Michael Kors michael kors watch

I placed an order for a MK watch for my mom and never received an email confirmation or tracking details, I didn't even knew wheather my order go through or not. I checked my credit card and saw the amount of $150 was pending. I called customer service and both agent and the supervisor were not not all agreeing to their mistake or providing a solution. Instead they were teaching me how to order online, I have spend hunderds and thousands of $$$$ towards online shopping across all brands worldwide. You can hear the recording they were admenent and didn't care about customer Service. Is this how things work at MK? I am not doing to buy any stuff of your brand and even share this experience in social media and with my friends and colleagues to stay away from you guys.

I still don't have my order or tracking number.

Michael Kors damaged item/customer service

Almost a month ago, I enquired as to why the handler of my bag has discoloured. A response was given and they passed it to the appropriate team as the handbag was purchased at dubai airport. No response was ever received. I have chased this 5 times via email and have had no response, it is absolutely unacceptable.

All I wanted was for my handbag to be repaired or replaced. I have just been ignored and am left with a damaged item. For the amount of money the products are you would think the customer service would reflect this.

I usually buy a lot of michael kors products but I will no longer be buying them.

Michael Kors watch-no customer care service in qatar

Dear team,

I am writing to you with extreme disappointment. I had purchased a watch on 30th april 2016. The watch stopped working in june 2017 and we replaced the battery. But the watch was not working even after the replacement. We visited the micheal kors outlet here in qatar, and they refused to even check it. They said there is no after service they will provide to the customer after we purchase it. We have literally roamed every where with the watch and there is no service outlet here.

So if I watch stops working in qatar, do we need to dispose it?
What do we do if the watch is not working? And the store here refuses to even touch it? (forget checking)

Please provide us with a solution and service centre which will check for my watch.

Michael Kors unethical behavior and illegal sale

I following up on my complaint that I made through a phone call to Michael Kors official call center regarding my order w708372166 . That was 5 days ago .I specifically asked the person on the phone named Kiel to escalate my issue and issue formal reply from Michale Kors for my case. Except that he was totally unhelpful on the phone as it seems he never escalated my case.

I order from the official Michael Kors website on the 6th of June several items from the website. I also received a confirmation email that my order is being processed on the 7th of June and my credit card was charged accordingly . I live in Abu Dhabi UAE and my husband was travelling to the US for business so I wanted to take the opportunity to order some US brands items online. I also took the 2day express delivery option so I can make sure the staff are delivered to his hotel on time. After I received the confirmation email I was confident that all is in order and didn't check my email again. In the meantime all my other orders from Tory Burch, DKNY, Victoria Secret, Amazon arrived in the hotel . When I checked my email again oi found an email that said that my Michale cors order was cancelled as NONE of the items that I got confirmation and paid online are not available.
How is it possible that you advertise items and make customers pay for items you don't have available? This is unacceptable and I need official reply on this saying that after purchasing and getting confirmation Michael Kors cannot guarantee that the items paid for actually exist .It is illegal to advertise and charge people for goods that are not existing.

In addition the reply of your customer representative online was totally unacceptable so I am requesting that you hear the phone call made on 12th June at 19.45 UAE Time, duration 14min and 44seconds and also officially answer why I haven't received any response from Michael Kors. Also I need confirmation from your side that all the money have been returned to my account.

Some of those items purchased were for gifts for certain occasions that I had to buy something else.
I am very disappointed and hurt from this incident. I m a loyal customer of Michael Kors in UAE and never expected this to happen especially from Michael Kors.

Michael Kors customer service/ discrimination

My Partner and I walked into Michael kors, at 4.26pm on Thursday the 14th of June at Harbourtown Gold Coast.
He was ignored by the Lady who was working (He's of a Dark enthenicty). I then asked her the same question and she replied (I'm Caucasian) she then proceeded to ignore him. He wanted to leave as she made him feel uncomfortable like he wasn't the right colour or wealthy enough to shop at Micheal kors. As We left she then looked at his wrist as he was wearing a watch that was gifted to him as if he stole it. It was very embarrassing for a Micheal kors store to discriminate in this Day of age. I was appalled by the Service and respect for customers.

Michael Kors michael kors sandals

I am seriously disapointed in the quality of the sandals I purchased about a month ago. Today I was walking and one of the straps completely popped off of the sandal. I contacted my friend right away who has the same sandals and she told me the exact thing happened to her yesterday. We both purchased the sandals for $60 at Macy's at the Smithhaven mall on Long Island, New York. We are both very upset and will no longer be purchasing Michael Kors shoes. Coming from someone who works in compliance this is not a product that should be on the shelves. If it happened to two people I'm sure others are dealing with this too.

Michael Kors rose gold watch

I purchased a Rose Gold watch from the Michael Kors store in the Northlake Mall. After a few months and only occasional wear the watch began to tarnish. I took the watch back to the store and was told that I could not get a refund because it was passed 90 days, and to send my watch to Fossil to have the tarnished pieces replaced.
I sent my watch to Fossil where the pieces were replaced. I recently wore the watch and now my wrist has broke out in an awful rash!
This watch costed over $300 for what we believe was a ROSE GOLD watch. Gold does not tarnish nor does it cause rashes, as I am not allergic to GOLD.
I have had enough with this watch despite ALL my efforts to keep the fake gold watch I am now requesting a refund.

Michael Kors defective product

Hi,

I´m from Brazil and last March the 2nd, I bought a Michael Kors Smartwatch (model MKT5005 - Bar Code Number [protected]) in one of your stores located at Jersey Gardens Outlet in New Jersey. A few weeks ago the watch just stopped working. I went to the Michael Kors legal representative to make the repair in Brazil and I need the proof of purchase to proceed with the repair, but I cannot find it. Could this proof of purchase be sent to my email?

Michael Kors purse

In October I bought a bag online. About a month ago the piping on the handle came off. I returned it... had to call to see the status of the return, finally received a letter saying it couldn't be fixed and to pick another item to replace it. Of course my purse that I loved was not on the list. Picked an item... 8 days later and several ignored emails I called them to check on the status of the replacement purse and was told that they were now sending the replacement order to the warehouse and to give them a week and call back to see where the order was. Asked to speak to someone else about it and was disconnected! Silly me, I expected more from this company!

Michael Kors a watch

I am writing this letter in hopes that it is received in the right hands.

Last year I was gifted a Michaels Kors watch from my husband to celebrate our anniversary and capture a special moment that we shared. You can image my upset when my watch suddenly began to demonstrate mechanical issues. The watch it self stop keeping the correct time and both hands would move together at the same time when you would try to make any type of adjustment. I made the choice to bring the watch back to the Michael Kors location at Sherway Gardens in August 2017. This particular day I dealt with a manger on duty named Ray. Ray examined my watch and made note of the mechanical issue immediately. He asked me to fill out a form and explained that my watch pull he sent away to be serviced. Ray explained that the watch would take 3-6 months to be returned to my home address. He did not provide me with any paper work which is why I took a photography of both my watch and the form I completed that day.

It is now April 2018 and I still do not have my watch back.

On Monday, April 2nd, 2018 my husband and I Went to the Sherway location where I spoke with the store manger Liz and explained my story. She sadly knew nothing about me or my watch. At this point no one seems to know where my watch is or why happened to it. I am heartbroken and feel as though Michal kors has stolen from me. They have not just taken a watch from me but rather taken a memory from me as well.

I do hope that someone is able to resolve this matter for me!

Michael Kors fraud on my store credit

I had received a store credit for a return at the outlet store at Tanger Outlets in Washington, PA. I held on to the credit for a while as I couldn't find anything I liked. I decided to give my sister the credit in January of 2018. The card had never been out of my possession. When she attempted to use it at the store they informed her it had already been used in California. We have never been to California. She has filed multiple disputes through the store and by phone. We have yet to hear from anyone at Michael Kors. I would like a call immediately in regards to this issue. I also would like a copy of the fraud policy and dispute procedures. Please give my sister or me a call at the numbers listed below.

something fraudulent is going on within their company bc the same thing happened to me.when i went to use my egiftcard it had a zero balance on it. the only persons with the card number is me and michael kors.

Michael Kors misguided and cheated me

I am very upset with your brand.. I bought the smart watch on monday and the information given by the store people was wrong.. They said smart watch is not available outside the store and I just saw it on amazon on 40 percent off and I got it on 20 percent sale.. I wanted to gift this to my very close person and though I can't afford the brand regularly still I trusted the store people and bought the watch... Kindly help me out as this money is very hard earn to me.. I am kanika from india ; new delhi.. I need to put this across the company for guiding me wrong and let me buy the product as an innocent buyer.. I am really disappointed and upset with the brand

Michael Kors jacket

My name is Sarah. We live temporarily in japan but we have a residence in Az.
We were over christmas break.

i bought a micheal kors jacket about 3 weeks ago and i wore only couple days ago, to find that every time i put it on i get tiny feathers on my sweater/ car seat/ you can even see all feathers sticking out.

it was bought in Az from Dillards. I will look for the receipt asap .

i have bought jackets and bags from MK never had any problem.

i have photos to submit just let me know where to send it.

I have purchased 3 Michael Kors purses for myself and have had the same problem with all of them. The purse straps are raveling. If you would like pictures I will send them with your direction. I have bought purses and wallets for my 3 grown daughters also. I am a good customer, love your products but am very disappointed with my purse problems. No problems with the two wallets I have purchased. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Michael Kors michael kors bag delivery

I ordered the bag for my daughter and it was to arrive at the latest on 22nd dec
However, last week you emailed to say it had been delayed until 7th jan. Too late for christmas
As a result i emailed yourselves on 14th, 15th, 16th and 19th dec trying to cancel the order as i had bought something else.
However, unbelievably it turned up today and now i have to send this back.

Not only this i have rung and emailed a number of times to chase the fiorelli bag
I was told i would be contacted . Yet i have had no call or email and time is running out. Again this is a christmas present

I feel really let down.

Please could some one take the time to follow this up and get back to me asap?

Michael Kors purse

I wanted to inform Michael Kors of the way Macy's in the Antelope Valley #414 1123 Rancho Vista Blvd in Palmdale, CA 93551 is treating his customers. I purchased a purse on 12/16/17 and I know when the purse is a certain size Michael Kors provides a bag just like Coach, Gucci, and LV. I asked the Selling Associate for that bag to place my purse in. She did not provide me with a bag and informed they had no bags. I purchased a Leather purse and all of my purses came with a bag because of the size. I am disappointed because Macy's have people working in a department treating your customers as if they are incompetent. The person did not include her selling associate number on the receipt. However I have [protected] 0042 time 6:51 PM on 12/16/17. She had no help that night and was the only person working. Please inform Macy's to provide the Michael Kors bag to place the purse in once purchased. Now I have a purse with not cloth bag to place it in.

Michael Kors hip length tweed jacket with leather sleeves and collar

I purchased, from Macy's, a Hip Length, Tweed Jacket with Leather Sleeves and a Leather Collar. I truly loved it but alas, had to hang it up for the spring and summer seasons. When I attempted to wear it again, this fall season I discovered the leather collar had begun to peel really badly. I was embarrassed to wear it, it was ruined.

I was hoping for some kind of compensation sense it was quite expensive for me, but I trusted the quality, and was sure I would get to wear it more than season.

Michael Kors michael kors order w558296865

I requested via the customer support number that this order be cancelled ONE MINUTE after I placed it, due to another website selling the same product $70 cheaper. I was told that I cannot cancel it?!? I will dispute the transaction on my credit card however in trying to save time and effort, I would like to cancel the order on your end. I have emailed customer support and called as well. A manager was supposed to call me back yesterday and I received nothing.

I get why you'd make certain purchases final sale but, really, after one minute you cannot cancel an order? There's no reason why you wouldn't. Nothing's been shipped or customized at this point. I'm trying to understand why a company of your size and ‘stature' would do this to their customer. Very unfortunate.

Michael Kors handbag

Several years ago I purchased a black Michael Kors black handbag at the Michael Kors store in Boca Rato store in the Towncenter Mall for. $400. I was guite surprised when the handle started to separate. At that time I did not receive a MK logo for the outside of the purse. I totally love the purse and it was one of my very big splurges just wanted you how disappointed I am as that is the most I have every paid for a purse Just saying.

Michael Kors extremely disappointed

I never expected that so respectable company could treat their customers that way.
The items are so expensive and you expect them to be perfectly made. That's what we pay for.
Unfortunately, my bad was torn after two weeks of wearing. You could have blamed it on me, but knowing how much it cost I wear it very carefully. It has a hole inside, and I never put anything that can damage it. Because the bag is not that big, it's almost like a purse.
I called their customer care to figure out what to do and why the quality is so poor. But they didn't want to listen and hung up on me.
Well, I am disappointed. You lost one customer.
