LG Electronicslg 47 inch led 1080p smart t v

In March, my TV went out just after the initial 2 yr warranty. LG agreed to allow a one time free extended warranty to fix the tv. A service warranty provider supposedly fixed it and it worked for only a couple of hours. LG guaranteed to get it fixed once again but I cannot get them to find a service provider or give me any kind of solution. This has been going on for a few months. I have been promised calls back from a supervisor a couple of times but no one from LG ever calls. They tell me to be by the phone at a certain time on a certain day and yet no calls. Very very poor service. I will need another TV and members of my family are looking to buy TVs but I am going to have to spread the word that they should not buy an LG because their service sucks.
