LBC Express — releasing docs to incorrect consignee
I was so devastated with your service LBC! we often used your service because I am confident enough for the safety of our parcel.
But not this time. I've sent a document to Ms.Editha Sabido last Nov. 22, 2018, w/ tracking number: [protected]. So since she is the consignee, she should be the one to pick-up the document right? not unless she authorize to do so on her behalf. But it didn't come that way. so frustrating and unsafe!
Yesterday, I got a notification that the receiver already got the parcel, but to my surprised, she's not the one who got for it, but one of our Chinese consultant. So how come?? Sucks! that document is confidential, for your staff will only release without asking any identification?? Please investigate this lapses of yours LBC and do an action to your staff or else we won't never ever patronage your courier!
