Lulu Hypermarket / LuLu Group International / bad service & not respecting the customer or the policy of the market

Good evening,
Unfortunately I went to ur branch at Cairo Egypt today about 4pm to buy some groceries and after I finished shopping I go to the row number 29/30 with unrespectibale manner a customer take my turn on the cache I try to talk with her to tell her that it is my turn she replied very rudely the amazing that the cacher girl didn't take any action although she gestured to me that unfortunately my turn and when I ask her about that in front of the gust she said it is not her role to Organiza who is turn and answers very rudely I ask for supervisor unfortunately agin said it is my problem to solve !!! And when I said to him if the place police is ok if I take other customer turn he said NO but it is ur problem to solve !!! I ask for the manger first he said it is not there role and when I ask him about the policy of the place and who is responsible to apply it is it me or the people who work at the place he admitted it and ask me to write a complain and they will take an action with the girl after investigation!!!
When I see the weird attitude of the management and the girl is completing her work very normally without even a word of plam to her or even an apology from her or her supervisor I insisted to return all what I buy because simply I fell humiliated not even having a verbal compensation!!! From any manager there I just wandering if this normal attitude for a huge hyper like yours ?! As I did see any kind of customer care attitude nor customer satisfaction
