KFC bad customer service & food quality

About a month ago my husband ordered a 16 piece all white meat meal and one of the breast was to be extra crispy along with several side items.. end up sending around $40+. When he gets home and we sit down to eat all the chicken is extra crispy (which most of us don't like) a few of the sides were missing. He immediately called up there and spoke to a "so-called manager" Stacy whom was rude and several times told him if he didn't have a receipt wouldn't do anything about the order being messed up and called him a liar. Well first it would help if the receipt was placed in the bag and secondly I've worked for YUM Brands in the past and the way he was treated over the phone would have really been terms for termination. I ended up getting on the phone as he wasn't getting anywhere I informed her that this situation will be addressed and she did finally agree to take down my husband’s name and replace the chicken- somehow the sides were never spoken about and at that time I was over the whole thing! So last evening I decided I'm tired after a long day and would take advantage of not having to cook and when I got in there it was busy for dinner rush she (the same lady from the phone can recognize her voice and language) asked us all to wait a minute which ended up being 3 minutes but again was patient then when she asked why I was there I explained the situation she immediately asked if I can wait until she takes care of the others behind me- I said NO we are in this situation because of bad service and you want me to wait- again she just doesn't have a clue and I'm still unsure how she has this "title" which I still haven't been able to confirm yet she is then very irritated and starts walking to the back of the store then screaming something about needing a receipt or the chicken back I yelled back that I'm not going to have this discussion again with her were a customer (must have been a friend of hers because ensure why else he got involved) gets involved and we exchange a few words. She then comes up and states it will be right out as I’m noticing the person placing the check in the box is adding all this dark meat when I specially said it’s all white as I’m watching this and getting even more angry the manager and this male customers start talking about how I’m just trying to get FREE food and that she is always dealing with all these kinds of people wanting handouts I will be very honest it took every single part of my dignity and self-respect not to grab that chicken and throw it at her but I told her “she can keep the chicken and I will be notifying your corporate office” she states oh that’s good my name is Stacy as I walk out the door. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I will never return to this location ever again and I mean ever and truthfully if I don’t get a call back to find out there was some disciplinary action was taken against this store manager “Stacy” I will never visit any KFC.

KFC no plates for dining or chix breast or hot sauce

When going in to store, after waiting fpr meal, the server told me there was no chi ken breast, no plates to eat on and no hot sauce. Really no plates to eat at a restaurant. When i asked for a refund tbey said they couldnt because the manager wasnt there.
I need a refund on my purchase and a 50 dll gift card minimum or you will lose me, my family and anyone else i can tell about this experience. Please respond asap or i will move forward on this matter. The store is KFC indio on Jackson and the manager name is Alex.

no enough refund money.slow motion working, the captain just stand and see no help the customer to get their lunch, only three customer, but hv to wait long time, the clerk talking not clearly.no drinking water for the superjimat package, waste customer time, service not good

KFC $5 fill up

5/11/17 approximately 5:24pm drive up ordered (2) Fill-up, one original, one crispy. Got home found Rubber glove(clear) in my meal. Called kfc 4790 Riverdale [protected] supervisor on duty told about rubber glove in meal she apologized took name put in book for pickup when in area. On 5/17/17went to drive up clerk informed me no such book exist. She had just returned from leave and my name was not in no book very rude bad customer service. I told her I had my receipt name your name is not in no book. I left disappointed and angry .

KFC customer service at drive through window and food

Employee at drive through hadvto havevorder repeated seversl times. We asked for butter and lemon juice along with our order several times and did not receive them. When we sat down to order our meal, the chicken, which I ordered original, was very dry and hard. As if it had been under the warmer for several hours. I attempted to get in contact with store via telephone several times (6) but phone was never answered. This type of service is not only rude but also completely unacceptable. Oscar Garza.

KFC original recipe chicken

There are several complaints about this particular location I would like to voice.

1. This location locks its doors and closes down thw dining room up to an HOUR prior to dining room closing hours. I have visited seveal times around 8:50 PM and the dining room doors were locked abd tables stacked.

2. There is never the full mwnu avaiable after 9PM alrhough the store doesn't choose until 10:30PM or later.

3. Today, 5/17/17, I ordered the #5 fill up original. The chicken was EXTREMELY small, dry, looked lik pieces had been bitten, and looked old. I asked the cadhier is I could have some better looking chicken and he said, " What's wrong with that one?" I said, " It doesn't look fresh and do you have some more you could give me?" He said, "Naw, that's the freshest we got."

I was very disappointed at the level of customer service and the attitude of the worker. I frequent that store but after today I will no longer visit that particular KFC location (restaurant #G135178).

KFC the food may have been old, or contaminated

I ordered dinner at the kfc in cartersville, ga I ordered a kids meal and a #10. I pull out the drive through and I was given no forks so I had to go back which the guy at the window was very apologetic and gave my son in the back cookies. We eat our dinner and around 4am I am up very sick and throwing up and I knew it was the kfc because j threw up exactly what I ordered.

KFC violence in the restaurant

My name is robin ridenour. My husband and I visited your restaurant located at 1458 s. Court street, circleville, ohio on may 14, 2017 at 8:04 pm. Ticket number 3286. Our receipt says the cashier was lexi. After we received our food we proceeded to seat in the third booth near the side entrance. Shortly after being seated I noticed a male speaking to the cashier. Suddenly a young lady came from the food prep area and began screaming at him and using profanity constantly (the f word was used repeatedly). She threatened to kick his f... A# several times. There was another couple in the restataurant we made eye contact and they looked frightened as well. I dialed 911 but quickly hung up when I feared the young lady would see me on the phone. A person from back got between the man and girl and ask him to leave. The girl was still pacing, swearing and screaming at everyone. Eventually she went to the kitchen area out of sight but I could still hear her screaming, I again dialed 911 but had to hang up when she came back out. The other couple in the restaurant was able to exit the dining room when she was out of sight. The young girl proceeded to sit in the first booth near the pop machines crying and screaming.. She then yelled she was going to her car.

I observed another employee on her cell phone and believed she had called 911. We never seen any police but the girl never returned to the restaurant while we were there. We went to the cashier placed a to go order ticket 3288 at 8:31 pm and left the restaurant.

None of the kfc employees apologizied for the young ladies behavior or said anything. I am very disappointed in the staffs behavior. Additional training needs to be in place so the staff / customers feel safe. Someone should have called the police and talked to us and the other customer.

KFC product and service

On Monday, May 15, 2017 approximately 4:20p I went through the drive thru and order two $5 fill ups (Chicken tenders for both, one with macaroni and cheese the other one with fries) My kids usual from KFC. I placed this order through the the drive thru which I had to ask teller was he ready to place my order because it took so long for him to greet us (he actually didn't greet us). Then, I placed order for both tenders, fries, and macaroni and cheese. When we got to the window we paid and checked our food. My son food was correct tenders with macaroni and cheese and 2 chicken littles (He has a big appetite). My daughter order was not - tenders with fries (she was given mash potatoes and gravy). I told the cashier which was a female and not the guy who took our order. I gave her our box back and she reassured she would fix it. We got my daughter box back and proceeded to pull off my daughter checked her box for the 2nd time and there was no fries to be in her box but macaroni and cheese and they left the mash potatoes in the box as well. I was very upset for the simple fact this has happen to us several times on separate occasions, this time I figured something need to be done about it. We have actually drove all the way home and had to come back where we stay on the other side of town all because our order was inaccurate.

Back to the story, I was half way out of the drive thru where my daughter said I STILL didn't get my fries. I opened my car door and gave the macaroni cheese back I proceeded to tell them that this was unsatisfactory service and the workers where in there laughing ( pretty much all of them, it was like 4-5 ppl standing in the drive thru) as I was complaining I thought this was ignorant, disrespectful and VERY unprofessional.

I have decided this has happen one to many times and KFC obviously does not want our business. My kids love KFC and we come quite often after they get out of school and for dinner. My husband and I have decided that we will take our business to Popeye's which is fairly new to the Waycross area. We believe at Popeye's they actually listen and take our order in consideration and care about our experience every time! We have gotten nothing less from that company.

I'm not sure if there is a shortage in Fries at KFC or the butt of the jokes every time but this has got out of hand. My husband work for the City of Waycross and I will be sure to let everyone know not to eat at KFC because everyone there is VERY inconsiderate.

My hope is for you guys to resolve this issue at store level especially with your manager because even she seemed to have a smirk on her face. VERY unprofessional.

KFC customer service

This is about the KFC on continental rd in green valley. We decided to get KFC and go on a 50 mile dr and have a picnic. Oh boy what fun. We get to our destination and the thigh is only 1/2 cooked. We go to the same KFC back home to let them know so they can adjust their time. This was 3 ish on sat 5/13. The young man at the counter when asked to show this to his Manager promptly threw it in the trash and walked away. I'm sure this is not the acceptable way a customer should be treated. KFC did not get what I ordered

we went to kfc in cedar springs sc, my husband ordered 2 pc breast extra crispy, when he told them his 2 sides, the told him he only gets 1 side with a 2 pc, but did give him his 2nd side, again told him extra crispy. i ordered 2 pc breast extra crispy setteled for 1 side, made sure both were ex crisp. got order my husbands was correct, but mine was not extra crispy and the smallest breast i ever saw.when looked at receipt my husbands order did not show it as ex crisp. my order showed ex crisp with 2 sides charged me $1.1ee e9, i only got 1 side.everyone else that came in got 2 sides with a 2 pc meal...no what is the deal...several people were getting upset and walking out.we came to this store abt 3 days prior, walked in noone in lobby, stood at counter for a little bit, employee came from the back looked at us got him a drink and went back, did no say anything to us so we left.this is the 4th problem we had from this store.something needs to be done or this store should close down to poor management.wish someone from corporate would contact me [protected].

KFC tried to order 2 k 3 meals

Date [protected] Saturday at 4;20 pm

I placed a order for 2 k3 meals... no one was in front of me in the drive thru... I waited 15 to 20 min.. once I recived my order it was only one k3 meal after I paided for 2 k3 meals... the drive thru line was backed up at this time. I asked what was the time delay.. kfc folks said the frier need to heat up? oh what? I watched folks inside get kfc over the counter for the last 15 mins... once I did get my order, after waiting 15 to 20 mins... it contained only one one k3 order... at this point is was fed up... demanded my money back. That is when the real problem started. I put the single order k3 back in the drive thru window and the women said don't throw food at me... I said I did not throw the food at you, at this point I asked to speak to the manager... I told the manager what happened.. then left taco bell kfc... went to a different resturant and placed a order. then I was confronted at the drive thru at this restaurant by a man that followed me
in a white four door truck... the man requested thru hand gestures to roll down my window. I did and the man starts to threating me at the other restaurant. the man said why did I throw the food back in the drive thru window... I stated why are you following me.. this back and fourth went on for sever mins.. bottom line why in the hell after leaving a crappy service taco bell kfc dump... then be followed by one of the crappy restaurant folks
to another restaurant and them being threading... the man said just wait for six clock I will be long for u.

Try to call this local taco bell kfc requited to speak to manager... only got stone walled.

KFC chicken tenders

I went for lunch today at KFC in Morgan Hill, CA The chicken Tenders were dry and hard. The soda was almost straight carbonated water and the cookies was hard as a rock. it was also like 60 degrees in there with the air conditioner running. it was only like 68 degrees outside. I'm not one to complain, But I had to say something. it was a terrible lunch!

KFC food not cooked enough, did not get my receipt, and did not get what I asked for.

I ordered seven piece, extra crispy, dark meat only. Got dark meat, but it was not crispy at all, and to top that this is the second time this week that the girl threw away my receipt without even asking me if I wanted it. Which I do. It is the proof that I spent my money there, for my bookkeeping. Also, the meat was still pink inside, so I had to cook it a little at home. Thank God I was going home.

KFC service

I went to the KFC in Sorensen parkway in Omaha, Nebraska. It says hours are until 10:00, so I pull up at 9:25. All of the lights are off except for in the way back. Went to the drive thru and the employee stated that anything chicken, they were out of, so I figured they mean big chicken meals like buckets. I ask if they could make a KFC bowl and they said it's going to take 10 minutes And I said that was fine so I would take two. They then stated it would take 25 minutes And was told by the time everything was cooled they would be closed. I wasn't offered a compensation, another option, or even told sorry for the inconvenience. Terrible service, seemed like the night shift closed up early and just sat there for the clock to run out.

KFC threatening manager

went to kfc on Colorado blvd, stood at register longer than 5 min, somebody wandered by on phone and left, a few minutes later came by and I said are you open ? and want to order. He yelled --- yes yelled hey, hey hey quiet, I am trying to get things done. I said don't be rude or I will smack you. He yelled even louder and was threatening me verbally.i walked out (was mad) and he yelled again . I am 59 years old and have never had a manager yell or threaten like that. I will not be returning to that store.

KFC rude service

On 5/11/17 I used your drive thru, store is located a 4050 E Bell Rd Phoenix Az 85032 around 1pm. I ordered (2) pot pies coupon was for $2 each, one zinger sandwich $1 off and zinger sandwich combo regular price. when I drove up to the window I gave her my coupons, she then almost yelled "your suppose to mention those at time of ordering" and was refusing to honor them, I then apologized then she reluctantly ran them. when I looked at the receipt I noticed I was charged 4.99 for the sandwich...it clearly shows on your menu zinger sandwich 3.99. My total was 14.43. I have experienced rude service at this location before...and thought it is time to bring it to someone's attention.

KFC did not get what I ordered.

5-10-17 ----Went to our local KFC in McMinnville, TN and ordered (2) (1) piece Breast meals, extra krispy. Both meals with cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. When I got home I had (1) thigh in each box. It is not just the price difference; my husband does not like dark meat and he was the one that wanted it. I try to avoid KFC in our town because they are so slow and my order usually is wrong. This is frustrating. Several times we have gotten thighs for breast. It is amazing to me that someone would not know the difference. This is always the topper...I have tried to call to order meals or to tell them my order is wrong and they will not answer the phone. This is not good for business. I think they would have twice the business if the employees tried harder. I feel I should be reimbursed since that has happened numerous times with my family and friends when we have gone. It is getting old and I already try not to go since there seems always to be a problem.

KFC employees

I went to the kfc in Kernersville nc went through drive thru at 642 pm was asked to pull around the corner waited and waited not busy went in store at 710 they hadn't even made them yet left 730 . Mean time you got employees fighting each other threating each other in the parking lot in front of customers ...wife of employee cussing customers ... nasty dining room Chicken crumbs all over the table ... you can see the grease on the floor crumbs all over gloves laying all over... I am a yum stock holder and it's a wonder we are making any money... this store has been going down hill for several months wrong orders cold food poor customer service...this store needs shut down and retrained I have talked to David district manager but I feel someone higher needs to look into what's going on there

KFC service is awful

The employees are so rude and they have no supplies to make the food. The manager gave me a attitude when I asked him a question. Was my first time at this location and my last. People were waiting for their food for a long time and the place is disgusting. They need to close it down. There is a fruit fly around my food. Trash on the floor. KFC did not get what I ordered

I ordered a 3 piece tenders fill up box and got a 2 piece leg and thigh instead. I also ordered for a chocolate cake and never got it. I ordered in drive thru. The employees were rude and when I told them that I'm missing a cake and they gave me a wrong order. They laughed and stated that I was lying. They only fixed my fill up box but they still did not give me the chocolate cake I ordered.
