LuxeDH is a company that claims to sell 100% authentic merchandise, but my experience with them was anything but authentic. I was extremely disappointed when I received a fake Louis Vuitton wallet from LuxeDH. When I contacted their customer service, a woman named Liz helped me out. She was very kind and apologized for the mistake. Liz assured me that LuxeDH would give me a full refund for the fake wallet. However, when I received an email from Liz, she mentioned that I would be charged a $25 restocking fee for returning the item. I couldn't believe it! LuxeDH sent me a fake wallet, and they were going to charge me a restocking fee? It seemed like a joke to me.

To make matters worse, LuxeDH charged me $44.95 for overnight shipping, but the wallet didn't arrive until a week later. I called Liz again, and she told me that the person who handles refunds and financing wasn't at work. She promised that as soon as he returned, I would be refunded the $44.95 and an additional $25 for the inconvenience. It sounded like a good deal, but I still haven't received my refund for the shipping and handling, nor have I received the money that LuxeDH owes me for the fake wallet.

The moral of this story is to be careful when buying from a company that you're not familiar with. When I read the reviews for LuxeDH, they all seemed positive, but now I realize that was a red flag. I urge people not to order from this company. I lost $520.00, and I may never get my money back. Don't be a victim like I was.

I bought a bag from Luxe DH way back in 2014. I put the bag on a payment plan and was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. However, when I received the bag, I noticed that it was too big for my liking. I spoke to the salesperson and she suggested that they had just received a new bag that I might like. She sent me pictures of the bag and I was pleased with it. However, when I received the bag, I noticed that the inside had been changed. I thought that maybe they renovate the bags a bit, but later found out that they don't change the inside of the bags.

After a while, the bag tore on me. I sent pictures of the tear to Luxe DH and they told me that it was due to something sharp that cut the bag. However, the tear was in the front of the bag, right where the bag folds. I sent the bag back to them and they insisted that they did not sell me that bag. Can you believe it? I paid 1k for a fake Louis Vuitton bag, my first one at that!

This incident happened in 2014 and if I had purchased an authentic bag, I would still have it today. I am extremely disappointed and infuriated. It's frustrating to know that Luxe DH cannot stand by what they sell and have very poor standards. I have pictures of the bag when I received it and you can clearly see the Luxe DH receipt. One picture is from when I first purchased the bag, and the other is after the bag tore on me. The third picture is of the inside of the bag, which has no LV serial number or LV wording at all on the inside.

I would advise anyone looking to buy designer bags to steer clear of Luxe DH. They sell fake bags and cannot stand by what they sell. It's a shame that I had to learn this lesson the hard way.

About a year ago, I decided to finally treat myself and buy an LV purse for myself. I started with the classic monogram speedy 30 bag and I absolutely love it. It's the perfect size and was in great condition. Recently, I decided that I needed a smaller LV bag for those times when I just need to take a few items with me and don't want to lug around a big bag. I found a monogram pochette that looks like it was never used and is the perfect cute size. And just a couple of weeks ago, I found a great small Damier bag that is a little bigger, has small feet on the bottom, and a little longer strap that fits perfectly under my arm. It's also perfect for using as a smaller bag.

When I first got the Speedy bag, I have to admit that I was a little skeptical. LV bags are the most replicated handbags and small goods in the world, after all. But I was lucky enough to have a co-worker whose roommate worked part-time at an LV store. I took the bag to him to look at and he knew right away that it was real after looking it over for me. I totally trust his opinion since he has worked at LV for like 5 years or so and knows the items inside and out. So from my experience, I can say with confidence that the LV pre-owned goods that LuxeDH sells are authentic.

I can't speak for any other brands since I haven't ordered any, but if you're in doubt and don't know anyone to look at it for you, there are companies online that will authenticate an item and write a letter of authenticity for a small fee and the shipping cost back and forth. Every dealing that I've had with LuxeDH has been positive and helpful. They have a policy that if you do find that your item is not real, then they do accept refunds. The refund "window" is small, so if you're suspicious of an item, I'd suggest contacting them via email. I find that email is the best way to contact them and I always get a reply within 24 hours. Let them know that you are having your item authenticated and I'm sure they'd give you the time you need to feel comfortable with your purchase.
