Mac Cosmeticsunethical behavior

Product taken - 22.10.2015 I took 21 lipstick from kolkata MAC showroom out of which one came broken and as I stay at Rajkot(Gujarat) so i cant get this product and cant exchange this product here. And the MAC team is so reluctant that they are telling cant courier it to me. Is this the after sellinf service should expected from a international brand like MAC. Why should I take the pain of courier it to some of my near once and they will collect it and exchange it and again they will courier it back to me. It is a manufacturing fault and top of that I had to take the pain of all. Please do some thing on it. other wise I had to complain to 'Grahak Suraksha'. Looking forward for a imidiate action.
