So, I gotta say, the customer service at Luxe DH is pretty good. They were quick to respond to my questions and concerns, which is always a plus. But, unfortunately, the handbag I received was a total fake. I mean, I had it checked out by an expert and they straight up told me, "this is the worse counterfeit I've ever seen." Yikes.

Now, I'm not saying that all of their items are fake, but I wouldn't take the risk with this website. It's just not worth it. I mean, who wants to spend their hard-earned money on a knockoff? Not me, that's for sure.

I called them up on April 9th, 2016 and their voicemail still said they were closed on February 15th. Like, what? And when I finally did get through to someone, it took me like 8 to 11 tries. But the real kicker was the shipping. I mean, I get that they want to make sure everything is secure and all, but come on. I had to be there to sign for it, no option to pick it up at a FedEx office or anything. And I arranged for two-day shipping, specifically so it would arrive on a Saturday when I would be home. But they forgot to mark it as Saturday delivery, so now I gotta stay home on Monday too. Not cool, Luxe DH, not cool.

I mean, don't get me wrong, they've got some nice stuff on their site. But with all these issues, I'm not sure if I'll be back. If they can get their act together and fix these problems, maybe I'll give them another shot. But for now, I'm not too impressed.

Honestly, I'm so fed up with this company that I'm going to contact my bank to get a full refund. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from Luxe DH. They're not upfront about their return policy and their customer service is non-existent. It's just bad business all around.

It's a little frustrating, to say the least.

Overall, I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with Luxe DH again. The products are great, but the lack of communication and cancelled orders have left me feeling a little uneasy. Hopefully they can get their act together and improve their customer service in the future.

I gotta say, Luxe DH ain't got the best customer service. I mean, I placed an order with them and they sent me an email and even called me to confirm, but they didn't bother to mention that someone had to be home to get the delivery. It wouldn't hurt for them to offer alternative delivery options either. But I guess that would require them to put in some extra effort, and we all know how some companies feel about that.
