As someone deeply passionate about beauty products, I must say that my experiences with Laura Geller Beauty LLC have been quite mixed. The makeup is very good id recommend this brand to alot of gals at the store the loose powder goes a long way as well and does not cake on

This site has great age defying makeup. The colors are very flattering. The makeup is easy to apply and lasts throughout the day.

It has a good assortment with quality above average. Nevertheless, the price is too high IMO and there are other options available for the smaller fee.

Not among the most prestigious brands but Laura Geller does deserve a little bit of recognition for making quality make up products at a more affortable price point.

Laura Geller is a makeup brand that sells a variety of products for women who want to enhance their beauty. You can find all kinds of makeup items on their website, from lipsticks to eyeliners and everything in between.

What I personally don't like about Laura Geller is that once you purchase anything from them, they will send you continuous texts that can be really annoying. I always get frustrated when companies bombard me with unnecessary texts and advertisements.

So, I tried to address this issue by contacting them several times via chat, email, and even by calling them. But, unfortunately, they don’t seem to listen to their customers' concerns. They promised me several times that they would stop sending me texts, but all in vain. Even when I tried to respond to their texts by typing "stop", it wouldn't go through. And when I called them, they would rudely hang up on me without even trying to help me out.

As a result of this frustrating experience, I filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office in New York. However, I'm still getting those annoying texts from them.

Despite this negative experience, I have to admit that Laura Geller has some great makeup products that I've used before. However, their customer service needs some serious improvement. I really hope they will take their customers' complaints more seriously in the future.

Me, my homegirl, and my blood sister all made an order on laurageller.com, right? And check this out - my sis and friend got theirs in about a week, while mine was nowhere to be seen. I hit up customer service with a couple of emails, and I still didn't get my stuff. After my second email, they straight up canceled my order! Can you believe it? But honestly, I ain't even mad no more. My girl said her products were just alright, and my sis said the foundation (which was supposed to be fair) was looking hella orange on her skin. So I'm thinking, better to just save my coins and not even mess with it, you know?

Laura Geller's products are pretty decent, but their customer service is pretty bad, gotta say. The first time I ordered from the US they really left me hanging. Had a question about shipping because of pesky scams in the past, and I thought I made it pretty clear in my email, with the order number right there in the title. But the response I got was just, "what order number?" So I sent another response with the order number again, but this time there wasn't any response at all. It was really disappointing, y'know? I mean, what happens if there's a problem in the future? Can't say I'm feeling too confident about getting a reply if I need one. So, probably won't be ordering again.

This is a pretty solid place to shop for makeup and stuff. I like the goods they have on offer, and the delivery time is not too shabby (generally takes around 10 to 14 days if you go with the cheapskate option). As for the composition, it's wrapped up real nice and they seem to treat it with care before sending it off.

But there's this one thing that bugs me a little bit, y'know? I mean, those pink boxes are real cute and all, but when you get a bunch of 'em for gifts and such, it's hard to tell what's inside 'em without popping 'em open. It covers up all my flaws and makes them disappear like magic, but it doesn't make me look like I got hit in the face with a paint roller. Plus, it makes me look dang youthful and glowing. I recommend it to all the ladies out there, young or old. I can't wait to get my hands on the baked blush!

So, I had heard about this website Laura Geller and thought of trying it. I heard a lot of amazing things about their products but was disappointed after experiencing their services. Oops! Sorry, let me rephrase that, I experienced their services, and to be honest, they weren't that good.

The website's ownership recently changed, and it seems like things have gone downhill since then. Out of curiosity, I ordered three products, and all of them were either used or seemed like they've been opened before. The first order had a used eyes shadow, which was quite frustrating. However, Laura Geller refunded $4 on that order, and I appreciated that. But, the second order had a nick in the lipstick, which was quite disappointing as I have never received a product in such an inefficient state before.

To make matters worse, my third order had a mascara that was dried out and an eyeshadow stick which fell out of the holder when I first opened it. The shipping time was 19 to 27 days, which is quite long, especially if you're waiting eagerly for your favorite products.

Now, coming towards customer service, it was quite a disaster. They did not provide any phone number to contact them, which made it challenging to talk to them in case of any issues. Moreover, their email responses were long, which was quite frustrating, as I had to wait for a long time to receive their reply.

To sum it up, I would not suggest buying from Laura Geller unless you want to experience substandard products and almost a month-long wait for your order. Overall, my experience was not that satisfying, and the website needs to improve its services to keep their customers happy.

A whole week went by and I still didn't have my order. Then, I got an email saying that it had been delivered to the wrong house. But get this, the tracking was STILL showing that my package was hanging out in New Jersey somewhere.

Now, I don't know about you, but I've had it with all the excuses. Laura Geller has been giving me excuse after excuse about why my order hasn't been delivered. It's ridiculous.

Luckily, I used PayPal to pay for my order, so I'll be filing a claim today. And you know what? I don't think I'll be ordering from Laura Geller again.

I spent ages trying to get in touch with someone in customer service about it, but all I got was an auto-reply saying they were super-duper busy at the moment and might not get back to me for a while. I mean, seriously? I gotta say, it was pretty frustrating. I really wish there was a phone number I could call instead. It's always easier to talk to someone and sort things out that way.

But, I will say, I do love her makeup and spackle. I just wish the ordering process was smoother and that customer service was more responsive. Hopefully they'll improve things in the future, because I'd love to be able to order from Laura Geller again without any hiccups!

So, I've been using Laura Geller's products for a while now and I gotta say, I have been pretty happy with them. However, after a recent price mix-up, I don't think I'll be using them anymore. I received an email advertising an eye palette for just $16 with a nice little picture attached. I was pretty excited, so I clicked on over to the website to order it. But, when I got to the checkout, the price had mysteriously doubled to $32. What the heck!?

I immediately contacted customer service and sent them a screenshot of the email I had received with the $16 price. They responded with an offer for 30% off... but that's still not $16. I wanted the original price I had been promised! When I insisted, they eventually said they'd give me the refund but I had to pay the full price first. What kind of BS is that? Why can't I just order it for $16 in the first place?

To make things worse, they never responded when I asked that question. So now, I'm left feeling like they're just trying to scam me out of my hard-earned money. I mean, come on Laura Geller, is that the kind of company you want to run? One that doesn't honor the prices they advertise? I don't think so. It's pretty unethical, if you ask me, and it's not exactly a great way to treat your customers.

All in all, I'm just really disappointed. I thought I had found a great brand with quality products and good customer service... but it looks like I was wrong. If they can't even honor their own prices, then what else are they trying to hide? I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I've been using Laura Geller's baked foundation and blushes for a good few years now, and they've lasted me a long time. Like, a really long time - even with everyday use, one compact can easily last me over two years. The only issue I have is that, without fail, the hinge on the compact always breaks around the one-year mark. It's super frustrating. I mean, don't get me wrong - I'll still use the products, even if it means breaking out the duct tape to hold the case together. But it's annoying nonetheless.

And it's not just me - I've had three different cases break on me over the past year, despite the fact that I keep my makeup stored in a drawer and don't subject it to any rough handling. What's more, when I reached out to LG about the issue, they wouldn't take any responsibility for it. Apparently, they only offer solutions within 30 days of purchase, which feels like a pretty short window for something like this. I mean, who expects their makeup case to break within the first month?

Look, I get that things break. But if LG wants to be seen as a quality company with quality products, they really need to step up their game when it comes to the cases. It's not just about the makeup itself; it's about the entire package. And the "sorry we can't do anything" attitude just doesn't cut it in this day and age. Customers deserve better than that.

I have been using her products for awhile and have liked them. As of today I will not use them. I received an email with the price of an eye pallet. Price was on this email, picture attached, was $16. When I went to checkout, it was $32. Contacted customer service, sent them pics of the email which showed the price. They offered me 30% off. When I refused that, they said to pay the full price and they'd send me a refund of the difference. When I asked why I can't just order it now for the $16 rather than go thru the hassle of a refund, they never responded to that. Needless to say, they obviously don't honor the price, mistakenly or not, which as far as I'm concerned, is unethical and shows the lack of customer service or integrity of the company.

I have used LG baked foundation and blushes for a few years. One compact can easily last 2 years and beyond with daily use. The issue is that the compact always breaks at the hinge after about a year. Break out the duct tape, etc. At the moment I have 2 broken cases and I had one last year. The problem is that they won't acknowledge any responsibiltiy after 30 days from purchase. Who would expect to have an issue that soon. My makeup stays in my makeup drawer so no rough use. The last 3 products all broke one day when opening at about a year old and with over 1/2 the product left. LG needs to realize that if they want to be thought of as a quality company with quality product, the case needs to stay together. It's all about quality of service these days and the hard "sorry we can't do anything" is poor service at best.

I have three orders from Laura Geller. The shade light is not right for me because it has yellow hues.

I bought the medium and it’s a little too dark but now I have found if I mix the medium with the fair it works well.

However, I have an order where several primers did not arrive. I want to exchange 2 lights for a medium and a fair

I ordered Baked & Balanced in the 3rd week of November and paid for 3-5 business day shipping. 3 weeks later it’s been sitting in York, Pennsylvania since last week!

I’ve filled out the customer support form and tried multiple phone numbers (they’re either out of service or mailbox is full), with zero results. I understand the holidays are busy, but come on. 3 weeks & it’s still in Pennsylvania?

Also, why are they hiding from customers? That alone causes a massive amount of mistrust in the public.

I ordered the wrong color and cannot get anyone from customer service on line or on the phone. When I finally got through to a website it said that all were sold out. I have never had this much trouble getting a company to fix a problem. What’s the deal with this company? I didn’t see the bad reviews until I had trouble reaching customer service!

I ordered the Brush Set along with the Medium Baked make up.

I love the make up, but the brushes are total garbage!

Each time I use either one of them, I am picking hairs from the brushes off my face after each use. I am gentle with them and they are new, but how do I use the make up without the brushes.

If I have to go out & buy my own brushes, then I should get either a full refund on them or a fresh set of them ASAP!

This is extremely disappointing because the make up product is very good and I love the coverage that it gives me as a mature woman.

which is awesome. The quality of the products is pretty top notch, and you can tell that they're made with care. I've tried a few other brands before, but Laura Geller is definitely one of my favorites.

One thing that I really love about this brand is the packaging. The products come in these cute little containers that are super easy to travel with. Plus, the colors are really pretty - I feel like they have a really good selection of shades for all skin types.

I've also tried their bronzer, and it's great! It's not too orange or too shimmery - just the perfect amount of glow. And, like I said before, it lasts all day without getting cakey. So, if you're looking for a great bronzer, definitely give Laura Geller's a try.

Laura Geller's customer service is just awful, man. They say you gotta hit them up before you send anything back, but they never hit you back. I even tried calling, but I was on hold for what felt like an eternity. I eventually just sent the stuff back anyways, but I'm still waiting to see if I'll ever get my money back. Ain't nobody got time for this.

So, I ordered the primer off of LauraGeller.com and I gotta say I was pretty hyped for it. But honestly, it didn't work out as expected for me. I was so bummed out when I first tried it on because it didn't slide on like I thought it would. It felt weird and not at all silky smooth. I was so disappointed that I decided to send it right back where it came from. And get this, it was 32 bucks! I mean, come on, I could have gotten a way better primer for that kind of cash.
