KFC employees

I went to the kfc in Kernersville nc went through drive thru at 642 pm was asked to pull around the corner waited and waited not busy went in store at 710 they hadn't even made them yet left 730 . Mean time you got employees fighting each other threating each other in the parking lot in front of customers ...wife of employee cussing customers ... nasty dining room Chicken crumbs all over the table ... you can see the grease on the floor crumbs all over gloves laying all over... I am a yum stock holder and it's a wonder we are making any money... this store has been going down hill for several months wrong orders cold food poor customer service...this store needs shut down and retrained I have talked to David district manager but I feel someone higher needs to look into what's going on there

KFC service is awful

The employees are so rude and they have no supplies to make the food. The manager gave me a attitude when I asked him a question. Was my first time at this location and my last. People were waiting for their food for a long time and the place is disgusting. They need to close it down. There is a fruit fly around my food. Trash on the floor. KFC did not get what I ordered

I ordered a 3 piece tenders fill up box and got a 2 piece leg and thigh instead. I also ordered for a chocolate cake and never got it. I ordered in drive thru. The employees were rude and when I told them that I'm missing a cake and they gave me a wrong order. They laughed and stated that I was lying. They only fixed my fill up box but they still did not give me the chocolate cake I ordered.

KFC kfc food amount

I recently went through drive thru at a local KFC and ordered chicken with sides. The chicken was great but the coleslaw was not even enough to half fill containes and macaroni and cheese was same amount. Biscuits were hard so we could not even eat them and there was no butter in bag. I didn't see these problems until I got home and then I was too tired from working all day to drive back. I'm very disappointed.

KFC old chicken, original recipe, 4 times in a row. kfc

, KFC, East Wareham, Ma. I have been there four (4) times in the past 30 days, hoping each time to be better then the last, I prefer the original recipe, and each 8 piece meal I order, the chicken is old and greasy, you can tell just by looking at it that its been sitting in the warmer for some time, , not just once, but four Times, HIGHLY Dissatisfied, . KFC share special

They packed my order with leg and thighs only after they told me are out of the grilled chicken which I wanted. There are leg and thigh special which I didn't want which they gave me. Don't understand why they can't just tell me at the window that there was only leg and thigh I could got something else. Now I'm at home with something I don't want to eat. Unbelievable!

KFC undercooked biscuits & wrong order

I ordered an 8 pc dinner meal at the drive through. Upon arriving home we found our biscuits were raw and instead of the mac n cheese that was on the ticket we got a bucket of cole slaw which i hate... And also the chicken was undercooked. Not impressed my last couple visits to kfc restraunts have been subpar but this one took the cake. If i would have had time i would have returned everthing and gotten a refund instead half my order is already in the trash. And the rest had to go in the oven just to salvage dinner tonight. Kfc is on a downward spiral. I remember growing up that was the place to go but not so much anymore.

KFC chicken/cole slaw/potatoe wedges

On May 4, 2017, we went to the KFC in Apache Junction, AZ. It was about 8pm, & we went thru the drive thru & ordered a 16 PC xtra crispy bucket w/ an xtra 3 breasts. Our total came to around $44.00. That's ALOT of money 2 spend on a meal & then not be satisfied at all with the food. The chicken had definitely been sitting for a little bit, because it was cold. The cole slaw was sour & limp looking. The potato wedges were also cold & hard! We were very disappointed & have been trying to call the store at [protected], but every time that we call, there's a msg that says, plz leave a msg after the tone. I don't even know if it's KFC bcuz u would think the msg might say something like, The 4 calling KFC, plz leave a msg, but nope, it doesn't give us a clue if we r calling the right #. If we r calling the correct phone #, then the employees do not like answering the phone. It has been 3 days. We tried 2 take care of this since the night it happened but with NO luck. KFC rude staff

The staff at kfc got the zinger meal wrong every time and today drive through we finish ordering and say thats it but no response so my boyfriend say thats it in case she didn't hear. She got angry and rude saying go to the window and check. Do you not hear me?! She should at least say check at the window after we finish ordering but no response! And she is very rude because of we are asian i think. My boyfriend does not want to go there anymore because we got treated like this and she put anger at us. I wish she can be fired.

KFC kfc gg chicken strip meals

Visited KFC # K198026 @ 382 Hwy 15 North, Jackson, Ky. Ticket # 1380 date 5/6/17, time 5:28 PM. Cashier: Harley. By the way, Harley was very nice.
Attempted to order, Harley could not hear well. Pulled forward. Waited Several minutes while she chatted with the person in front of me. Suspect possible problem with their order as well. Pulled forward, reiterated my order. Waited 20 minutes until I got my order. By that time there were cars all the way around the building whereas I was the only one after the person in front of me. Took my order, set it down, drove 22 miles home. Began unpacking my food, found I had been given Nashville spicy chicken strips instead. Neither myself nor my husband can eat this. Called the store, requested to speak to KFC manager. When she came to the phone I asked her what she said her name was to which she replied icily, "I didn't". Stunned, I was silent for a few seconds. During this time she informed me her name was Trish. I proceeded to tell her what happened and she told me to bring it back and she would exchange it. Really? EXCHANGE IT? I told her I live in Campton and would not be bringing it back. She told me to bring it back the next time I came. Again, I informed her I would not be coming back for a week and I would not keep the food that long nor bring it back. I then informed her I had taken pictures of the receipt and the food...which was in a fairly sorry state of affairs. She then sighed and took my name and told me the next time I came in she would replace the food. At this point I have no trust that I would get clean food from her. Hopefully you understand. I would like to receive a voucher from you that would allow me to go to the store of my choice for the replacement meals if you don't mind. I would also like for Trish to be retrained in proper customer service. She was very rude.

KFC service

Hello, the reason for my complaint is that I am a regular customer and the last two times I have gone, I have made the orders to take on the premises, the first time I missed the chicken balls, and second request check the order I am short The fillets and I claim them and I got them but when I got home I noticed that the steaks were incomplete and the spicy wings were missing when I was there I told him to crack the order and he did not do that is the reason for my complaint. KFC i'm complaining due to purchased food not received

I went into store located at 1030 N Roselle in Schaumburg Il. I purchased a dinner, when I got back to work, I realized chicken was missing & my mashed potatoes. I called the store & spoke with Maria, she informed to come back to store. I explained to her, I was on lunch break & my break was over. Her store is 15 minutes away. She apologized stating that a new hire prepared my order. I told her I'm not going to waste gas or take off work to come back to store. I told her this is totally unacceptable & very unprofessional. Maria then told me she would refund my credit card for the sale & place my name on a list and to ask for manager when I come to get refund. I went into store yesterday, waited for manager for a half hour to tell me she couldn't find my name. Spoke with Minnie, who informed me she called Maria & she didn't remember me. I was very upset at this point. I asked for corporate office number & she states we're privately owned and there is no corporate number. She gave the area managers number. Alyssa [protected], called her 2 days ago and still no response at all. I work hard every day, with no need to still anything from anyone. But I refuse to pay for something I didn't receive. I will be filing a compiling with the attorney generals office & my credit card company. If this is not resolved. Customer Service is horrible at this location..From management and employees. KFC food/service

I was recently treated very rudely at KFC on Milgin Rd in Columbus, Ga and it took 30 minutes to fill my order...when I asked why it was taking so long I was rudely answered by an employee that it's just busy... That particular day 3 ppl came in after me and received their orders before me...I am very disappointed in the treatment I received because I'm a very frequent customer...Any feedback will be greatly appreciated...Thank you...

Drive back home 20 Min. Back again and showes Receipt missed.
No sorry. When I ordered at outside and nobody answed for 5 mins.

I 've been same store 15 years. Attitude was realy bad.

Op Vrydag 5 Mei het ek iemand gevra om vir my 4 x Sprinkle Pops @ R29.90 te koop by KFC Beaufort Wes. Toe hul die pakkie by my in Victoria Wes kom aflaai 150km vanaf Beaufort Wes het ek my kos oopgemaak en in die pakkie was 4 x Snack Burgers @ R12.90 plus 1 klein pakkie skyfies. Dit is n groot verlies wat ek gelei het. Kan u my asseblief sê wat my te doen staan?

KFC store #k076001 on veterans memorial highway mableton ga

The closing store hours posted at this location (Store #K076001) is 10:00 pm eastern standard time. I have been to this location 3 times (9:30 pm, 9:40 pm, 9:45 pm) and the store was closed. Two of the three times I tried to get store management information to inquirer why this store closed before posted closing hours. The personnel there was very rude and only told me this was a independent store and they could close at their discretion. Therefore that prompted me to write this complaint. I would like for the KFC company to examine this store for customer courtesy as well as keep them honest on posted store closing hours. I work long hours and actually enjoy the task of KFC chicken. Because this store is closing early I have been forced to take my business to Popeye's.

KFC chicken pot pie

I was on my way home from work an stopped at kfc in florence i wanted the family fill up box and they said they didnt have the chicken for it so then i ordered a chicken pot pie meal (had no chicken in it an i got no cookie) i got my daughter a popcorn chicken kids meal with mashed potatoes (her chicken an mashed potatoes were cold) then got my mom a chicken little meal (potato wedges were hard as a rock) and i dont even live 10 min away from there.

KFC 20 dollar fill up

I went thru the drive thru around 430 on may 3 2017..when i got home the chicken was still bleeding..i called this restuart to see if i could get a replacement or my money back..i was told that with out the product i couldnt get my money back...so i said i would take the meal..and the man on the phone said when i come tonget the meal.i would have to have a picture id and the receipt..and they had to have a copy...i have the receipt..i have been in the restuart business for many years i have never. Heard of having to have an id to replace some food...very nasty restrant and i will never eat there again..and i actually like kfc chicken

KFC service

Dear Sir/Madam

I have been a huge KFC fan from my childhood. But I have been very upset with the service and food I have been getting from KFC lately.

For ex: yesterday I went to the store to get some extra crispy but they said they only had the original. So I order the Zinger burger and Georgia gold tenders. They did not provide me any sauce nor did they give me any utensils/napkins. Also I had to drive back to get my drink.
I realized after I got home the Zinger burger did not have any lettuce.
It is very clear that they do not care about customer satisfaction. I hope you don't lose any more of your loyal customers.

KFC chicken

I was enjoying a piece of chicken from my local KFC when I suddenly realized there was a spine I think what resembled a chicken brain. I'm assuming it's a kidney, however, but I don't think a chicken spine or kidney should be consumable. I feel slightly sick to my stomach, and I was just wondering if getting my money back or anything at all would be an option. Thank you:)

KFC portion size and items left out

The size of the tenders I received are nothing like what you show on your web site! They were half the size! 3 of these for $3.99, plus they did not give me a biscuit or sauce. Wasn't ask what sauce I wanted, they chose for me according to ticket, yet there was no sauce in the bag at all. Tried twice to call the store back and talk to a manager, but got no answer; not sure if they close at 9 pm or 10 pm so I decided to make my comments on this survey form. Could not even locate a "contact us" on their web site to make my complaint known about. Seems as if they don't care how their stores are performing.
