Olive Garden pepperoncini

Hello again.
I hate to complain again.. but we eat at the Olive Garden every Friday evening and sometimes another evening during the week. Very regular customers for many years and the staff knows us. I always order pepperocinis (extra) on my salad and again am told they are out of pepperocinis because they have a new manager and there were many other items they ran out of due to not enough being ordered that our server informed us. As always we have great service. Ok, well this is a national chain restaurant. The croutons were store bought that day from a local grocery store. One time a couple of years ago they ran out of bread sticks and served us hot dog buns with butter and garlic. Not too bad but "REALLY"... We love Olive Garden and just want something done to make sure the corporate office allows them to order what is needed. We had taken a friend out to dinner this past Friday evening and what they ordered were told they were out of the noodles that go with that dish. Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo with Grill Chicken (they were out of Tortelloni noodles). Would greatly appreciate the pepperocinis being available. About a month or so ago they were out of pepperocinis for a month. I was about to bring my own jar. We will continue to go to Olive Garden as this is what we do every Friday evening. Thank you. Olive Garden food

Went last night for a birthday dinner, which we go every year. Waited 45 minutes to be seated so yes they were busy. Food was terrible, it was not hot, lukewarm like it was just sitting back there for someone to order. Salad was not up to par, no croutons first time second did. So on the table was the flyer for 2 for $12.99 order one take one home, so that is what everyone was going to order. When waitress came to take our order she informed us that they didn't have that special right now and it should have been taken off table, do you think she removed it then. No. Just very disappointed in the food. Not a cheap place to eat should be a good out meal.

Olive Garden lobster & shrimp mac & cheese

We came early on Friday, December 28th at 4:00PM for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary to your Victor, NY location. There were five of us, since my husband was still working. My Dad got the steak and he shared one bite with my 15 year old son who spit it out because he said it was too tough to chew and after leaving my father agreed that he'd never order another steak from there. My Mom, 11 year old son and myself all ordered the New Lobster/ Shrimp Mac & Cheese and our dishes looked like the Goldilocks bowls... my Mom's looked just like the pictures and the bowl overflowing and so much seafood, then my son's bowl was just to the top, but he had so much shrimp and lobster that he was ok, then my bowl was set down and it was less than half full and I had only one small piece of lobster and three shrimp and I mentioned as waiter finished serving. Manager offered me more pasta and I started to ask why all three of our bowls were different and I stopped myself because it was my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and I had mentioned several times from requesting table to dinner and I didn't want to ruin it more by making a scene.
I think the manager should have had two new bowls made for my son and I and personally make sure filled as pictured and lots of seafood without making me point out 3 times... once to waiter and twice to himself and he still wanted me to ask him to bring us more. We were early, so it couldn't be blamed on too busy and three of us had the exact same dish and actually were all sitting on the same side, so it was so obvious and we were all charged ~$20. I would have been embarrassed as a waiter to bring such a huge difference to one table and especially as a manager to come to the table before anyone took a bite and I had to explain twice and he wanted me to tell him that I wanted him to bring us more and cause a scene and I mentioned to him as well that this was my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary.

My Dad has already said that he was upset and that we will find another restaurant to celebrate when they drive the 13 hours to visit us and they wanted to celebrate Christmas and their very special day with us before they were going on a four month trip from Alabama to Florida.

I am writing this, so that others can save themselves from ordering this dish that you are promoting and your staff says is absolutely amazing!

Olive Garden lobster mac & cheese

Ordered the lobster Mac & cheese last night and was very disappointed. We eat frequently at Olive Garden and will continue to do so. Just wanting to let you know that that item was horrible. The sauce was more like soup. From the pictures, it looked as if it would be thicker and not soup consistency. Portion size was fine and rigatoni was fine but flavor and sauce not good. I think it is only a special for a short time so you may need to rethink putting that back on the menu. Salad and soup was great as usual.

Olive Garden wait times

Why is it that almost every time I visit the Elizabethtown KY Olive Garden there is a 25 to 30 minute wait when there is a entire section on the right ad you enter the establishment with only 1 to 2 patrions in that section? Ridiculous! This is the primary reason I do t come to Olive Garden more than I do. Perhaps it is poor management or just under staffing? Would be very nice to see less wait time when there are many multiple vacant rooms tables!

Olive Garden service

I ate there with my company we had a company christmas party last night n service was absolutely horribe took 2 hours to get my food had to take it to go ...busy or not the service should be better than this .i had a party of 30 i mean we spent at least 300 there not including our drinks n thats if 10 a preace i ate the chicken alfredo at laurens road greenville .

Olive Garden lobster and shrimp mac and cheese

We dined in your Olathe Kansas location tonight and we were disappointed in the food overall from the last visit. My wife had the lobster and shrimp Mac and cheese, the shrimp had an odd taste and the sauce was very runny. We didn't ask to speak to a manager because we thought it would be as slow as the service was. To top everything off our kids Mac and cheese came out on scalding hot plates and the Mac and cheese wasn't the same as the last time. I am a manager in a restaurant that is competition and consistent food is very important to our establishment. Maybe it was a one off bad night or maybe there has been turnover with BOH staff or managers but it really wasn't as great of an experience as it was the last time we dined

Olive Garden dirty and poor customer service

I went to an olive garden with my family by Tyler mall in riverside ca. Everybody was rude. The waitress had an attitude since we got there she would take a long time to take the order and to bring everything even to bring our drinks. We ordered and then after s while she brought the salad and breads. We started eating. I was eating the salad and when I was going to take a bite I saw a bee on my fork with the salad. I got so discussted by it and the fact that I was about to eat it. I called my waitress she never came so I told someone to call the manager for me. He came and all he said was that probably "it came from the farm" ..what? So you guys dont clean anything when you guys are going to cook with it. So he asked us if we still wanted to stay and we of course said no and he said okay and walked away. So rude not customer service at all they could care less. Never coming back to olive garden and not recommending it either to nobody.

Olive Garden product: soup (chicken gnocci)

At approximately 445 on 21 December 2018 my wife and mother-in-law attended Olive Garden in Waldorf, MD. My mother-in-law had the Chicken Gnocci soup and whilst eating it she found an inch and a half piece of plastic. When they left the restaurant they complained and the management, though polite, deducted the cost of the soup. I have to say when I was told of the incident I was rather perturbed by the reimbursement. I have had nothing but good experiences in using the Olive Garden in the past but feel the action taken was meager. Since having this experience the mother-in-law has felt ill. I am hoping that this has nothing to do with her experience at the restaurant. I feel strongly and hope this issue will be dealt with and will not happen to some other unfortunate customer in the future.
I am hoping the incident will have been reported to the management and steps taken to avoid further incidents.

Olive Garden employee

I was dining in with my family on Friday including my 4yr old daughter and the older African American woman with glasses was using the worst profane language about another worker! Just for that I will not be returning to the Florence location! I would hope you do not allow that type of language and a family establishment! I love Olive Garden and always come 3 times a month, but this to me was mind blowing and my daughter will not be around such foul language! I really hope this gets fixed immediately!

Olive Garden I am complaining about one of your restaurants

To whom it may concern, I am writing to bring attention to this one restaurant the Olive Garden in Temecula calif. I was there today for dinner with a friend, we noticed the special your promoting the Mac and cheese shrimp and lobster bake...we both ordered this dish because from the picture it looked amazing and thought we would give it a try . Well after we we done with our salad the main dish was brought out which was this dish to my disappointment all there was were about a cup if anything of cold noodles 6 small shrimp and bits and I mean bits of lobster a total of 5 about the size of sunflower seeds lobster..no cheese and some wet sauce in the bottom of the dish I spoke to the manager and she told me that there is only about if that much 2 oz of lobster, which I was very surprised to hear also this was not baked but just boiled noodle not even enough to fill the dish very little sauce it looked like some watery stuff and 6 small shrimp and bits of lobster..and no cheese ? Seriously and I'm paying 20+$ for this . Not an option to switch to something else? I am by no means happy with the dish poor poor quality and poor customer service ! You've got to be kidding me right not even take off the bill ? I sent it back and had to argue about it being taken off, also had to order something else ...if it's supposed to be baked then bake it add the cheese and please put lobster and shrimp ...! And make it similar to what you advertise! I paid about 90$ for this terrible service and terrible food unbelievable!

Olive Garden lobster mac and cheese

My aunt birthday was December 8, mine was December 12. She want to go to Olive Garden, I wanted to go to Red Lobster. I got the lobster Mac and Cheese she got the New Chicken and Shrimp dinner. Well her dish was great. My lobster Mac and Cheese she have been named a pasta dish. It was nothing to make me say I will go back and get another. Two ladies sitting across from me ask if I ordered it, I said yes and she said the picture was more appeasing than the dish when it came out. Mac and cheese is not a pasta and cheese we all was looking for a Mac and cheese style

The EXACT same thing happened to me. Manager said that Olive Garden Corporate instructs the chefs to only use 2 ounces of lobster for the dish... ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME!? She also said that the chef “mashed it into the shrimo and pasta”. I am beyond livid. For $20, Olive Garden needs to F*CKING deliver on the product that they advertise on their godd*mned menu! IMPORTANT NOTE! The food item on the menu looks NOTHING like the actual food item after it is delivered. Good luck finding ANY lobster!

Olive Garden staffing

I am currently at an Olive Garden in New Jersey. Prior to leaving we checked the wait time online and it said 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we pulled into the parking lot which was very empty. We checked in and they said the wait time is 40 minutes to an 1. We signed in and I asked for our buzzer. The response was we only do that when we have a lot of servers. To lady is December 14th a Friday night it is 6pm. The restaurant is pretty empty and they have no staff working. This is unacceptable for any restaurant or business let alone on a Friday night. Extremely disappointed!

Olive Garden recent visit

My husband and I went for lunch today. We ordered off the dinner menu because it had been so long since we visited last. Let's start with how salty the breadsticks were and the dressing drenched salad. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana which was fine. My chicken alfredo however was rubbery and the sauce was bland! After 2 bites we paid and left. Horribly overpriced.

Olive Garden manager food and waitree

I took my wife and daughter and and granddaughter to eat for birthday the tour of italy was burnt chicken hard lasagna burnt it was Nov 25and it was a crappy day bad service all around try to get manager but too busy salad was dry so after paying over 100$dollars so my daughter wouldn't be embarrass I said I would call early in morning on 26which did manager ask me to send receipt so he can send me a card for us to come and give it a try now since it is December I am asking for what is mine nothing more thank you God bless you

Olive Garden recent visit with a party of 12

On Sat Dec 8th Minister Ida Foreman reserved a room that was apparently double booked and the other people was given the area. We arrived at 3pm and was not seated until 4:30 and no one came to our table until 5:15. We got bread no plates even at 6:00 no one took our order and we departed to the Juicy seafood establishment next door. Being that my wife and I are regular customers we were shocked, disappointed, and completely dissatisfied. Olive Garden tracy, ca

My wife and I came into the Tracy, CA looking to sit at a booth and enjoy a delicious meal. There was a good amount of time to be sat. A host girl informed us of half off beer/wine while we waited for our table. We sat at the bar top and was helped by the bartender named Melanie. She was absolutely wonderful, we decided to have our meals with her as our waiter. We are absolutely excited that we made that choice. She is the most attentive, graciously kind person! We will definitely return just to have Mel help us out! Thank you so much for having a wonderful person like Mel employed in your location! Everyone needs a person like Melanie working for them!

Olive Garden manager service

My husband and I went to go eat at the winter park Florida location. We over heard the manager Eric, talking with an employee. He was yelling at him because the young man rang in the wrong order. (We were sitting right across from the alley) Eric's face was beat red and he was very angry. The young man kept apologizing and he kept putting him down. The young man was trying and managers should recognize that. We felt so bad for him we tipped over the bill amount and told him he was a great employee. We will never eat at that location again until management is changed. He should be treating employees better. Especially in front of customers. We couldn't believe his behavior. We had to pack our food and leave because we were so upset!

Olive Garden food service/waiter

Today we visited the Olive Garden, Erie blvd east, Syracuse, ny

It was about 1:30. The six of us were seated almost immediate. We were also looking for a 7th person. Advised our waiter that we would proceed. Drink order - 2 waters with lemon, 2 lemonades and 2 teas. Waiter asked if we were ready to order too. We said yes.
2 appetizers, one soup and salad and three entrees. We waited and waited. Finally after asking our drinks came. 2 waters no lemon.
3 lemonades and 3 teas. We advised the waiter that the order was incorrect. Since each was a refill he advised to just keep them. Ok. A few minutes later the 2 appetizers arrived. Within minutes the salad and bread arrive. Before the salad bowls were passed out the rest of the meal arrived. We were like what?!. Derrick, the waiter, apologized. Needlessly to say I was upset. The manager came over and explained that she would remove the appetizers from the bill. We said ok. We requested more sauce for pasta dish.
10 minutes later I asked what happened to the sauce. He said that they were really busy preparing for a large party and he would get the sauce as soon as possible. Another 20 minutes and he returns. Never once did he offer to refill the water, lemonade for or teas.
I left the restaurant feeling like my I don't matter to Olive Garden. I am very disappointed about the service my family received.
