Bought a truck for my boy who was a first time buyer. Salesman didn't wanna let us test drive until we qualified. Sales Manager *** came down and finally let us. Once we qualified they liked us. Temp tag was less than 30 days. We didn't get the title until 45 days after purchase. Then the wipers never worked. They said they'd call us to set up the appointment. I tried calling three times and the manager *** was never available and didn't call me back. Now in the shop for repairs and *** won't honor the wiper repair that they're supposed to fix because it's more than 30 days. Don't waste your time and money with this place.

Employees were so rude and didn't know what they were doing. They lied to me and took advantage of my situation. I worked with them for over a month and they made my credit worse. They said I was approved but never sent in the loan paperwork. I drove the car for 2 weeks and had paperwork signed by Jim *** (the boss) and Ryan *** (the money guy). But Ryan should have had the money paperwork ready, right? They called me back to sign new loan paperwork that didn't exist just so they could take my car. They never said sorry. They made me feel bad and treated me like I was nothing. How can they give me the keys and paperwork but not do anything? They do bad business. Don't go there.

The lady who sold me the car was cool and helped me out a lot. But the big boss man and his crew were not cool at all. My credit score wasn't great, so I couldn't get financing, which is fine. But I wanted to check out some cars at their other spot and they said I had to put down money for a car I hadn't even seen yet. I was like, "What the heck?" I told the lady I would pay cash once I saw the car and made sure it was a good deal. I was willing to pay up to $25,000, but I didn't tell them that. My brother came with me to help pay and we waited for like 2 hours for the car to come. We were chillin' and getting insurance ready, but the dudes in charge wouldn't tell us what was up. They treated us like we didn't matter, even though we were paying cash. Finally, the lady told us the car was there and it was a total mess. The windshield was cracked, the fender was messed up, and the inside was dirty. It was a joke. My brother asked if they were making fun of us and I said they just didn't care. Clement Auto Plaza has some nice cars, but they don't have any class. Don't waste your time there.

I bought a car from Clement Pre-Owned St. Louis and it came with a warranty. But now, the axle and ball joints are getting loose and they won't fix it. I took my 2019 Rogue Sport to them, but they said they won't fix it. I just want them to keep their word and honor the warranty.

Got a car from Clement Pre-Owned St. Louis last month. Drove it off the lot and took it home. Been driving it for a month now. But now they're saying they wanna repo it. They're saying I was never approved. That's not fair at all. They even talked to my mom, who didn't cosign for me. That's my own personal business.

So, I got this mail flyer from Clement Pre-Owned St. Louis and it had a game on it with pull tabs. We played the game and it said we won either $1000,000 or two new vehicles. But when we went to claim our prize, they said they're not honoring the mailer and we're getting the run around. I just want to warn everyone that it's a scam.

So, I got this thing in the mail from Clement Pre-Owned St. Louis saying I won big bucks, like $2000.00. Lots of folks were there when I showed up with the same thing. But, when I got there, they said it was just a way to get me in the door. I had to buy a car 'cause I needed one, but they didn't give me no discount or nothin'. They didn't even offer me no disability or life insurance. They said it was too late to add it on after I already bought the car. I think they're lyin' to people with this game piece stuff. False advertising, I tell ya.

I went to Clement Pre-Owned St. Louis on June 02, 2022 to buy a car. They said I was approved and I filled out some papers. Then they let me drive off the lot. But I didn't get anything about my car payment, so I called the bank. The bank said they didn't get any papers from the dealership about the car. They said sometimes it takes a while to get the papers. They told me to call back later in the week to see if they got them. I called the bank a lot of times, but still no papers. Then in July, I started getting calls from different people at the dealership about the car. Can someone call me for more info?

I got my car on 5/18 and they said it would be ready the next day but it wasn't. I went on the 20th and to my surprise, it was a different car than what I agreed to. I kept getting the runaround. I ended up taking a different car than what we agreed to. The same day, I left there, about 5:30 (I had been there all day). When I got home the temperature gauge came on and said that the engine was hot. They had just replaced the thermostat. When I called she said no one was there. I called the next day and they said they wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday. I called again after it sat for an entire day. The car was towed back to the dealer. The guy who sold the car wouldn't speak to me. I have all the paperwork and the sales receipt. I just want my money back.

I got a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Clement Auto Plaza in Bridgeton, Mo on 10/22. I told the salesman that I have 3 kids and need something safe and reliable. He said the car passed inspection and would be good for my family. The tire pressure light was on, but he said it just needed air. I thought they would fix it before I left since I spent $10,500. But that was just the start of my problems. The tires were bald, so I had to go to *** the next day to get them moved to the front. The rear tires were a little better, but I still hydroplaned and almost crashed. *** also added air, but the light didn't go off like the salesman said it would. I had to replace the radiator hose and put 2 new back tires on after a blowout. All of this after the car "passed inspection." I spent $1,000 on repairs for a new car. When I got new tires, they said I had a broken ball joint, axle, boot leak, and needed an alignment and brakes. I paid $511 to fix what I could, but the car won't pass state inspection. How did the dealership pass it? When I took it back, J.P. ran my credit 15 times and offered me $4,500 for a car I paid $10,500 for. He won't stand behind the contract we signed. He sold me a bad car and won't fix it. I won't keep paying for a car that's falling apart and won't pass inspection.
