I recently bought a product from Walmart, I needed to restock on my eyeliner, CoverGirl eyeliner Perfect Point Plus MidnightBlue number 220. I put it on to go to work all of a sudden a few hours later I would say maybe 2 to 3 hours later, my eyes started to water then they started to develop mucus all around both my eyes my eyes were so swollen by the end of the night I couldn’t even see. Throughout the night I had to get up and wet my eyes just to open them because it was so bad. I had worn, the eyeliner for a few years and, that has never happened to me. I have been buying the same one, for years, I bought it September 30 I had bought 2 new ones, because Blue is so hard to find. October 2, I put the eyeliner on that was the first time my eyes were bad. Well I stopped wearing it to let my eyes get back to normal again. It took about five days before my eyes were cleared. Well, I decided to put it on again because I was blaming it on allergies. I was blaming it on the weather, I figured it was probably allergies so that evening I wore it again, and again it happened to me and this was Oct. 8 when I went to put it on again for the second time. I went to church by the time I got out I started to feel my eyes starting to develop the mucus. So I decided to compare the old one from the new one that I bought, both being the same eyeliner, CoverGirl number 220 Midnight Blue Perfect Point Plus, well apparently they changed the formula because I’ve never had this problem with CoverGirl ever. I decided to compare the colors and the number to the same 220 Midnight Blue Perfect Point Plus, both colors are different the first Midnight Blue that I bought was a light blue, and the second new one that I bought was a deeper blue, yet, everything is the same. It is CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus Midnight Blue.

I’m very disappointed in CoverGirl right now because this has been my favorite color Blue, it’s very hard to find the right Blue, and when you do, you try to stick with the same product. I have been using CoverGirl for a very long time, and now I can’t wear it no longer, because you decided to changed the formula, because it is not the same. You got one dark blue, The old one is a light while the new one is dark blue. Yes, if I can get a refund I would appreciate. Thank you.
