I recently made my first purchase on Morphe's website during their Thanksgiving sale. I was thrilled to find some great deals on makeup products that I had been eyeing for a while. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when my package did not arrive after 11 days.

I tried to contact their customer service multiple times, but it took them several days to respond to my voicemail. When they finally did, they informed me that my package had been lost. I was extremely disappointed and felt like I had wasted my time and money.

After reading reviews on this website and others, it seems like I am not the only one who has had issues with Morphe's shipping. Many customers have reported lost packages and poor communication from the company.

I bought some stuff from Morphe on April 9th, 2021. They sent me an email saying they got my order right away and took my money right away too. But I still haven't got a tracking number. It seems like they don't care about sending my stuff to me anytime soon, or maybe never. I tried to talk to customer service, but it didn't help at all. They said I would get my tracking number by the end of last week, but that didn't happen. It's so frustrating! I hope they get sued soon.

It seems like there was a bit of miscommunication on their end, and the fact that they sent out the order even though the warehouse was closed is a bit frustrating. However, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that this was just a one-time mistake. I'll probably still shop with them in the future, but I'll definitely be more careful when placing my orders.
