Kentucky Fried Chicken [KFC] / ignorance of staff

my husband went in to ask for menu for me to look at as I was in vehicle I just had knee replacement the day before the staff refused so he came back to me I told him to get phone number so I could call and place my order they refused to give him the number he came back to me he put me on my walker I went in with my husband pushing me I insisted head office phone number they refused said they did not have it I was totally outraged this is not acceptable customer service I am going to be contacting the better business bureau and I will be going public I am expecting a phone call from head office [protected] as soon as possible
