this is an old post - but ive been googling for 'duracell equipment replacement warranty' and stumbled upon it. I just had two Duracell AAAs leak in my Logitech VX Nano while not in use for a few days in my backpack, and the acid leaked all inside the compartment and mouse body and destroyed the mouse. Some even leaked outside into my backpack - which is how i discovered it.
Anyways, the reason I am posting this comment is because the AAA Duracell batteries in question were also dated 2013, and I have never had problems with Duracells leaking before. Interesting.
leaking
I have been buying Duracell batteries for 30 years. Over the past 2 years their product quality has fallen to a level they were at 30 years ago. I bought the product and reccomended it to others because it lasted longer, and did not leak. The past 2 years has proven to me that Duracell is no longer a trusted product. The Durability is GONE. Leaking battery has destroyed a $400 tool when the battery was only for a light in the tool. There have been so many of the Duracell batteries leaking in my equipment that I would rather purchase a product that does not last as long over one that will destroy my things. Both choices are horrable for the environment.
On top of that, Durracell and their parent company Proctor and Gamble do not have a place to complain about the product, so it is obvious they are too large to CARE.
I guess I am now a follower of the bunny.
My Duracell AA batteries are leaking before they were even install or used. Brand new unused.
Agree with the OP. At least 75% of the Duracell batteries I have ever used, going back three decades, has leaked, often destroying what they were installed in. I avoid them like the plague, but occasionally you get stuck using them. I have had good luck with EverReady products. Here in Asia we are often forced to use Panasonic, which are seven orders of magnitude worse than Duracell, if that's even possible. I have become an expert at cleaning up contacts -- baking soda and a drop or two of water on a Q-Tip. But if you don't catch it in time, the acid will leach down into the circuitry and can't be repaired. I have never used the Duracell repair/replacement service, but finally I must start. I have lost many hundreds of dollars worth of equipment due to Duracell's incompetence -- sometimes I have lost cherished, irreplaceable devices. If other manufacturers can make batts that don't leak, then so can Duracell. They simply CHOOSE not to. Maybe they save a hundredth of a penny per unit. Penny-wise and dollar-stupid. They leave a trail of enraged ex-customers around the world.
I used to purchase Duracell batteries because they didn't leak. Recently, the Duracells I've been purchasing have been leaking before I even install them in anything. I generally keep some batteries on hand for emergencies, and they are stored in an air conditioned home. When I go to use them, I find they are leaking in the package. The expiration date is 2023!
I'm finished with Duracell. What good is a battery you don't even get to use? That's not even to mention the equipment damage that results from leaky batteries. Duracell went from being the battery that didn't leak to the battery that always leaks.
I stopped buying duracells many years ago after one leaked into my hvac thermostat and I spent a cold heatless winter morning repairing/rebuilding the corroded parts in it.
I just came to work and my mouse wasn't working. Sure enough, two badly leaking Duracell AA batteries dated to expire 2022. Mouse is used weekly so not an issue of non use. I think it's criminal, or should be criminal, to sell batteries known to leak for years and years without fixing the problem.
I have lost thousands of dollars worth of equipment due to these terrible Duracell batteries. Triplit analog fast test meters, digital test meters. clocks, many flashlights, remotes, even smoke alarms, pretty much any thing that uses a battery. I have the latest batch with a date of 2023 and they leak just sitting on a counter not even in a device . I don't care ! how much power they have if it kills my equipment when I need it.
Sure all the expensive advertising say's all the emergency personal uses it, but they don't own they equipment and can throw it away, or use the batteries to full use as soon as they put them in.
It's better to buy the cheapest off brand batteries from whatever store than to buy Duracell at least they don't leak and destroy your stuff before an emergency, ; When You really need them...!
Thank you for confirming what a few of us already experienced. Leaking Duracells. I see those commercials too and get so pissed at the things they ruined. My freaking FURNITURE because I had battery operated candles on my diningroom furniture. Who is going to fix that? My fireplace mantle...same deal, leaked Duracells in holiday lanterns...they were only there for six weeks and I put new batteries in them! I recently bought a ton of Sam's Club batteries. Don't know who makes them, so will have to be a battery checker for a couple years.
I suspect that with the advent of rechargable nickel metal hydride and lithium batteries taking over the market that alkaline batteries are considered by the manufacturers to be heading for extinction and as such are being treated as a 'cash cow' that is milked for all the profit that they can make out of them in their remaining lifetime. This involves using cheaper not leak proof casings anymore. Someone could perhaps chop an old and new battery and see what they have skimped on, less seals, thinner steel in the jackets, cheaper stainless (more iron - test with magnet?). It was not beyond the wit of man to make leakproof batteries previously. I have had many alkaline batteries leak recently, particularly Duracells and have moved to nickel metal hydride.
Panamacox...thank you for your addition to the complaints. I've been posting to social media about the problems with the cells. Only a few people have added comments and most blow it off. I suppose they haven't ruined anything yet. It's shocking how many things I have batteries in that I've had to change. I have saved EVERY Duracell battery that failed and will be sending them backI I have collected over 11 pounds of AA batteries. I have noticed that the leaking offenders have a expiration date between [protected]. I still won't use them. Using Eveready now.
I had a piece of test equipment that I put DURALEAK AA batteries into they leaked on the circuit board and destroyed it, I contacted Duracell customer service and was told they had to have all the batteries, the test equipment and the rest of the batteries from the package back, so they could test them and determine the cause of the leak. Since I didn't save all the leaking batteries they would only give a 50.00 gift certificate. We are a nation wide company and will no longer allow Duracell in any of our equipment, During this we found a Simpo hand held tach, two computer mouse, four flashlights and two VHF radio's ruined all with duraleak batteries less than 60 days old
I am working with digital instruments for more than 30 yrs, It is my very bitter experience that DURACELL has damaged
hundreds & thousands of measuring & testing instruments for ever. Apart from extreme chemical leakage, it has damaged
the pcb in such a manner that it is beyond, any kind of repair, even in some some pcb trucks are completely vanished due to
its corrosive chemical effect. It not only today as in Januray 2017 I am observing it for last 15 years or even more. There are
other alkaline batteries worldwide, but as per my experience DURACELL, is the poorest one in terms of leakage factor.
tide to go
The MOST annoying commercial I have ever seen is the one for Tide or Tide to Go where two pwoplw are talking and a stain on one person's clothes starts yelling a bunch a garble and shouts above the talking in unintelligible angry outburst. I promise I will NEVER purchase another Tide product until this commercial is off the air!
Tide stick completely ruined a brand new shirt my wife gave me. I was better off with the original stain. I am going to talk about this experience nonstop, in every forum I can find. I will not quit until P & G's brand is in the crapper, where it belongs!
The tide pods are junk, I used them and one did not desolve in washer, instead it melted in the dryer and stuck to my comforter like melted plastic. My 125.00 comforter is ruined. BUYER BEWARE!
I am displeased with the tide to go stick. When I tried the stain stick on my jacket I waited for what seemed to be at least fifteen minutes and the stain didn't come out. So I got the package and did the process step by step and I waited for at least fifteen more minutes and it still didn't come out.
Actually, I found that commercial quite amusing and kind of sorry that it's no longer on the air. It was kind of aggravating at first, I'll admit, but I finally started laughing at it. I find humor in the Gas-X commercials too where the young man is being interviewed for a job and a woman pops her head in the door telling the interviewer that there is a call for him on "Line Toot". Oh well...!
The commercial is hilarious, and makes a clear point which I think you may be missing.
OMG I love this commercial!
That is my FAVORITE commercial - cause when you look PAST the screaming shirt - its actually quite comical - in that situation, the stain gets more attn than the person - which is a great ad campaign.
terrible company!
It was years ago. I hired them for my divorce case. I told them I don't want any fight in the court, we don’t need mediators, I just need their assistance to file documents. We'll write our agreements. He said OK. So we started to write the agreement, it took a while since we were still in emotional adjustment, we couldn’t sit down right away and do the paper. So we received orders from the court for the "next" step. We waved it, then received another... We have to pay the fee's for canceling the court procedure and didn't get any word from him about what’s coning next if we didn’t finish the agreement by what time... I got billed on all the unnecessary fees either to propane or cancel the procedures(he knew it should be canceled) but he instead sending me coped mails of court order, I had to call him to cancel, so he charge me for everything... I was frustrated so I talked to him saying he should telling me at the same time what's come next if I don't get the agreement ready by when so we could hurry, or he should cancel all the court steps. And also I told him each time I had to call him to cancel it, I had to paid $40 dollar for 5 minutes or less call. They added up more then $400 for just phone calls. I wanted him to letting me know ahead what’s coming next time. He was angry and quit me as client without finish the case. I had to hire another attorney to finish all the documents. It’s been many years now. At the time, I couldn't even think about this because I was really angry about his attitude and didn’t know how make a complain. I have paid more than $4500 get no advice or help from him (he basically just filed the divorce paper) with an unfinished case.
Absolutely hate the new version of Oral-B Glide Mint Dental Floss Picks with Long Lasting Scope Flavor. The floss shreds and the pick part is too wide. We have been using these for years. Now my husband refuses to use them. Can’t figure out why companies change something that doesn’t need changing.
The inner jar lid is very difficult to open - an insult to anyone with hand problems,

I was very impressed with the product which has the power spray top. I was looking forward to trying the lemon -scented. I was very disappointed. I don't how it can be called lemon- scented. It does not have any hint of lemon.
I bought mega package of Bounty paper towels, attached are photos of blotches on each roll, are these safe to use, I am down to the last roll and I don’t want to have the same problems.
I have used them on my counter tops, stove and many items, are they safe to use?
Thanks,
Ed Clarke
UPC code 0 [protected] 9. 33.8 Fl oz. the bottle cap is wrapped in blue plastic, instead of gray plastic. Is their a difference.
Bought a box of fairy washing powder 65 washes, which is what I normal buy to find that my new box also stating 65 washes contains less powder, old box contains 4225g new box contains 3900g confused as to how they both contain 65 washes. Plus the price as gone up. Can someone please return my text explaining the reason this is please. Thank you.
I have had a flash mop for just over a month that has completely stopped working. I have changed the batteries several times, all brand new batteries, and no luck. The motor doesn't even make a noise! For a mop, I paid a lot of money for it to be only used for a month.
I purchased 2-4boxes124 2 ply tissues upc #0 [protected] 5 and the tissue in the box are Vick's scented. Not Lotion. I don't use the vicks for everday .Purchased at Walmart. Thank you Carol.
duracell ballery leakage
I have purchased Duracell batteries in a 6 AA size batteries pack. The price of these batteries is more than 3 times as compared to normal batteries. But i bought these batteries for my digital camera thinking that it will last long. But hardly after 25-30 shots first 2 batteries got exhausted. Second 2 batteries exhausted even before 25 shots. I inserted the last 2 batteries, and shot 2-3 photographs and kept the camera at home. After 15-17 days when i tried to click photo, camera was not operating. When i checked, i found that one of the batteries have got leaked.
I have never expected this kind of problem in Duracell at least. Very bad quality batteries i got for a very costly price.
If somebody has any information on how to approach the company, pls guide.
Regards,
Vikas Gupta
Purchased Duracell batteries about a month ago and within that time ruined a
$600 ham radio. What happened to the quality?
its terrible, particularly safeguards customer service. Shut it down and imprison them
murder all employees of proctor and gamble
Purchased Duracell Recharge Ultra Battery's because the package states they are Pre-Charged. Upon opening the package I found the Battery's were fully DISCHARGED. How fresh is this stock. How long will these battery's last? Package says 5 years guaranteed but from when?

Bought Duracell batteries from costco
AA and AAA
The batteries go dead after a few days
Before they use to last for months
So not buy Duracell there are now made in china and are CRAP
Or maybe Costco are buying seconds
Batteries are awful
In a large pack of batteries
All lasted a matter of days
And a few didnt work at all
Drop the advertisements that support the NFL. Players and teams that disrespect America, our flag, our national anthem and our military do not deserve our support. I am actively encouraging my friends and family not to buy products that support the NFL.
These towels, when wet, smell like wet dog. I thought it was just a bad roll. When I tried the rest of the pack, it was the same thing, stinky dog smell. I can't dry my hands or anything other with these. What a waste of money on what I thought were good towels.
Unable to contact Duracell regarding unopened pkg of 24aaa batteries leaking while under guarantee
I opened my bag of tabaccco and my fiance found a piece of plastic in the bag . I would like to talk to some one about it . if I would have rolled a cigg and not realized it was in the it would have caused me to have problems and I would have been happy at all
