LBC Express delivery not received

We ordered a baby walker and we were expecting it to arrive july 19 - 22, 2017 as it advised on the email. We checked the order status through lazada's site and through lbc tracking order site everyday. However, it said that yesterday, 07, 20, 17 on the lbc tracking site, "your shipment was not delivered due to payment issues during delivery. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."
They didn't even bother to call us at all. We were waiting the whole day at the house. There was absolutely no way no one would receive the delivery let alone pay for it. There was no notification, no call, no text, none whatsoever. What the hell? Can you contact them because this is really inconvenient and a total [censor] for customer service.

LBC Express bastos na empleyado

Hi there! Good am... Dr. Gangani here...
I dropped off bantay, ilocos sur sa delivery hub. When I was at the hub, yumuko ako at tumulong maghanap ng package ko kasi late na for work so we were rushing. Suddenly a man, I believe, employee din dun wearing lbc shirt suddenly do dirty moves on my [censor]. Wtf! I dont even know him to do like that to me... As in 3 kadyot ginawa niya! Please investigate lbc or else i'll be posting this to social media... Ang bastos ng empleyado niyo... Diko alam name niya pero ang daming nakakita...

I 'am very dissapointed .. its been 3 weeks and until now hnd pa rin nkakarating ang package ko ! nag email na ko sa inyo, nag chat ako sa page nyo pero walang responce ! C'mon LBC whats with you ! My address at contact number ung papadalhan bkit hnd mkarating rating ung package ko !? nag bayad kame ng maayos sana paratingin nio ng maayos ung pinadala nmen ! LBC Express my item has not yet arrived.

Good morning lbc, i'd like to inform you that the item or delivery with a tracking number [protected] has not yet arrived at my house. It's been 2 weeks since the deliver yet it doesn't arrived at my house nor at the near lbcs at my place such as lbc shorthorn or lbc balintawak. I informed the person where I bought my item. She told me that she said that you guys will move it to the lbc balintawak for 1-2days. It's already been 2days yet, my item isn't in lbc balintawak.in fact my item stayed in cubao delivery hub 2 for two weeks. I hope you do something about this. Thank you.

I am waiting for my order, why haven't you delivered my order #[protected] it arrived in Siquijor on 6 of this month. Where is it now and when can I expect to receive it?

I waited for at least 5 days for my package refreshing the page every day just to see if my packaged arrived only to be greeted by a

LBC Express shipment delayed and customer effort

I file a complaint about my shipment
july 10, 2017 delivery date july 11
I was expecting that it will deliver on 11th
but when I tracked the shipment arrived in bacolod 11th 3am . the whole day I was waiting until 6pm
customer effort:
I called hotline [protected], voce propmt sai stay on the line for 3mins and CsS will assist
it took me 1st 8mins, 2nd attempt 18mins 3rd attemts 15 using my mobile phone and cist me P200 just for waiting then at 6am july 11 I ATTEMPT to xall and I speak to Phoebe or Fem and promised she will coordinate wth bacolod hub . im asking for contact number but she xannot provide . I assume she will take care of it .
I wentvto guadalupe branch where I senr the shipment and request to expedite and if cantvdeliver will pick up to Mayfair Plaza lacson branch. they provide the bacolod hub

the recepient went to the may fair plaza branch but the shipmentvwas their asking to contact the courier but cannot be contact.
we all very clueless as the shipment need asap. the receient called the hub . and the shipmentvwas their, and they need to pick it at the hub since the courier didnt xall the recepient no communication . -4pm I called hotline and speak to neza and quicckly provided me a feedback . she even callback and informed me that recipient will just get the shipment at the hub as the courier has no chance to deliver on that day
I am filing a complaint for the stress, hassle, inconvenience and delays ...

Lazadao Order #[protected] Tracking #[protected] The latest update from your tracking page, "Ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day." then suddenly "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels.", wala pa po kong na receive na calls/message for confirmation man lang sana, they didn't even try to deliver it, I already waited for 4 days, I was expecting to get it yesterday, but until now, wala pa po.

1st tried to deliver ur package but recipient is unknown in the given adress, pero ang totoo hindi nyo tlga dineliver un, how come na hindi kilala dto, e halos laht dto sa st. LBC Express delivering crew service

Please pakitrain niyo ng mabuti yang mga delivery boy niyo specially dito xa cebu.. Wow ha patawag tawag na andito na daw cla xa location ko at pinapalabas aq xa bahay .. Kala q naman eh andito na yun pla walang lbc na nandon xa labas.. Taz etetext mo hindi naman nagrereply.. And then after 4 hrs tsaka magtetext na andito na daw talaga at dumating na yon package.. Ano to lokohan.. Taz nong lumabas na aq wla pang mga 2mins eh umalis na xa kasi meron pa daw xa ededeliver xa ibang place, oh wow ndi man lang nakapaghintay, then texted him if he could come back to my place at sabi niya hindi na daw xa makabalik kasi mahihirapan daw xa.. Aq na lng daw pumunta xa location niya.. In which andon xa xa it park.. Oh wow.. Manong to deliver parcels is ur job taz aq pah papuntahan mo xa location mo! [censor] ka! lbc cebu delivery boys sucks!

LBC Express pampers baby dry pants diaper extra large 2packs by 16's ordered from lazada

Shipment did not arrive however As per tracking number [protected] based on LBC tracking site, "tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address" dated July 8. On the specified date, no LBC delivery van was in site nor did they arrive at our place as we were waiting for the shipment the entire day. There was a first order from Lazada and it waa delivered last July 5 using the same address. For reference its order number is [protected]. However our 2nd order with tracking number [protected] as mentioned above is the one that has not reached our address. Didn't receive any call as well. Deliveries shoukd be checked as yoir people can just indicate that they were not able to delivwe but did not even contact the consignee. My number is indicated on the details

LBC Express unauthorized recipient of the confidential document

We would like to report/ file a complaint regarding the delivery of my brother’s passport which was sent by the DFA Megamall with tracking number [protected] with an expected date of delivery last July 1, 2017.

Upon verification with the Telephone Passport Express Hotline last July 3, 2017 (Monday), the passport has been delivered already dated June 24, 2017 at around 2:00pm and was received by someone who is not authorized to receive it and the worst is, we do not know that person and there is no name as such in the building where my brother’s office is sited.

We have raised this issue already several times to the LBC Customer Service Hotline but seems the retrieval of my brother’s passport is not that urgent. I do not think that they are giving their full attention to this given that the document is not just a simple one but it is a highly sensitive as it can be used against my brother.

We are now so much skeptic and pissed-off about this if why the deliveryman handed-over the passport to someone he is not even sure if he/she is authorized to receive it. As far as we know that if someone will receive that said document, my brother should prepare an authorization letter and attach at least one copy of his valid ID. The receiver should as well prepare his/ her valid ID for the deliveryman to cross-validate that he/ she is the person that my brother has authorized to receive his passport.

It’s been 13 days now since the passport has been released to that unauthorized person and we are so worried about that there is a high risk involved here that the sensitive personal information of my brother was already exposed and that person has already access to. He/ She can use it against my brother or worst case scenario, they can probably steal my brother’s identity.

For this matter, we are asking for your top management to investigate and take appropriate action as soon as possible due to the risk involved here. We wanted also for you to impose the corresponding sanctions to those who should be responsible and liable here. And additionally, to claim whatever damages you incurred to our family especially to my brother.

We would be glad to receive a call from you to prove that you are really taking action on this matter. Here is my contact number: [protected].

LBC Express non-resourceful delivery personnel

On july 6, I tracked expected parcel # [protected] with the following status - arrived at davao cargo delivery team; ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day; shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels - all in the same day. I expected a call or text on any of the 2 mobile numbers provided but to no avail. If under circumstances your delivery guy can't use a cellphone, he could have just googled the address on the internet:

I can even see the location of the first page of search results.

You don't even provide a link to you official customer care channels. You expect us to look them for you?

This has been addressed.

I think it's my mistake to point directly to the delivery personnel why my parcel was not delivered right away. In fact, it is your online tracking system is at fault. Please see attached file as proof of your flawed system which we consumers think that it has already undergone a lot of testing and debugging.

After I read the recent update of my tracking # where it says "shipment issues", it prompts us to contact your official customer care channels but no links or any information provided. I even took time to search where to post this problem in your system. then I went to the nearest LBC branch to let them personally track my parcel and they found out it has just actually arrived late in the afternoon yesterday. I wonder why we have different results on tracking my shipment #.

But I am glad that I now got my parcel and I apologize for pointing my finger to the poor delivery man right away. Please improve your online tracking system to be accurate so it won't be stressful for your customers.

LBC Express shipping

This was handled by lbc courier (Which by the way sucks big time). My order was placed jun 19, 2017 6:07 pm. I understand that free shipping orders takes a lot more time than the ones which have shipping fee. But anyways the order was only picked up from the seller june 24, 2017. Order was processing and received in cavite north delivery hub june 27, 2017. It was out for deliver june 27, 2017 8:36 am, which then status was posted 4:24 pm as "request to postpone delivery hc" — I don't even freaking know what happened. The next status was "received in cavite north delivery hub" again july 28, 2017. Then, out for delivery june 28, 2017 followed by the status house closed. Which is freaking bs as my brother is at home, whole day, every day. I bet the delivery man did not bother calling out for someone. Do you really expect homes to be just open? Open for thieves? Really? And right after that it was posted as return to origins. Wtf? They only tried to deliver it once and then they return it to sender? I have a friend who works for lbc and she raised this one to them, I had no other update after that. But then when I checked my shopee account to check the order details (As I was going to compose this letter of complaint to you) the status changed again to out for delivery. WTF? Not even a single update and they deliver again just like that? How [censor] up is their process? I am writing to you as their website and complaint/survey page is completely and unbelievably useless.
