can't get in to renew!
The link they put in my e-mail keeps coming up unavailable. Sent several replies but get same message and link. Do real people work there or not? I want to renew but how? Plz advise smb!

Pogo.com has a ridiculous cancellation policy. They made no effort to contact us by email (I haven’t been on the site in over 6 months) to notify us of an upcoming renewal. Then there renewal costs went up significantly. And the only options they offered to cancel and forfeit my remaining time (they just billed me 10/5) or cancel when the time I paid for was up.
I wanted to cancel my membership and get a refund. I have contact my credit card to dispute my charge.
What reputable company would not offer a refund on services not incurred.
Do we, the complaintants, get any kind of an answer from you or do we just sit back and see what happens with filing our complaints? I want some answers and if I can't get them here where must we go to get some action?

I want my games I pay monthly for, all I am getting is the free games which do not

If they transfer my paid membership, tokens, badges and tokens I have earned I

I had a paid membership with Pogo. Yesterday, 9-2-09, aol transferred me to another
Pogo program of games. However, they made me change my screen name and they
didnot transfer my payment plan, nor did they transfer my earned tokens of over
9, 000, 000.
I want this problem resolved or I will take it through every legal channel I can to get
my rewards and prizes from Pogo and any refund that is due.
AOL and Pogo made this transfer without a notice of any kind to give the members a
choice.
I'm expecting fairness and if not, I will get it leagally.

unable to find out to discontinue pogo service
I can no longer afford to pogo $12.00 a month and i want this service discontinued. I'm on a fixed income. I have been unable to find out how to discontinue this service.
I've been with pogo since 2003 and have never won nothing but wallpaper. When they show the winners you never reconized the names, they are all made up. I just paid my 39.95 for the year believe me it will be my last payment too them as they are a big rip off and all they are doing is taking our hard earned money. This was one of my only enjoyments in life as I am retired. I have better places to put my money, , not to some rip offs. I hope someone will be able to do something to this so -called company.
yes, dear. call your bank and tell them that you decided to cancel them and they are still charging you. tell them you want them to block pogo from charging you. it is call unauthorized charges. God Bless you.

Just call your bank or credit card company and tell them to block any future payments to pogo.com... that should do it...

If that doesn't work, call your bank and tell them to not accept charges on your account from Pogo or EA Sports.

the balls get stuck and nothing happens

I have tried over and over to solve my problem with you pogo, but you have not answer edme. The screen on my games is cut off at the bottom, so i have no way to chat. There is no send button or any place to type. Will i get an answer or is it only me that is cut off from cheating. Other people chat why cant i? I feel cheated. I pay the same as other members. People beware!!!

I'm an avid player of "first class solitaire" on pogo.com. Quite often I find it hard or impossible to access this free game. I have also searched to find Pogo's customer service e-mail address for complaints and they have it well hidden, if they have one.

Up until a few months ago I had no problem with Pogo. Then they started changing things. Now many of their games won't load, you get kicked out of some and quite often a mysterious bug jumps in and you receive no points or badge. This has been happening too often. Everyone is right it is almost impossible to talk to anyone. I don't pay a subscription fee to search endlessly for a solution to their problems. My renewal is fast approaching and I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RENEW ! If they have as many players as they claim, then why is there only about 80, 000 to 90, 000 members playing. I used to love Pogo, now I HATE IT. I feel for the person that can't renew. I have had to over the last several years had to change my persona many times at renewal time. I have had enough... GOODBYE POGO.

I have a question that does not seem to have a place to go to, to get information. I made a payment via my cc and the payment was taken yet not applied to my account. Now it tells me my status will be interrupted if I do not renew. The money was taken from my card yet I am being booted out. WHY?
Don't try to complain about cheaters. I did and their answer was a reprint of an FAQ question on the previous page. They just don't give a damn. I went on Boggle Bash and there was the sound like a "coutdown timer" going off at a steady one-beep-per-second. I finally looked up up from the Boggle Board to see what was making the noise. With every beep, the message board flashed, "(player's game name) just found a seven-letter word." At the end of the game, that player had over 150 unique words. The other four players, including myself, had none. I looked at his profile and it said he'd played 54 matches so far and had found 21, 500 unique words. The average non-cheating player gets about 8 unique words a game - not 150! Pogo doesn't care. I guess all they want to do is collect their yearly dues from the players and then it's just every man for himself.
I need help! Please help me. I am a Pogo Club Member and since 10/24/08, I have not been able to log into pogo. I can log into any other web page, but it comes to pogo it telle me "page cannot be display". Please email me or write something that can help me.

I need to cancel I never ok'd or authorized. I would like this resolved A.S.A.P.
this is the worst site. in fact i have had to contact my credit card company. i tried to cancel my subscriptionwithin the 30 day trial basis and of course it would not let me. i have tried numerous times to contact these people. on top of this i was charged a yearly charge and a monthly charge. these people obviously do no know what they are doing. also i was never able to access the hold em tables after subscribing. my computer kept putting up a block. i guess they knew better than me. i hate pogo and WILL NEVER ever go to that site again.
