LG Electronics / countertop microwave oven

I called on Oct 22 2018 to get tech support for a microwave oven that seemed to be working fine but would not heat anything in the oven. The customer service rep was informed that I had purchased the microwave a year and a half before my call to LG. He informed me not to worry that I would be getting a check for the defective oven. after several days I called again was informed again that I was receiving a check In the amount of my original purchase. I thought wow what a great company, so I purchased another LG Microwave. A couple of weeks later still no check, no email, no mail, so I called again. Again I was informed I was receiving a check. Today I called customer service again and have been informed that I will not be receiving a check. I would NEVER have purchased another LG product if I had known they were deceiving me about the check to replace my Microwave. Buyer Beware!!
Never Purchase any products from LG a VERY Disreputable Manufacture!!
