I paid for next day air delivery, but it's not arriving until three more days. It seems like they've done this to others too. They even want to charge an extra $18 for weekend delivery, which isn't fair. I told them I'll be filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I'm really unhappy with their service. It's just not right what they're doing.

I bought a UBL U-Lite V2 Visor Bar Mini, order #*** and it's total junk. The colors on the piece are all messed up, and the construction is terrible. Plus, it's even smaller than the original mini. The original one fit perfectly, but when I tried to install the new one, it didn't fit at all. I tried to loosen the bolts on the brackets, but they're stuck and won't come off properly. They just spin around, like they're screwed on wrong or something. It's obvious that they're poorly made.

Instead of giving me a straight answer, they kept asking me to take a picture of it and send it to them. I already gave them the order number, so they should know which model they sent me. Finally, I spoke to someone who actually knows how to communicate. I ordered a switch for the Z Flash, and it arrived three weeks later. I installed it yesterday, but it didn't work. It looked like it had been used before and had some scratches on it. I contacted them today to figure out how to get it working, and all they did was send me a return shipping label. They didn't explain anything to me, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said they couldn't because of the current situation. That's not a valid excuse. They're still open for business, so they should be able to answer their customers. I want a refund of some sort. I'll keep the flash, but the plastic piece keeps falling off, and it clearly looked used when I first received it. So, I want my money back right away.
