Michael Kors / repair of shoes

I purchased a pair of Michael Kors shoes that were defective. The heel separated from the sole the first time I wore them. I contacted a michael Kors representative on 3/15/15 and was sent an authorization for repair by them on 3/17/15. I sent the shoes on 3/18/15 to be repaired with delivery confirmation. They received the shoes on 3/23/15. I was told that once they received the shoes they would evaluated to determine if they could be repaired or not and I would receive an email. I never received an email. I contacted them on 3/30/15 and was told that my shoes were received and was sent out for repair. I called again 4/15/15 to check the status of the repair and I was told that it takes 4-6 weeks for repair and I would receive an email when the shoes were repaired. I received an 2 emails on 4/22/15 stating that the shoes were GOING to be sent out for repair; one email states I would get them back in 2-3 weeks and one stating 4-6 weeks. I called at that time to find out what what was going on since I was told that the shoes were sen on 3/30/15 to be repaired. I was first told that the delay was because I was sent an email that I never responded to, when that was confirmed to be a lie by the their supervisor I was then told that they didn't recieve thw shoes until 3/30/15. When I was able to refute that I was told that the shoes were snet out and to call the repair company to check the status. I called Rago Brothers (repair Co.) on 4/23/15 and was told that they haven't recieved mt shoes yet. SO my shoes sat for a month on the Michael Kors warehouse for a month and was never sent out. I called back to Michael Kors on 4/23/15 to find out why and I was told that it was out of their hands since it's already been sent to the repair company. When I asked to speak with someone in the warehouse to question why my shoes sat for a month before being sent out I was hung up on. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who stated she would call me back in 24 hours with some type of answers. Michael Kors customer service are rude and their warehouse staff is incompetent and I would really like to know what else I can do in regards to this situation
