LBC Express lost item in my package

A package was sent to me from Christine Umali with tracking no [protected] with description powder and documents and bag, however the one that I received are only the docs and the bag, the powder drink was no longer there.

Kindly send the item to the recipient or the sender as soon as possible.

Kindly also update us on the status.

Please contact me at as I need to be updated on the status.

Attached is the item that arrived in my house in which the powdered drink will not really fit in the envelope and also the receipt.

LBC Express non delivery non prioritization

For my parcel [protected]
1day delivery didnot happened. Even though the contact number was stated, the handler didnt contact me to say that there will be no delivery that day. It is now the second day, and the padala is medicine it is really urgent. I demand for immediate delivery and I want to file a complaint and to be compensated. Your service quality is very low. You should not give the reason, due to large volume. Everything must be prioritized since we are paying you for that.

LBC Express opened box and a lot of stuff missing

When my family from Cebu received the boxes (2) Sender Joedith Dice, receiver Edita Mancelita. They send me pictures of the boxes and its not my packaged tape anymore but used lbc tape and alot of stuff that is missing. Ive send a bulk package of goodies and its all full but when my family opened it, its not fill up. I bought alot of groceries that is worth at least 500 for those 2 boxes. Few shoes are even missing. And they took all the chocolates that ive bought too. I trusted LBC because i thought i wont experience this incident. Hopefully it will get resolved

LBC Express box not picked up at promised date/time.

This will be my third complaint attempt about the LBC box not picked up as promised. Only this time, I am making this complaint online.

I am not certain if this will reach a resolution, neither do I presume that this complaint will be given the proper attention for rectification.

I have sent a balikbayan box with LBC in the past and I have to go through this very disappointing process each time I have a box picked up because it never happened as what was promised in terms of time and date.

May 23, 2017, I called your LBC toll free nunber, [protected] to schedule a pick up. I live in Las Vegas. I was given a reference numnber: 2042272 with a 23 May 2017 pick up between 9am- 1pm.

Today is 25 May 2017, 1pm and I am still waiting for someone from LBC to contact me but I guess that will never happen. Do I need to call your toll free number many more times just get my box picked UP? WHY?

I cancelled all my appointments for that day and took a day off from work, as always just to get my boc picked up. I am sure that many of us do the same thing just for box pick up.

May 23 at about 12 noon, based on my past experience with LBC, I called your toll free again to remeind of a pick up between the time I was promised. I waited until 8PM, unfortunately, no one came for pick up, and worse of all, I was never contacted by anyone from LBC to inform me that the pick up will never happen!

I called the toll free number again and I resorted to dumping all my frustrations and dissatisfaction with the man named, Marvin Arce. He ensured me that this compliant will be forwarded to your chain for action. This is not the first time I was told this same thing but to date, nothing happened to rectify or take this matter for action.

I was told by Marvin that due to the high volume of your scheduled pick for any day, some box/es may not be picked up as promised. This is a LAME EXCUSE! Why do you overload your pick up schedule for any given day if you foresee that you cannot fullfill your promised date and time? And worse, what is so hard about informing your waiting customers ahead of time about not being able to pick up? This is supposed to be a common courtesy for your customers who is the sole reason why you continue to stay alive in your business! To me, this is very unprofessional and worse customer service considering that many of us waiting has just wasted our whole precious day waiting for NOTHING!

I am reaching out to your chain of process to SPECIFICALLY direct this dissatisfaction and complaint to the higher authority hoping that action will be taken for many of us UPSET customers.

Finally, I am in anticipation that this formal complaint will reach and get the attention of a person in higher authority for much needed action and customer service.

LBC Express admission package undelivered to nairobi, kenya

hey, am Adan from Kenya, my cousin sent me an admission package from Manila to Nairobi, the package was accepted and sent on 19th May 2017 and my cousin was told i should collect the package on 23th May 2017, i tracked down the package and it said on May 19th 2017 6:54:58 PM the package was accepted at ROBINSONS PLACE MANILA, May 19th 2017 9:42:35 PM it arrived at VCARGO EXCHANGE, May 20th 2017 4:19:15 AM it was forwaded to TIE-UP. From here i havent heard any tracking updates that was the last update i got, my tracking number is [protected], i dont know where my damn package is and i dont know who i can contact, and the deadline day of the delivery has past and am late for enrollment of the university, i should be in Manila before 25th May 2017. please contact me via +[protected] and my email is [protected]@gmail.com, please resolve my problem as soon as possible. LBC Express package not received

I was tracking the package and it said it was out for the deliver so I waited the whole day but never came. I tracked the package again but all it said was "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." I never heard a knock on the door on my unit. I'm kind of disappointed.

LBC Express iphone 7 plus delivery to nigeria

My package was given to LBC on the 15th and shipped out on the 16th after paying extra delivery charges. They said that they had technical issues and therefore, my tracking number can't be made available. I've been getting texts from time to time and last I got, they were in Beijing, China. I later got a message for delivery charges verification and I sent all that to them. I allowed when I'll get my stuff and they said they're in China at the moment that 2 more countries and they'll get to Nigeria. Till today, no word from them and the estimated time of delivery is supposed to be today. I've sent many emails with no reply. Please I need my products cause their customer support isn't going through and they aren't replying their emails. This is so not cool man

LBC Express a shipment from lazada philippines

My order was not able to deliver on time because of some changes in the billing address and shipping address on my account on Lazada. These are the tracking numbers [protected] and [protected]. LBC Express tracking number [protected]

We returned an item with a tracking number [protected] last May 10, 2017 to be sent back to LAZADA for the second time since the item that they sent to us again was incomplete and the delivery date to manila was supposed to be May 11, 2017 as per the receipt but the LBC Lacson Bacolod branch held the item until May 16, 2017. They called my Mother asking for the reason why we are returning the item and my Mother told them that the item was incomplete that is why we are returning it. My father went to LBC Lacson Bacolod the next day May 17, 2017 to check if they already forwarded the item to LAZADA in manila since we have been waiting for the full refund that until now we are not receiving and he was told that the item was forwarded in LBC SF Bacolod, I also checked in your website online on the same day and I got the same information that the item was forwarded in LBC SF Bacolod. However, when I checked it in your website today May 19, 2017, it says no tracking details found for my tracking number! What is going on!? Resolve our issue asap! This cost us a lot of hassle already!

*Who will be liable on this? LBC EXPRESS? has liability on this. The contract said you have to inform the client within 5 days if undelivered...

LBC Express rash guard

I would like to tell lbc of how I am very disappointed with regards to your delivery service. I was expecting a parcel last may 14, 2017 and guess what? It never came and I waited all day for that. I contacted my supplier and she said that maybe there was a delay with the shipment. I waited again for 2 days for my parcel to arrive at my door, but it never came. I contacted my supplier and she said that it's best for me to go to the nearest lbc branch and ask for my parcel and gave me the tracking number. Today, may 17, 2017, I decided to go to lbc. But before I could enter the lbc branch in sm cebu, my supplier chatted me and said that lbc declared my parcel as "lost". Where is my parcel?

LBC Express iphone shipped and was damaged by lbc

Good day, i just have complain about my iphone 6 plus that was shipped from palo leyte that has a tracking number of [protected] to avenida street lingayen pangasinan branch. I have receive the phone damaged and shaking. where infact before the phone was shipped it was verified by the associate in palo leyte that it is functioning that the sender was even adviced by the asssociate to turn the phone off for it will be shipped. The items package doesnt look like the same way i observed when i last sent a fragile and sensitive phones. Unlike the others, the item was not protected with bubble wraps on corners and there are still much spaces that were left that could let the device to bump with the both corners when its moved. I also spoke to the lbc service personnel and they could acknowledge the damaged phone that i have received. The tape was very thin where infact that according to other lbc personnel that the fragile item must be wrapped with tape of atleast 2 inches of thickness . That proves that you have violated your own Standard Operating Procedure. The item was shipped in a good condition that it must arrive in the same manner. We dont care on ways how you are going to do it, but as we give our trust in you and because you accepted it. Then, your'e liable on everything that might happen to our items. I need a resolution to this issue as much as possible. I trust you because i thought its worthy to be with you on shipping items. But now, its very devastating to know your services like this. Answer this complain as much as possible ! Thank you!

LBC Express cellphone and accessories

Ma'am/Sir,

Hi this is Karren Mindaros. I would like to rely my concern regarding my parcel. I am the receiver of the said parcel and the sender is Bonnievie Anne Delos Reyes. It contains 2 Iphone 5s and other phone accessories. It cost 15k if sumed up. The route is from SM North The Block, Quezon City LBC Branch going to Benigno, Pagadian City LBC Branch. It was accepted by the SM North The Block LBC Branch last May 6, 2017 around 4pm and as I tracked it down online on the same day 11:09 pm parcel was received at Central Exchange Hangar. It's the 10th day today and I was not able to receive the parcel still. I've been asking for updates since May 9 but the supervisor of SM North the Block LBC Branch keep on saying he already sent an email. The next day another email. Next day of that day, another email. The incident report should be taken seriously by to whom it concerns but it seems that they are not willing to help me with the situation. All of the customer complaints has lead times and that was quite long for a minor complaint. Yesterday, May 9, 2017 the supervisor informed my sender that my parcel was considered lost and ready for settlement. Wait up! What happen LBC? Is it unsafe to trust with your courier and personnels? You are ready for settlement, that's easy for you because we've been to lots of transactions with the branch kumbaga naging suki na at minimum lang ang dinedeclare nila na value para mas mababa ang mabayaran na freight cost. And now you are going to tell me I will be paid declared value with its freight cost over my 15k worth package? I am not going to accept any settlement. What I want is for you to look for my parcel and send it to me as soon as possible. You could have check the warehouse look for the cctv of the delivery hub para makita if who are the personnels segregating the parcels including mine. I really not felt that those people are really willing to help me with this one. May binigay na number ang supervisor na taga head office daw na pwede kausapin nang sender ko about my parcel. They are exchanging text messages already and I asked my sender for that head office personnel's number for me to personally talk with her. At nung tinawagan ko sya not yet saying na ako ang receiver nang katext nya sabi niya she is not connected with LBC Express. That was a bit confusing. I am asking for you to please help me with this. LBC Express "deepcool z5 high performance thermal paste" that I ordered through lazada.

I was tracking the product through the LBC Express tracking system and it said that you tried to deliver the product that i ordered on May 13, 2017 but none of your team went to my house. Just because it's a cash-on-delivery product that i ordered you just make it like it doesn't matter. I waited for a week and still none of your team came to me. Good pm I would like to complain about your poor service at lbc balagtas Bulacan Philippines next to kfc. You should change your tag of convinence because they let us wait for 1 hour and 30mins and later when it was our turn since I had a bulk delivery they by pass us because they had a lot it's so pathetic and stupid that u let ur customer wait then be treated like that

LBC Express delivery pending by employee known by this the number [protected].

Delivery pending of my package. May 12 around 6-6:30pm yesterday. That said employee of lbc called me and he said he cant deliver my package because he cant contact my number. Then I said : why u cant deliver the packages. There an existing address in my information. And then he said sir tommorow I will. Then now that I call him he said "sir sa monday nalng kase hindi tayo nag kaintindihan kung gusto nyo pick upin nyo nlng" tama po ba yun napaka unprofessional n tao gusto pic upin ko wala rin nmn sinabi n branch. Eto po ung tracking number ng shipment ko [protected]. E2 po ung number ng tao nyo po [protected] I search on the facebook for that said cp number and the name is jobs givera. Thanks I am looking forward for this report.

LBC Express ukulele ordered 3 days ago

Lbc, this your customer, as well as the lazada customer too, I am diana gira. I ordered a ukulele 3 days ago. Wala parin sakin ito. Then I checked the update on lbc, sa site nyo, and I used my tracking number that was given by the lazada. It says that "your shipment was not delivered due to payment issues during delivery. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." what does it means? I mean I ordered the item then the money transaction is pay as you receive the order? Meaning I will only pay it when I already receive my order. Then why is there a payment issue? Hope you make an action. Contact me on [protected].

LBC Express not following the instruction regarding the delivery of the balikbayan box.

april 26, 2017-wednesday i called lbc advising them that no one is at the house so i must be advise of the delivery date to avoid inconvenience to the person who will deliver the box because i live at the 4th flr of the bldg and unfortunately we have no elevator so he has to use the stairs. My cell no was given and also with my daughter, landline no. Were also given at the house & office.
Again to ensure that my request will be granted, april 27, 201-thusday i called again. Same request. April 28, 2017-friday was a holiday. So i asked if you do delivery during holidays and the answer is no. May 01, 2017-monday-holiday but for no reason i check in the computer the status of the box, i was shocked to see what was posted “house closed dated april 30, 2017-sunday” may 02, 2017-tuesday i called again, for the nth time repeating again the situation and my request empasizing the reason for my request not only for myself but more so to the person who will do the delivery and at the same time my fear of the condition of the box because of the plight that it has to take and no one will receive it. I even request to speak to the officer in charge because it seems i keep on talking to the different agents but nothing is happening but i was declined so i have to be contented with the agent. May 03, 2017 –wednesday. I called again for clarity and confirmation that my request will be granted. Hoping that it will be delivered on that day, i was advised that by 9:00 the list of delivery for the day will be out already, so i was hoping that my box will be included. After lunch i was advised that my box was not included for the day. So i insist to really talk to the officer in charge to apeace myself and to get information that is firm, true and valid. After a long waiting i was granted a response from sir dane who promised and assured me that my box will be delivered on tuesday, may 09, 2017-tuesday, my own choosing as there will be someone to receive it. Taking his words and the position he has, i trusted him.
May 04, 2017-wednesday, i received a text from lbc the exact message is “lbc2. Hwag kyo aalis ah. My deliver kmi maya.” so i call back ask him why he is delivering the box bec. I have a clear request that it should be delivered on may 09, 2017-tuesday. His exact words was that “ no one advised them about the request” i felt so disappointed and frustrated because if that man did not have the courtesy to call me then same thing will happen like the 1st delivery attempt. Will you not feel the same as i did. I thought we understood each other about my request, is it because iam just a nobody that can just be taken for granted. If that will be your standard then you have to put in your advertisement that you only cater to those who belong to the upper class so that your service will be at the highest level.
I called again out of my frustration, again an agent answered me promising the same thing that they look into it and do the proper procedure. Again i insisted to talk to an officer and again waited for a long time and finally ms. Lovely answer, iam mad so my voice is not good already and she is reiterating again all the promises and script that they are suppose to tell a client. I even told her that she won’t like to see me in person to discuss about the box that iam expecting to receive.
May 08, 2017-monday, out of curiosity i check again the computer and there saw that the box was delivered again for the 2nd time without any call from lbc. I cannot comprehend nor understand why is it so hard to follow my request or is it your policy to do delivery as you will without any consideration to the recipient nor the difficulty of your men in doing their job. If that is the case, then i rest my case.
May 09, 2017-tuesday, i called again at 8585999 an agent answered, i asked for ms. Lovely just to confirm if the box will be delivered today as requested, the agent said yes, and ms. Lovely did not talk to me. What a great coordinator she is.
Lord and behold the box finally reached its destination for the 3rd delivery. And as per attached picture, you could see to yourself the condition of the box.
My sister told me that your services abroad is great. How come that here is not the same. Just asking?

Hi LBC,

I just want to lodge a complaint regarding your customer service representatives for giving false information, for dropping the call and for being rude. I ordered a product from Shopee for a present and was shipped last Sun - 7/05/17. I was expecting that I'll receive the product on tuesday as it is usually 3-5 business days, but It was delivered last Mon 08/05/17. LBC went to our house but no one received the package, as we weren't expecting it. That night, I called your hotline and was promised that it will be redelivered on tuesday, I didn't go to work just to wait for the package but your courier didn't show. Then again, I called your Hotline and said that it will be redelivered if not on wed, It could be this thursday or Friday. I have been calling Lbc for a total of 6 times and all the representatives that I've spoke to are giving different information. One said that it will not be returened to seller as there's an escalation made. But, upon checking website, order status for my package will be returned to shipper, as courier attempt to redeliver it. But again, I make sure that someone will pick it up for me. It seens that your courier are also making false report on your end just to say that they did their job. But it seems that they didn't. I'm just frustrated with the customer service I experienced with your representatives, to think that I'm calling from Cavite to Manila using a long distance call.Can't they even think the inconvinience it has caused me. Releasing my package to a person named LUZ MAYLON which i didnt let any one gave an authorization letter. Its address is 159-E Salvador St. Labangon Cebu City. This address is mistyped by the sender. My real address is 159-F not 159-E. The package was my name APRIL RAY UY and with my contact number. The tracking number is [protected].
