LG Electronics lg g3

Hi I baught lg g3 a year ago, last week the phone simply died, fix it coast a lot a money and I prefer to buy a new phone, I heard Im not the first one who had that problem, the phone simply turned and crushed. I prefer to move to move to another company, its sad that company like lg doesnt take responsibility for her mistakes only after 1-year of use, ( the cost to fix was almost the same of the price of the new phone that I bought) I will never again buy an lg phone.

LG Electronics 55" tv

Intermittent loss of picture and sound. Been on phone with India I guess and everyone has a different answer. They try to blame it on outside sources like cable box or connections. All Samsung TVs work off the same connections and satellite. I'm the only one in the family for years that is ever bought an LG TV and now I know why. Customer service is less than poor. If I won a LG TV no matter how big it was I would give it away just somebody I didn't like. Apparently I need to throw TV in trash and just stick with Samsung like the rest of my family and friends. LG customer service has given me the run-around​ and apparently train to do so. TV lasted less than a year. Have 4 Samsung TVs that are 2 to 10 years old one in garage and 100° plus works great and 6 years old. Back to Customer service less than poor. Pretty bad when chain of stores drops LG altogether...

LG Electronics customer service

I have been having a major issue since the software update my phone 4 days ago. It was a HUGE download messing up my messaging and the blinking notification is no longer an option. So when my phone is plugged in and charging it doesn't blink therefore I have no idea I missed a call or a text. I called I believe 3 or 4 times to see about some solutions. Today I spoke with one tech, she transferred my call to google for tech support. Andy at Google transferred me back to a tech person at LG after she told me they only make the phone, not software update I asked to speak to a supervisor and the next thing I knew I was on hold with verizon. I am very displeased with her ducking out by transferring me to verizon. They Were helpful enough tried to clear cache, cookies and so forth but the issue of insufficient storage and only have 4 text messages still continues. I am hoping someone can resolve this update issue and speak with the woman who transferred me to another company entirely. Sincerely, Lisa Anderson

LG Electronics refrigerator compressor not working

we have booked a complaint on for LG refrigerator HLHM702 is not cooling on 08/05/2017 vide complaint no RNP170508089549 in the name of customer name Ramani V, representative from Hitech Service has attended our call and confirmed our compressor have failed we are merely surprised that within fifteen months of purchase our compressor has failed, On thinking LG is a valuable brand and good service but miserably failed on what we thought and came to know worst in performance which is our first disappointment but another is still even worse that even after twenty days we still didn't receive our compressor saying they haven't got compressor from spare this is a way you value your customer service is most important than selling product hope LG knows a value of service
note we have tried to local service manager mr prabakar and his head mr antony prabhu useless of speaking to them they are reacting the same as normal service person does if it continues that same i am going seek some other option against LG for worst customer service hope atleast you will provide proper response

LG Electronics customer service

I spoke with a lady 4/14 the same day I received my device from being repaired with lg. Device had small crack in screen and lg rep informed me that I would need to file a claim with FedEx and call back after doing so as lg would also need to make a claim, or else I'd be charged for the repair as my phone was still not working. I called FedEx and was informed claims needed to be filed on their website after hanging up I filed claim on their website. After filing claim I called lg yet again informed gentlemen I was told to file claim and he placed me on brief hold. When returning he informed me that the previous last that I had spoke with was going to file the claim on behalf of lg. I received a letter from FedEx on 4/25 informing me that my claim was denied as the shipper never filed a claim. I called lg yet again and some with a lady she informed me that lg was unable to file claim as I didn't have the original packaging of the device that it was sent back in. I told her had I known and was informed that the first day I would've had it but wasn't informed I needed it. She also informed me I would be charged for any repairs. I then spoke with several others I have dates and names that informed me that there was nothing that could be done and one told me a supervisor would be in contact with me but never happened. So I called again and was told there wasn't anyone over a supervisor to speak with.

Sounds about right. Their repair Dept. Does nothing! I sent my phone in and it came back with three new issues. But they won't stand behind their repair. LG IS A JOKE

LG Electronics lg v10 phone

I have a lg v 10 phone that I paid over 600 dollars for that is less then 2 years old . I can not use any more it is froze on the start up page. I toke it in and they said to contact lg . I would either like a new phone or half my money back at least . I did like my phone when I got it and I do like my lg tablets but to have a phone that you pay this much money for that just freezes up and longer works is not very good for business. I hope to hear back from you's

LG Electronics delay of service and unskilled technicians

our complaint was given 2 days back and still its not solved. they've given RNP [protected] as our registration number for our complaint.the technician had called us but he doesn't have the filling gas for our AC he've told that he's going to take more 2 to 3 days for getting it. they are the ones who are getting a bad name to the company. if you cant afford nice technicians then please stop marketing your products because we are the ones who are facing these problems not you. if theres any other option like legal issues where we can approach legally please suggest us.

LG Electronics quality of lg v10 mobile phone

I escalated this to your HK branch about the quality issue of my V10 mobile but never got any feedback since early May 2017
I am checking internet and found many V10/G4 users are having the same experiences as me (my V10 suddenly restarted and then only LG logo remain, it was the same status even I rebooted V10).
this was happening after using less than 1.5 years!
I have used many brands but no brand would out of order for less than 1.5 years! (this is my birthday present from my wife)
when I went to fixing center of Mong Kok In Hong Kong, your staff told me
I will need to pay $150 in order for initial checking ONLY (please note this is your quality issue, not mine, why I need to pay!?)
besides, an additional amount need to pay if I will need to get this fixed!?

I feel disappointed to both the quality of LG products and your customer support/customer care (as I haven't received any reply up to now!?)

LG Electronics window air conditioner

I purchased a window air conditioner less than a year ago from Home Depot. It slowly stopped blowing cold air. I really noticed the problem on Sunday. It was a really hot day and my room stayed very warm even when the unit was on high. I called the customer service number that was shown on my air conditioner and spoke to a representative. She took all my information and scheduled a service call. A repair person was scheduled to come to my house today between 1-5 pm. On the day the repair was to come I waited diligently. 20 minutes before 5 pm, I called customer service again to see if the repair person was still coming. When I spoke "Chris" in customer service he could find no record of a service call or even any of my information in their system. That really upset me. I had a full day of things I had to go and places to go, but nothing got done. "Chris" wanted to reschedule me, but I was so upset and asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he would try to find one. He came back to the phone a few minutes later and said that the supervisor went home for the day. I could not believe that so I asked to speak to a manager then. He said he would try again and put me on hold. He came back and said there was no one. I asked how that could be as he was working, customer service was open, there should be a supervisor available to supervise them. I restated how upset that I wasted a whole day and my information wasn't in the system that whoever I spoke to on the phone on Sunday somehow deleted all my information. "Chris" said, the information probably wasn't deleted, it probably just wasn't saved - which I find hard to believe as database systems usually automatically backup information. I told Chris I was going to complain about their service - to wherever I could. He then said he will go walk the floor and try to find a supervisor. I told him to forget it as he supposedly already did that twice before. I told him if he could find a supervisor, give me a call. I have yet to hear back from him. I did ask "Chris" for his last name, but he told me he couldn't give it to me. I then asked for the first initial in his last name but he would not give that to me either. I really don't think "Chris" was his name as he had quite an accent - from a country that do not use the name Chris. I am still upset over the treatment I received from customer service as well as the product itself. This was the first LG product I have ever owned and after this - the last one. I would like to resolve this issue and just get a new air conditioner. It only cost $115 to purchase and it really isn't worth it to LG to have an upset customer for such a little bit of money.

LG Electronics lg smart tv

I purchased my tv less than a year ago, a few weeks ago I was watching tv and the screen goes to all white lines I call LG and they say to take it in for service, they call a week later and tell me it's not covered because the tv was dropped and that's what caused the problem. THE TV WAS NEVER DROPPED I believe I would know if it was, I have never nor will I ever buy anything made by LG Again I have a tv from Walmart that was way cheaper and has lasted for 10 years no problems, shame you have to make excuses because you don't want to stand behind your crappy products

Beware of fake service centre [protected], It is being circulated in public. I called and got traped by them for AC repair/Gas refill. They are fraud local service providers who have setup a call center, quoting high prices with fake promises of service warranty. They sound like genuine service providers. LG Egypt makes consumers​ sign illegal form to switch defected products, kindly check attached form as its distributed on social media, although warranty makes consumer replace the defective​ product with new one in warranty too but Egypt LG doesn't make this and make bad reputation to your company which I like and have many products from you but if this continue I am well sure you will loose Egyptian consumer,

LG Electronics lg refrigerator

I purchased this refrigerator new on 10/29/2016 from lowes in odessa, texas.
On feb. 28, 2017 I called to have the ice maker fixed. today's date is may 15, 2017.
The first service call was finally scheduled for april, 4, 2017. the tech came out and checked the frig and ordered parts. he said to call and schedule a repair when the parts came in.
The parts came an and a service call was scheduled for may 8th. one month later. a technician came and said that there was no water to the fridge and I would have to have a plumber come out.
There was water to the fridge before the first service tech came out so I can only assume he turned it off for safety purposes? we did not turn the water off. any how, I finally got an appointment for the third service call for may 30. another two weeks from today, it took a week to get an appointment scheduled. three weeks total.
Does this sound like a reasonable time line for a repair for the ice maker, to you? I find this repair schedule unreasonable.
My frustration level is beyond explanation. we have had to pay for two or three bags of ice since february 27th. the cost has been over $200.00 and I have a new refrigerator with ice maker.
In october 2016, we bought a new lg refrigerator, a new lg dishwasher and a new lgwasher and lgdryer. we even bought a new lg television in december. we are appalled at the service or perhaps I should say the lack ther of. we have a job that necessitates relocation every few years and when we buy a house we always put new appliances in. we thought we could depend on lg for excellent repair service. we are sorely disappointed.
Ideally we would like a replacement after all this time, but we would settle for a faster service call. also, I would like reimbursement for the expense we have occurred.

Purchased lg refrigerator model lg-ref-ff-559l-grb652ylsplatsilver on14-05-2009.For the last few months cooling is not good sometimes ice formati0n in freezer is also not there. Even after various complaints nothing happened .Service centre based at jodhpur tellingus to leave refrigerator at service centre.I am an esteemed customer of lg havinng lg air conditioner and front loading washing machine .

I bought an lg v10 cell phone. 6 months later it shut off and wouldnt completely turn back on again it would turn on go to the lg screen but would not completely load 6 months I had the phone I was so pissed so I called lg everything seemed good they said I could send it back with my copy of my recipt and copy of the bar code on the box and they would fix it no problem and no charge to me and that it wouldnt happen again... Well fast forward 11 months later and boom my phone shuts off again and wont load up so I call lg and now iam really pissed off why did this happen again for a 2nd time I asked is there a recall on a part, on the phone they told me no the person told me pretty much well sometimes these things happen but with lg they have the warenty and if it is a part in the phone thats malfunctioning than they will always replace it free of charge and only lg does this for there customers and there such a great company and blah, blah, blah and all I wanted was to know why I was told this wouldnt happen again and it did and now I had to go without a phone again for 2 weeks send my phone back and than have to re download all my things on my phone but the representative could not tell me why this had happend again all o got was im sorry. So I sent the phone back 1 week later I get an email saying they will not fix my phone that I have to pay 380 to fix it or they can send it back to me as is that the phone had been tamperd with and no longer was under warranty I was pissed I called spoke to person after person mangers superiors over 7 different people and was told that the sticker that is on the back of my phone that identifies the phone had been taken off and if its taken off the warranty is voided. Now here is what infuriates me when lg sent me my phone back last june they sent me my phone back with out that sticker on it. It is a huge sticker I remember the phone going to them with it on but it came back without it. Now I didnt think anything of it at the time on just cause I had no idea the sticker was important I thought your recipt and the bar code on the box was what is important but these people told me no that sticker os because this could be a different phone so now I got even more mad because what if they sent me back a different phone last june a referbished phone or someone elses phone I have no idea I sent these people my phone and have no clue what happens when its there all I know is I got back a phone with no sticker on the back and it broke again 11 months later with the same issue so I said to numerous people all this and was told exactly this from a supervisor first she said our techs would never take the sticker off and I said and u have proof u can prove that my phone came back with the sticker on it and she said no I can not and I said mistakes happen which is fine it could of been done on accident and she said yes well our techs would never intentionally take the sticker off if so it would of been a accident so now she changes her story so than I said ok so they could have taken it off by mistake which would not be my fault thats on ur end and she said well since u didnt call to make note of that there is no record so u cant prove we took the sticker off just like we cant say you could of taken the sticker off so the warranty is voided. I couldnt believe that thats how this conversation was gonna go everytime I called and spoke to someone they were not helpfull at all they had no input at all on what I could do just pretty much im sorry is there anything else I could do for u just a very dry additude so customer service skills from anyone. Now I have no idea if the phone I had for the past 11 months was even mine they wont fix it and I asked them to send it back to me and its been 3 days and I still havent received a tracking number saying it was shipped out. I dont know how this company is still in business there products dont work very long very poor quality they have the worst customer service they really need to call it quits and stop ripping people off

LG Electronics dryer

We bought an LG dryer for $1200 on April 7th. We just moved, and the first time we tried to use it on April 29th it didn't work. We called and someone tried to talk us through a fix. Called again, tried to talk us through, didn't work. A repairman came on Friday the 5th of May, but he was supposed to come from 1:00 to 5:00, and he came sometime earlier without calling or any notification and left a note that he had been here. We were at work and never had a call. He came back on May 6th and said he would have to order a part. Just yesterday we got notification that they ordered the part. I called customer service to see if anything could be done to rush it or get a new dryer or SOMETHING, but they said the part would take a week to 10 days to order. In the mean time we have a family of 5 with two teenagers, and have been to a laundromat once already. Now we have to wait another week or more and will have to go again this weekend. This is absolutely not right that a new dryer would be broken from day one and no one seems to care at all. I called them and they said we will just have to wait for the part. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was on hold for 20 minutes and was told that there was nothing they could do. I am astounded at the lack of care or customer service that LG is giving us. I have used their TVs and computers before and was very happy with the service. Apparently the appliance department leaves a lot to be desired. The supervisor didn't care a bit that we have been through this. She was bored and not at all in sympathy, but just kept saying "sorry, there is nothing I can do". Well, we are not happy and will never again trust an LG product. At least not an appliance. The customer service is non existent, and the product is shoddy and there is absolutely no avenue of help for anyone with a problem. The very least they could do is to offer a rebate of some kind for all the trouble and money it is costing us to keep going to a laundromat. Not a good way to spend the weekend with a new $1200 dryer sitting useless in the garage.

LG Electronics fake lg customer service hyderabad

I called up LG Call centre [protected] from Hyderabad regarding Air conditioner repairing, they had send some local 3rd party 'Om Sai Cooling Solution', who refilled gas in my 1 tonn split LG air conditioner in five minutes & charged me 3850 Rs which seemed fraudulent.
This AC stopped cooling after 2 days of gas refilled, so I called up Lg service centre [protected] again and they have not sent anybody. It has been 3 weeks, I keep calling them, they make fake promises and never turn up. I feel cheated and have lost faith in Lg service. I feel like location their service call centre and giving them the right treatment.

LG Electronics television

I had logged a call for TV repair on 4-5-2017 at customer care number of India . Complaint number is RNP [protected]. The engineer called in the evening and inform to come next day morning. He neither visited nor picking up the call. Till date call has not been attended and I had called up customer care also two times but no support received from them also. If a customer is not getting after sales service then why we should buy LG products.

LG Electronics product and customer service

I purchased an LG 55 inch smart screen TV two and a half years ago. Recently I had an issue with the backlight panel going out which caused the screen to go black. After researching online what the problem could be, it was apparent that multiple people were having the same problem with their LG TV with the TV's being less than 3 years old. I contacted LG to get a technician out to look at the TV. I was told that the TV repair would be more than $800 ... yes folks that's more than half of what the TV cost originally $1, 400. I have contacted LG customer service and executive Services regarding this issue since the TV is out of warranty. I got no results at all. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Will be waiting to hear from somebody. I hope this helps people and they will check out the reviews for LG products and the customer service before purchasing their product period for me they will not get one more dollar of my

hello LG i have boot loop problem in my h960 lg v10
it's 11/2015 version i tried to contact local lg they refuse to repair my mobile free because it bought from anther country
they said i have to pay 3270 Egyptian pound " i can buy brand new mobile with same price of repairing "
about the warranty it's one year and it's already finished
i have confession of one of lg Egypt employees said that it's a problem in this version and they didn't want to solve this problem so i hope you got my Complaint, i'm not satisfied and very angry now
