Exclusive Motorcars They jacked up the price by $3600 from the agreed $32000

They jacked up the price by $3600 from the agreed $32000. We settled on $32,200, but then they pulled a sneaky move with this Exclusive SmartCare thing for $3600 and an Exclusive Power train for $995. They always seem to tack on these bogus fees at the end. Avoid this dealership like the plague. I wouldn't touch their cars even if they were the only dealership left in the whole country.

Exclusive Motorcars We had to talk online with a dealership many states away

We had to talk online with a dealership many states away. We had to buy a car without test drive. Team at Exclusive was nothing but nice and flexible. They did honestly walk around and gave us 100% honest opinion about the car they had for sale. Everything was told. Delivery was set up by Exclusive and since driver was one day late, Exclusive was in communication with us every few hours. Overall great experience.

Exclusive Motorcars Man, I really wish I had seen this before I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars LLC in June

Man, I really wish I had seen this before I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars LLC in June . Just two days after I drove off the lot, the service engine soon light came on. I took it back to the dealership and they claimed they fixed it, but guess what? A few weeks later, the light was back on again. And then, to top it all off, my car just straight up stopped running because of some contaminated gas that was in it! Can you believe it? And you know what the dealership had the nerve to do? Blame me for it! I had to haul my butt back to the dealership just to talk to someone because they wouldn't return my calls. While I was waiting for them to check out my car, I ended up chatting with two other people who had the exact same issues right after they bought their cars. This whole ordeal has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place!

Exclusive Motorcars DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE! I bought a 2017 Nissan Maxima from here just about 2 months ago. Before I could even make the first payment, it broke down. It cost me $13999, $17900 after financing, and now it can't even be driven. It started overheating in the second week of owning it. I took it to the Nissan dealership twice for a diagnostic, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I went to another place and discovered that the head gasket was busted (for now). It's going to cost me another $4000, and I hope there's no crack in the heads. My husband has messaged and called, but they don't want to do anything to fix the car or even show any concern to help. This is really bad business.

Exclusive Motorcars Worst experience EVER

Worst experience EVER. I bought a car from them in February . I feel like a fool first of all because the finance department screwed me and I let him (McWeen E). I'm a woman and i went by myself. I was supposed to receive my service warrantee through email within 45 days of my purchase and I still don't have it after repeated calls to this place, It's May 5. If someone happens to pick up the phone they transfer you to a number that they know no one will answer. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. PLEASE, PLEASE DON't BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. With my credit score, I don't even know why I went here, I should have gone to the *** dealer. Shame on me.

Exclusive Motorcars Car was sold to me with a brokn tail light driver rear side

Car was sold to me with a brokn tail light driver rear side. Also I was told the car never been in a accident and the rear estimate is 3,118. I did express my urgent concern and was ignored. I asked to give the car back and walked away from. The car also is need of a battery, and rear brakes and they fail to replace these items after I was told it was fixed. I want these items fixed or take the car back.

Exclusive Motorcars I bought a 2014 X6 on July 3

I bought a 2014 X6 on July 3. Just 2 days later, the check engine light turned on. They said they fixed it, but it came back on as soon as I left the dealership. I took it to the BMW dealer and they said it was the catalytic converter, which was covered by warranty, so it didn't cost me anything. However, they also told me there was a hole in the fuel line, which would cost $1100 to fix. Exclusive Motorcars never took care of that issue. They were really unprofessional and uncooperative.

Exclusive Motorcars I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars in October

I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars in October . They sold me the car without a title. In December , the car broke down during inspection due to their negligence. I had to spend $2300 to get it fixed while still using paper tags on the car. They couldn't locate my title, so I ended up getting a new car. However, I didn't own the car and wanted my $2300 back. They suggested that I keep the car and bring in $1500, and they would give me $4500 towards it. I picked up the car a week later, and now they're saying I owe them $500. Even the salesman knows the price we all agreed upon. Now, he's refusing to give me my $2300 back because he made a mistake with the numbers. I believe I should receive my $2300 back for my car, especially since I didn't own it.

Exclusive Motorcars Transaction Date: 04/14, I put down a deposit of $1000

Transaction Date: 04/14, I put down a deposit of $1000. Exclusive Motorcars got the car financed through *** credit union. They advertised the price as $28,704.10, including accessories, services, and tags. But after all the charges, trade-off, negative equity from my previous vehicle, and other items, the total price of financing came to $32,743.10. There were several advertised features that were missing from the car, and I confirmed this with external sources who said that the structural repairs were not done properly. The left front panel, hood, headlight, and other parts were not aligned correctly, and there was no mount for the front license tag. The emergency brake release was also faulty, and the heating/AC needed adjustment. I will send an attachment with proof of these issues. I have been dealing with this company since I bought the car, and the General Manager only offered me $1000.00 for the missing features. They need to address the structural, diagnostic, and mechanical issues as well.

Exclusive Motorcars As a resident of the District of Columbia, I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars in mid-January

As a resident of the District of Columbia, I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars in mid-January. They had everything set up for me, like a car that I had already chosen, approval, and a contract that was all finalized. They even took care of the financing and the tax, tags, and title processing at the dealership. They gave me a temporary tag that was good for 60 days in Maryland because of the pandemic, which was nice because it gave me more time to get my registration sorted out.

But here's where things started to go wrong. Two months later, I needed another temporary tag because my registration still hadn't been completed or sent back from the DC DMV. It turns out that there was a problem with my auto insurance because I had sold my old car to a friend in February. If the dealer's title department had submitted the paperwork when I bought the car, this wouldn't have been an issue. But they didn't, and now I'm stuck dealing with the consequences.

Even by March or April, the registration paperwork still hadn't been submitted. The people in the title department at the dealership were quick to blame the DC DMV and the pandemic, but that's clearly not the case because the DMV still hadn't received the paperwork. It's been six months now, and my car is still not registered. I don't have any tags or plates, and I have to take matters into my own hands and deal with the DMV myself.

Exclusive Motorcars On April 26th, after talkin' to this business a lot, I bought a 2017 QX60 from 'em

On April 26th, after talkin' to this business a lot, I bought a 2017 QX60 from 'em. Just 3 days later, I noticed that the car was smokin' from the exhaust when I turned it on, and there was a rattlin' sound under the hood once the car warmed up. I took the truck back to 'em 3 times, but nothin' changed with the condition of the vehicle. One of their service guys told me to take it to Infiniti 'cause it's still under warranty with them. So, I called up Infiniti and talked to JR, who said he'd take the car back and ask for a different one 'cause it's in bad shape. But here's the kicker, they wanted me to pay outta my own pocket for 'em to look at it. I told Tony, a service manager at Exclusive, what JR said, and he told me to wait until they had a loaner car for me and then they'd send it over to Infiniti. But it's been weeks now, and still no one's figured out a solution to this problem. It's pretty clear to me that they're just stallin' so that I can't do anything about it.

Exclusive Motorcars On May 7, 2022, I bought a car from Exclusive Motor Cars, and they gave me a third-party warranty

On May 7, 2022, I bought a car from Exclusive Motor Cars, and they gave me a third-party warranty. The car had some issues beforehand, especially with the shocks being blown out. When I tried to take the car home that day, they didn't pass it through their safety inspection. Finally, after a few days, I managed to get the car, but I noticed it didn't have a Maryland state inspection sticker. It's not right to sell a car in Maryland without a state inspection, but I didn't say anything about it because I just wanted the shocks fixed.

After numerous phone calls with no solution and one service appointment due to mileage, I took my car to them for servicing. I even brought my own oil and spark plugs for them to use. I dropped off my car at the scheduled time, but when I returned almost 8 hours later, the car was still in the same spot, and the service advisor didn't seem competent at all. All they could say was that I needed to get a rental, and the car would be ready the next day.

When I came back the following day, I saw that the oil and spark plugs I brought were untouched, and they hadn't looked at anything I brought the car in for, except for an oil change. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who gets treated like this. I want to file this complaint in the hopes of receiving some compensation, whether it's a refund for the warranty or them buying back my vehicle so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Alternatively, they should fully fix the car, and I never have to go back to them. I also want a refund for the warranty.

Exclusive Motorcars I started lookin' for a car on ***.com on June 1st

I started lookin' for a car on ***.com on June 1st. Found some rides I liked from Exclusive Motorcars and asked for more info. Bought a car from 'em THAT day and drove off. But here's the thing, they made me buy a package with the car, startin' at $3,000. That ain't included in the online price. So that adds $3,000 - $5,000 to the listed price, dependin' on the package you choose. And that's before taxes and registration fees. Oh, and the package ain't even an extended warranty. So if you want that, it adds to the price too. Unless you wanna pay for the package upfront. My main problem is with the registration. The original tags expired on July 31st, and by then, they still hadn't registered my car. Instead, they sent me more tags that expired on August 30th, sayin' they'll get me permanent plates before that date. Well, it's now September 20th, and I'm still stuck with the same expired tags. The manager, Ty Williams, who's supposed to be helpin' me, takes forever to return my calls. And when I do talk to her, there's still no solution for why I'm drivin' around with paper tags. I even offered to take all the right documents to the DMV myself to get it registered, but the dealership ain't responded to that. And to top it off, the bank that holds my loan doesn't have the title to the car. They don't even answer the phone at the dealership, and when they do, they don't fix anythin'. It's a real pain in the neck, ya know? It's been almost 4 months since I got this car, and I'm payin' for it, but I still ain't got the title or registration. This business needs to step up their game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exclusive Motorcars 5/19/2022 - I talked to Joshua **** and went to check out the truck

5/19/2022 - I talked to Joshua *** and went to check out the truck. Supposed to meet another person I was dealing with, but communication wasn't good, so I didn't want to do business with her. They said if I bought the truck today, the inspection would start on Friday, 5/20/2022 (said in a text message). Went to see the truck. I already had financing with another bank and made it clear to Joshua and Rodney that I was working on my credit and didn't want it pulled again. He promised me they would only pull my credit once. I let them try a bank as long as my credit was only pulled once. They convinced me to finance with one of their banks for a lower interest rate. Went to the back to finalize paperwork and Kyle seemed mad because I didn't want to add extra packages to the truck. It was around 9pm and I was in a rush to leave the office.

5/20/2022 - Started getting notifications that my credit was being pulled. I reached out to Josh (mentioned in text messages) and he said he was sick and would check what was going on. Rodney called me and basically told me to dispute it. He said he didn't send it, another bank did. Said the truck didn't pass the inspection.

5/23/2022 - I texted Joshua about my concerns regarding buying the truck. The main reason I bought it on Thursday was because I was promised it would go into inspection right away. I expressed my unhappiness and concerns. He called me and explained that the truck did go into inspection, but they were waiting for a part. I asked about the part being on back order and when I could expect the truck. He said the service manager was late due to family issues. At 5:15 pm, he said the manager still hadn't come in. I asked about the touch-up paint and he told me it hadn't been done yet, but it would happen before we get the truck.

5/24/2022 - More details in attachment.

Exclusive Motorcars I've been tryin to talk to the big shots at Exclusive MotorCars by email to figure out why I still ain't got my car

I've been tryin to talk to the big shots at Exclusive MotorCars by email to figure out why I still ain't got my car. It's been 5 weeks now and I ain't heard nothin from them. Here's the latest email I sent to the managers, owners, and finance guy: 'Hey there, hope you're doin good. Me and Manager J been talkin tryin to get some answers about my car loan and stuff. I left a voicemail for Manager J this mornin hopin we can set up a meetin. I wanna talk about the contract I signed on 4/30/2022, my issues with the Exclusive Motorcars team, and get some advice on how to deal with all this. But dang, I been tryin to get in touch with them for over 2 weeks now and they ain't respondin to my emails. They ain't addressed none of my concerns. Before we meet, I wanna give y'all some more info on the problems I been havin. Since 4/30/22, I ain't been able to get my hands on the car. They said it had a scratch and needed fixin, so they kept it at the dealership. They said it'd be ready by May 2, 22. But I been askin for updates all month and they ain't tell me that the inspections weren't done till after I bought the car on 4/30/22. Since then, I ain't heard nothin from them and I still ain't got my car.'

Exclusive Motorcars I had questions about the financial paperwork that was done

I had questions about the financial paperwork that was done. There seems to be a discrepancy in the numbers. I told them and signed a paper stating that I would not pay more than $8000 for the car and told them that I would not pay more than the 3-year exclusive care warranty (since it was "mandatory" that I get one, even though we informed them that we would most likely not use it since it is about 46 miles from us). $8000..00 + 499. 00 processing fee + 40.00 license fees + 140.00 title feesn+ 3000.00 that I was charged for a 3-year warranty that clearly states $689.00 cost. (see pic below) even the 5-year is only $998.00- this is false advertising & is an FTC reportable item- along with MD Attorney General reportable item + 689.64 taxes (based off of $11494) $12,368.64 - 2500.00 that I put down $ 9686.64 - 2311.00 the overpaid amount that was put into my contract for the warranty cost $ 7557.64 should have been the amount financed. Or if you want to state the $10,057.64 (8000=car + 499=processing + 40=license + 140 title+ 689.64 taxes+ 689 price of warranty) prior to my down pmt as amt financed- but- the amt for taxes is incorrect also being 6% based off of amt of sale. - 2,500.00 down payment $ 7557.64 paperwork stating: $12863.64 financed in one area, $11,494.00 financed in one area $12,863.64 financed in one area. Not to mention the warranty paperwork says deductible is $100.00 on one form and on another form it says $250. We sat there for approximately 4 hrs for the paperwork. Being a cancer patient I am easily fatigued, but, there are many discrepancies with the numbers here that should not be. Told the finance company was capital one and that is what I had placed on my insurance policy when updating my vehicle at approx 5:30 PM. But you told me it was State Dept federal credit union. This is totally different than what was on the paper that I signed originally that was the promised terms; however, is on the paperwork that you gave me- I am missing paperwork.

Exclusive Motorcars I bought a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Exclusive Motorcars LLC on March 3rd, 2022

I bought a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Exclusive Motorcars LLC on March 3rd, 2022. The car had 44000 miles on it and I bought it without seeing it in person. They told me it was in "Show Condition" before they delivered it. I spoke to the financial manager and he said it came with an extended warranty, but I didn't want it and didn't want to pay extra. He said the car was on its way and the paperwork would state the warranty. He told me to sign the paperwork and he would send me the updated version later. It's now the 24th and I still haven't received the updated paperwork. I've been calling almost every day, but he's always too busy to call me back.

They dropped off the car at 8:30 at night, and since there are no street lights in my neighborhood, I couldn't see that the car was really dirty. The next morning, I noticed several dents on both sides of the car, about 3 on the passenger side and 2 on the driver side. All four rims were scratched too. I called to complain, but didn't get a response. When I tried to start the car, it was dead. I charged the battery, but two days later it wouldn't start again. I checked the battery and realized it was the original one from 2016, so I had to spend $200 on a new battery.

They claimed the car was inspected, but there's no paperwork or stickers to prove it. I called again to ask about it. The next day, I took the car to my mechanic to get it inspected, but he couldn't do it because I didn't have the paperwork showing that I owned the car. However, he did look at the car and found that the rotors and brake shoes were worn down and needed to be replaced in order to pass inspection. He also said the exhaust had leaks in every joint and needed to be replaced. When you start the car, you can hear it rattling. The cost for the parts alone, without labor, was $1200 for the brakes and rotors, and another $1000 for the exhaust. So, you're looking at over $3000 just to get a proper inspection. On top of all that, the radio has a bad connection and cuts out every 30 seconds.

Exclusive Motorcars I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars LLC and it turned out to be a real headache

I bought a car from Exclusive Motorcars LLC and it turned out to be a real headache. The car had multiple mechanical problems and I had to bring it back to the dealership twice in just a month and a half. It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer on November 19. However, I couldn't test drive the vehicle at the time of purchase and had to wait another week to get it. But just a few days later, on November 23, the car broke down on the highway at 1 am. I had to get it towed to my house and then to the dealership.

The dealership had my car from November 23 to December 5, when I finally picked it up. They told me that the "TURBO" had gone bad, but thankfully it was covered under warranty. Still, it was really frustrating not having my new car during the holidays. They gave me a temporary replacement car, but it wasn't suitable for my large family. I had to make do with it because it was the only option available.

I did contact Exclusive about my upcoming car payment, which was due on December 17. They had initially told me that my payment wouldn't be due until January because of a promotion. They refunded me $90 for the tow and half of my car payment for December. I appreciated this gesture as it showed they were trying to resolve the issue.

But then, on January 27, while leaving my business with my three kids in the truck, the car started jerking and conking out. It felt like it would cut off when I accelerated, and on inclines, it would jerk and drag. I was scared to drive home, so I had to go really slow, driving at 50 mph on I95. I didn't want to get stuck far from home.

The next morning, I went back to Exclusive and spoke with Greg, who listened to my concerns. He had Shauna follow up with me, and she took me to salesperson Crystal H (she was the only one who provided good customer service at Exclusive). We tried to find a solution and looked at a 2018 Dodge Durango on the lot. However, the numbers didn't work out. Rolling over $12,000 of negative equity into the 2018 model wasn't possible, and even with the 2020 model, my monthly payment would be close to $1000.

Before sitting down with Crystal, the sales manager Richard took me for a ride in my truck to see what was wrong. He quickly realized it wasn't going to work and pulled over to figure out the next steps. He asked if I had put diesel in the truck, but I hadn't. Later, Richard came back and said they found that it wasn't a gas issue and that it would be covered under warranty. He said they would arrange a loaner car for me.

I waited for hours for the tow truck that was requested through my car insurance. When it finally arrived, Crystal told me it had just left with my truck. She said she would take me to the other dealership where my car was being repaired. She asked for a few minutes, but it ended up taking much longer. I asked about the Lyft they had mentioned, but she said she would look into it. Eventually, Greg came over and said he would take me to the dealership himself.

When I arrived at the other dealership, they told me the person I was supposed to ask for was off that day. They also said they didn't have a loaner car for me because they don't offer them. They claimed that the code on my car wasn't covered under warranty. It was a complete mess, and I felt like Exclusive had lied to me and left me stranded.

Overall, my experience with Exclusive Motorcars LLC has been incredibly disorganized and frustrating. They sold me a car with multiple mechanical problems, and their attempts to fix it have been unsuccessful. They made promises they couldn't keep and left me without a reliable vehicle. I would not recommend them to anyone.
