Dear Sir,


My self Mr. Amlan Keshari purchased a Maruti 800 from SKY auto
Mobile, Bhubaneswar on
23-11-2012. After purchase this vehicle I suffered many problems, I
found one dent on left
side back door when I purchased this vehicle, the showroom side
convinced they repair the
same on first servicing. But after when approach first time they
regrets and later I complained
higher authority and after they consider for repair.


when I first test drive the same vehicle I found the second gear was
not properly worked the
showroom officers said the same problem will shutout within first
servicing, I took the same
vehicle and used but several time faced the same problem, I informed
about the same
problem to service centered and they conveyed they solve the same on
first servicing. My
first servicing was done on 14-12-2012 but it was not shutout, later
I faced some more
problems in the vehicle that AC not working, break not functioning well.


So I again visited to SKY Auto and checked my vehicle for the same
problem on 26-02-2013
but when I received vehicle after checked service centre I was not
satisfied I told them
problem is not resolve, they said after running 300 to 400 kilometers
the problem will shutout.


I agreed and took the vehicle from service centre but the same
problem still arises in the
vehicle, finally on 16-03-2013 I was again visited to SKY auto and
informed them about same
problem. They took my vehicle for repairing, I was delivered my
vehicle in service station on
16-03-2013 for repairing, the same evening I got call from service
center that my vehicle was
repaired, I moved to service center and test drive my vehicle but I
didn’t feel little bit improve
on Gear, Break and AC problem.


I deny to take my vehicle from the service center because I was not
satisfied vehicle repairing, I feel this is manufacture defect which
reason it was not repaired after repeated services.


Finally I decide I will not take my vehicle from service center due
to the above mentioned
problem arises in the vehicle repeatedly, still the vehicle is in
custody of SKY Auto,
Bhubaneswar, I am not satisfied with company services. This is
completely manufacture
defect so I request to MARUTI COMPANY to took my vehicle and
reimburse my whole
amount what I paid during purchase or replace the vehicle on any other segment.


The same information we passed to Consumer advice centre when we
couldn’t get any fruit
full result from your side. This is the final reminder from my side
to take appropriate step in
my case, because the same mater we discussed with CAC and as advised
by CAC this is
final reminder to take action in this case else the same will take
care by CAC Bhubaneswar
in future.

    Maruti 800 - delay cheque of 2500

    I am sharda rani, mobile no. 09464088001. I have purchased new maruti car 800, on 1 october 2009, from dealer TRI CITY, zirakpur, at that time they have committed Rs. 2500 return cheque against govt. employee scheme within a week after purchase. but we didn't get any cheque from their side. Also they are not giving any suitable reason for the delay. Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

    Maruti 800 - mobil oil of engine not changed durng service at S.B.Cars Kanpur

    i had given my maruti 800 for service to s.b.cars pvt ltd at kanpuron 25th january 2010. .durng the service mobil oil of the engine was not changed which resulted in the engine break down. it was atotal negligence onthe part of the dealer. so please take appropriate action against the dealer. car regn no.up-79A/9865 JOB CARD NO.JC09009684. my contactno. 9359922587 9045514636.

    supplied 2nd hand car is not repaired as promised after taking the full payment in advance for one Maruti 800 2005 standard model
