Icalled and ordered a small bottle of your trial acaiberry sixty capsules, $91. 28 was debited from my account, i have called and cancelled my order, a confirmation was sent of the cancellation, but you still took the money from my account. I would like the money to be put back into my checking account immediately.

I have called montgomery consumer affairs and the better busses bureau pertaining to their complaint, if the funds are not put back ion my account within 24 hours. I am to forward all the information to them and they will peruse the matter.

    I repeat, this is not a Company. It doesn't exist. It's just a wharehouse in different States that they use for a mailing address. They are just a bunch of Scam Artist using your money and spending it freely. The reason why you keep getting a foreign person on the other line is because they are scamming from their foreign Country.

    Do your part and get rid of the Credit Card and file Fraudulent charges with the Credit Card Company. They will continue to charge your card without your permission.

    Any company with Acai berry or total cleanse, don't waste your time! They keep changing their names. It's credit card scammers, not a Company and not endorsed by Oprah!

    I am having the same problems. Can't get a straight answer. They say they issued a refund but strangely enough my bank doesn't have it I didn't order anything but the original "pay shipping only". The product didn't work and I threw it away. I didn't order the next shipment and they charged it to my checking account which caused checks to bounce.

    You are dealing with a group of Scam Artist. As much as you don't want to do it, you have to cut up that credit card. They will continue to take money from it without your authorization.

    You should have kept some of the bogus product for evidence. Alot are getting sick from it. It might have the same ingredients posted on this website that said "NOT DIGESTIBLE BY HUMANS."

    File charges. ic3.gov and with the Federal Trade Commission online. They have forms online you can submit. Makes a stronger case.

    Just so you know, they sell your information to other telemarketers that will dry up that credit card as well without your consent.

    I AM 61 YRS OLD AND WHAT A FOOL I WAS, TO FALL FOR SUCH A SCAM AS THIS COMPANY HAS, ONE MINUTE AFTER I HAD FILLED IN THE FORM AND GAVE THEM MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER, I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM... I CALLED MY BANK AND TRIED TO HAVE THE PAYMENT STOPPED, THEY WOULD NOT DO THIS FOR ME.. I WAS TOLD CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR YOUR DEBIT CARD... I HAD ALREADY READ THAT YOU COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDERS, FROM READING COMPLAINTS, ONLINE..SO I HAD TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD... I COULD NOT LOOSE ANY BIG AMTS . OF MONEY..
    MY SON WORKS FOR THE FBI, AND WHEN I CALLED HIM, AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED, HE SAID TURN IT IN TO THE FBI, MOM..SO I BEGAN MY PLAN, I CALLED THE NUMBER AND ON THE SECOND TIME THEY ANSWERED, I TOLD THEM HOW ANGRY I WAS TO BE SCAMMED, AND THAT I HAD ALREADY CANCELLED MY CARD, THEY COULD NOT CHARGE ME ANYMORE, I INFORMED THEM I WAS TURNING THIS IN TO THE FBI.. AND THE NEXT 2 DAYS, THEY CALLED ME ON THE PHONE, FIRST TWO CALLES I DIDN'T ANSWER, NOT KNOWING WHO IT WAS, THIRD CALL I PICK UP ON.. THEY ASK FOR ME BY NAME AND ASK ME IF I KNEW THAT I WAS ENROLLING IN THEIR CLUB, WHEN I ASK FOR THE FREE SAMPLE, I SAID NO, NO.. AND REMINDED HIM THEY COULD NOT GET ANYMORE MONEY FROM ME... I THEN EMAILED THEM WITH THE FACTS THAT I DISCOVERED ON THEIR WEBSITS, WITH PROOF THAT THEY WERE SCAMMING PEOPLE... WELL THE NEXT DAY THEY CHANGED THEIR SITES.. REMOVING SOME PICTURES OF A GIRL CLAIMING TO BE TWO PEOPLE WITH THE SAME STORY OF WEIGHT LOSS.. BUT I HAD ALREADY COPIED THESE PAGES.. AND ALSO COPIED THE LATER, WHICH I AM TURNING OVER TO THE FBI.. I FEEL FOR ALL YOU, JUST AS I FELT FOR MYSELF, KNOWING WHAT THOSE KINDS OF WITHDRAWALS FROM MY MONEY, WOULD KILL ME.. I FEEL VERY GLAD THAT WHEN I STOPPED MY DEBIT CARD THE 5.95 WAS THEN PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT, BUT I PAID 30.00 DOLLARS TO STOP MY CARD... I WANT THIS MONEY BACK FROM PURE ACAI BERRY...     Write to the Arizona Attorney General - just google him and on his webiste you will find a Complaint Form.
    That seems to have helped me.

    They have also got my money I am in the UK and cant find any e-mail addresses for them can anyone supply? I have canx my card with the bank, but they state that blocking the card may not stop them, I dont know what else to do

    If it's your bank card, you need to change your account. You will see more unauthorized charges. You have to go by whatever address that is sent with the product.

    You should file charges with the Federal Trade Commission in that State and with the Attorney Generals Office. You can google this information and submit a complaint form on their website.

    Do something! When you file charges, that's when things get done. There are investigations and cases going on in certain States as We speak.

    Try [redacted].com, maybe you have a better chance of getting your money back with them. If anything, through the Federal Trade Commission online.

    this also happened to me. My daughter sent for a free trial and was enrolled in all different programs and I have several charges that incurred on my debit card. I called the bank and now have a hold on my card but have spent hours on the phone with these people. I am trying to find a phone number for a charge from Master Cleanse Watford. Thats all it says on my debit statement. Anyone who has info on them please let me know. Thank you I was able to speak to someone at Natures-Acai, from Creno, NV whom was helpful but they will not refund me 79.96 for a bottle she already opened that was supposed to be a free trial for $5.95 they said the $5.95 was for shipping But I also have incurred another charge for a bottle that she hasnt received yet for 85.91 they said they would refund that when I sent it back Very frustrating

    I am being charged for a suppliment that I never recieved. Its about 95 dollars and some change coming out of my account. Tried the my trial support website and I got nothing. Tried to call the number on my bank statment and a recording was on saying that they value my call an my call and my call was the first in line. I was on hold for an hour and no one ever pickedd up the phone... I really want all my money back for this suppliment!

    I found it difficult to cancel as well. Called my bank but didn't want to cancel my account. They only cancelled my card and re-issued under a different number keeping the account open and current pin intact. A new card will be mailed out within 5 days and if I need access to funds before I get the replacement card, I can get a temporary one from any branch. If you used a debit card to make your purchase this is the best way to keep these crooks from accessing any further funds. My bank also put the money back into my account and filed a complaint with the company - yea Wells Fargo!
