NonStopDelivery [NSD] Delivery Issues

I was expecting a delivery Friday 06/06/2014 between 2 and 6 pm I took of work Friday. I checked the NSD tracking system a saw the same information that I saw the previous 2 days 6:51 am, 06/04 Arrived at Terminal Location; HOUSTON, TX. While I spent hours fighting on the phone with NSO and the Supplier I finally got it delivered.

My point of this complaint I should not to have to wait days for NSD to process my item through from one local delivery station to another Local delivery station. And have to fight to get it deliver. During my argument with NSD I was told it would not be delivered until Monday or Tuesday. If I had not argued with them and insisted on delivery it would have sat in Houston for 5-6 days about 17 miles from me.

My first order a month and a half ago was sent via NSD. The first package got lost. I ordered another high-end flat screen and now the same thing is happening - delayed, delayed, shipment. The product is two days late, 4/23/2025.Tracking ID: 7534355

Estes delivered my equipment to nsd on 15 sep 2023. The equipment was to be delivered on 22 sep 2023. We are still waitting and no-one has contacted us from nsd and it is 9 oct 2023! according to our state's attorney we can file criminal charges of interstate fraud plus other charges since the value is over $1,000.00!

Just kept marking item delivered - when they set an appointment FINALLY - they marked it delivered FIVE HOURS before the appointment start time. Never calls back and you cannot get through you just have to leave a message. WORST Customer service I have ever experienced

Scheduled delivery, they changed the delivery saying it was our request which it was not.

Took another day off for the second for it still not to arrive.

Company will not answer phone lines and it disconnects after 16.20 min. Trying the chat option they disconnected as soon as we asked a question.

I ordered a shower unit kit in 2 large boxes. The items were thrown out onto the front lawn and the delivery person took off. There are holes in the boxes. The items were suppose to be put under cover of the front porch. Delivery on 5/92023

They delivered my new furniture and drug it across my brand new wood floors which are less than a year old. the room has never been used as I've been waiting over 7 months for my order. after damaging my floors there excuse for denying is is that the guys who delivered it said they didn't do it.

They received my bed on 3 /10/2023 delivered footboard and rails no head board said they would deliver on the 20 still waiting very unprofessional group never using either company again

The delivery drivers backed into my car and damaged the whole rear end of my vehicle. I am not going to give my bank information to anyone to handle something the non stop delivery drivers did to my car. I need someone to call me and discuss a solution.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] inexcusable &service&

Bought a cast iron tub from Home Depot. It was to be shipped to my home by Non Stop Delivery. I called HD to check the status and they said it made it to my town on 9/13/13, and scheduled to be at my house on 9/17/13. With that information, I scheduled my contractor to come out on the 19th at start demolition in my bathroom. Here's the important part, I have ONE bathroom, so once demolition started, that would mean I would have NO tub or shower until construction was done. My awesome contractor planned HIS schedule around their promise date + a few days for good measure. Bad move on my part. As I said, I started calling just to try and confrim everything was on schedule and thats when the run around started. One day they said it was in my town, the next day, it was lost in transit, the next time, it was on hold, waiting for a second part to arrive. Ummmmm...no second part needed, its a single cast iron tub?. Then, it was back here in town, and as of today, they are not sure where it might be. My contractor is calling me from the house saying the whole floor is ripped out now and he cant do anything until the tub is here. I tried begging the customer service lady at Non Stop Delivery to help me, explaining that this is my ONLY bathroom, I have no way to shower AND both myself AND my contractor arranged our schedules around their delivery dates/phone converstaions. Wow, she sounded so bored, like she could care less - zero interest in helping a customer. When someone is literally begging a customer service rep for help, shouldnt they at least ACT like they care and want to help resolve your problem? Besides, how hard is it to find a 300 pound tub anyway? The lady on the phone didnt even say sorry as I begged for help and just kept repeating, "they are researching it and will call you when they find it". Wow, well that is sure super duper helpful. Thanks. I am at my desk and am so upset, I want to cry. Oh, she did say they would call me when its on the way to my house. (They were supposed to call me yesterday and the day before with status updates but never did call - so thats why I called them directly today). If you order somethign from home depot, do whatever you can to avoid this horrible company. Have it shipped to the store and go pick it up yourself. Ok, now I am crying. It may sound dumb but the run around has sucked the life out of me and I honesly have no idea if I will ever get my tub. What do you bet it shows up randomly on my front porch someday (when I specifried that I need it on my back driveway) broken or chipped. C*******t customer service EVER in the history of costumer service. I would put my tracking number on here in case some big-wig in the company sees this review and wants to help but, yeah. Nevermind.

I am also extremely frustrated with NonStopDelivery and also Home Depot. It is difficult to reach anyone at either organization. I've been put on hold, transferred to a manager that doesn't answer the phone, and when I do get through, no one can confirm a delivery, and they can't call you back because their phones aren't programmed for outside calls. Management needs to wake-up; or, perhaps they don't care. The lack of customer service at both orgs is appalling. I will never order anything online at Home Depot again.
My online delivery arrived at the Hanahan terminal on 6/15 and was to be delivered on the 17th. Today is Saturday and I just heard from NSD that it will be delivered on Monday. Unbelievable!

Similar experience with cabinets ordered from Home Depot. 5 cabinets missing, 9 of 14 I did receive were damaged. Depot could immediately confirm that my shipment was tampered with by Nonstop Delivery by the way the items I received were wrapped. Returned cabinets myself. Had to wait 14 days for credit on damaged cabinets from Depot and re-order damaged/missing cabinets in the meantime. Meanwhile, plans for cabinet/counter/electric install are now on hold as I wait additional 3 weeks for delivery of new cabinets, and I'm without a kitchen for Thanksgiving, as I have been for a month since kitchen demo. Terrible service by both parties. I will never use either one ever again.

I had a bed ordered for my mom an dad that Nonstop was delivering for US Mattress. 1st time, no show, no call. Mom called them and made a new appointment. 4 hours later on delivery day, no call, no show. Mom gets hold of the delivery guy who is very apologetic. They have overbooked him as usual and he is way behind. He is 50 miles away finishing a job, but he can get there to deliver and set up the new bed at about 9PM. A bit late. So now mom goes to the back of the line with these yahoos and wont be delivered till sometime next week. What BS

Wow after reading this very helpful review I am scared because I am currently waiting for a delivery! Expected date 5/26/14 and arrived in my town on 5/22/14 according to the tracking. I called a week later to make sure the shipment had arrive and would be delivered and was told they would call me in two days. Two days came and went and no phone call and tracking is horrible just says "LTL update" what the hell does that mean?! I had called the customer service number and was put in a que where a recording tells you how many callers in front of you. I waited one time 10 mins and there where 2 more callers in front when a useless recording comes on and says to leave a message! I hung up repeated the process and again same thing but this time I left a message. Never received a call back so went on the tracking and left a offline message and never got a response. Now my thinking is if this shipping company is legit?! I ordered a $2, 000 swimming pool and worried I called again a week later but this I have my husband ask about the shipment . The customer service told him it had not arrived in our town but they would call on Monday! Wait he told me it was in town as did the tracking?! This is where the waiting game begins?! I filed a complaint with the company I bought my merchandise and waiting for a response. I am worried I am going to get a call saying my pool fell out of the truck?! Maybe it will get delivered after summer passes?! I will update the status on this situation!

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Lack of service - delivery not delivered as promised

On february 20, 2013 I ordered a 9 lite panel door with large dog door in it. Order #w183528036. I needed this to allow our puppy and older dog to be able to go in and out to use restroom. Both are dog door trained. I volunteer at local banquet every year the banquet lasts all night and I can not get away to let dogs out. The door was not able to be shipped by anyone else I suppose so nsd brought it from somewhere down south I believe. It hit wyoming state line on 2/28/13 via i-80 and instead of coming odown to rock springs it went north to casper, wy. Where it remains. I as of 3/6/13 have not yet received this door and was told that basically there is no guarantee of a delivery date. But maybe by this saturday. Now the night of the banquet despite our attempts to come and let the dogs out my carpet was ruined. My husband has to have surgery next week and I really need this door... If I didn't I would tell home depot to stickit where the sun does not shine...
Please if anyone reads this do not use non stop delivery they also ship for sears, ace, lowes, etc...

My company in Rapid City SD placed an order through Home Depot in Gillette WY (we do not have HD here) on March 5, 2022. The $2,000 shipment stalled at this company in Casper WY on March 25th. Home Depot attempted to intervene on April 4, 2022. They contacted NSD. You cannot get a human on the toll-free number. You can only enter the tracking number and destination zip code. Their automated response is that the shipment is at their terminal. Da, WE KNOW THAT!

Home Depot put pressure on them to get this moving, so last night at 8:00 PM, they called our office number. DA#2, we are not open like most businesses in the late evening hours. The female left a message to to call them back. That call goes to the toll-free number we've been calling for weeks, only to get the same message regarding the item is at their terminal.

This is now a month-long episode. NSD is worthless. They do not have any phones number listed on the Internet, even their corporate number is non-working. I am going to also file a complaint with the USDOT and the USFTC. I am unhappy, my customer is extremely unhappy.

I even called at number is Casper WY to locate this business. That company will most likely be out of business soon. While typing this Home Depot's person attempting to resolve this just emailed me an "Escalation Ticket" for NSD.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] No Delivery

Ordered Wood Furnace est delivery was 9/28/12 It is 10/02/12 and the local NSD can't tell me where my shipment is or when it will be delivered. I don't think they could have lost it since it is 530lbs and around 3 ft tall! We paid almost $1300.00 I want to know where my product is, actually I would like my product delivered without any more excuses! On the log it says left message for customer which is a lie, no phone calls or emails from Non Stop Delivery, how about instead you type in on truck for delivery! I know this is NSD that can not seem to do what they need to do but I bought my product from Home Depot & they are the ones that decided to contract with this pitiful company, next time I order a large product I will choose site to store so if my product isn't there I can look the local HD manager in the eye while I listen to excuses!

I was having a sofa delivered from NSD...it was coming from texas...just to mention cost us $1700... it took about a week to get to windsor locks ct...ok no problem...it sat there for a week.before they said they could deliver it...We live about 15 minutes away...but ok...no problem...then we finally have an appointment to have it delivered...in which we made from 12-2...since my wife had to leave for work...they were late...we had white glove service...in which they refused to take our old sofa...and the driver was rude about it saying he dont take nothing..and actually said that white glove delivery means a 2 person delivery...this guy works for the company and doesnt know what white glove delivery is...sad ! then after about 5 phone calls in which they told me they would take out the old sofa...we made another appointment...late again...wanted a signature without seeing the sofa...they brought it in...and it was damaged ripped...the driver said it wasnt his problem it was the doorway that ripped it...so we had him take it back...half of the sectional at least...the other half they just dropped in the living room...and left it...not to mention me my wife and kids were so excited about our new sofa...what a dissapointment, , , what a joke..never again...This company is awful...they dont care about customer service...THEY LIE..and they AVOID..

I'm currently waiting for a delivery, it was delayed a week further the day after I ordered it, but I was like all right, we'll see what happens. The tracking is a disaster, said delivered on the 12th, even though new date isn't till the 18th, and pkg wasn't delivered anyway. Now it's sitting with a delivery exception somewhere. I'm 100% in for a class action lawsuit
