Mashreq Bank / credit card sms to mobile

I am a client in your bank in egypt and my mobile number was chage from etisale network to vodafone from 6 years age and your bank the old system used to send me sms to my phone number now they changed the system and told me you have to change your phone number because it does not work and i am trying to buy an online product and the security code has to be sent by sms and it does not want to send me i have been complaining about this from 9 months and i cant use my credit card online and please i need help or i will close my acount and i have another credit card fron QNB BANK works perfect
