KFC food taste and packing

I order KFC last night i.e.(25-9-18), the food packing is disgusting and the chicken peaces has no salt no chilly and it's looks in pure white in colour. I am facing the same problem so many times. I complained KFC outlet but they didn't take seriously. And one other matter is late delivery. If we order food at 8'o clock they take minimum one hour for delivery. Very worst delivery. Now this time I won't leave this matter easily. Pls help me in this matter.

KFC service and order

I went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken located in Riverbank, CA. They did not have any extra crispy chicken. I had to get original which is okay but I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order and was only able to get it because I agreed to swap out my biscuit for cole slaw. They also did not have any napkins for customer use. This was at 7:53 PM. When I got my chicken it looked like someone has massacred it.

KFC 2nd x problems at kfc in bensenville, il

A previous problem at this location: 1140 S. York Rd. and attempts to call the store (the phone just rang and rang and was never answered) after MANY attempts to talk to a manager at this store, I talked to someone in your "complaint department" who
resolved the problems by issuing a voucher for $10 which covered what we had been shorted.

We used this voucher, along with about $30 additional for another order at this location on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018, thinking the previous problem was a one - time issue. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The last time was about being shorted several items, this time, not only were we shorted several items, but there were problems with the chicken also.

Two of the children in the family have allergies and they can eat only the Extra Crispy chicken. We ordered the $29.00 bucket but asked for it to be put into 2 buckets- 1 bucket for the Extra Crispy and 1 for the Original Recipe. This was mentioned several times along with the explanation as to why it was important. This was NOT done, even though the order taker said it was no problem. When we got the chicken it was all in one bucket, separated only by a piece of paper between the 2 types. This is dangerous when there are severe food allergies! Additionally, the chicken was dry, hard and had obviously been sitting all day. We came through around 5 pm and thought it would be fresh. It was so hard that the extra crispy was barely edible. So 2 problems with the chicken. Also, we took the 3 large sides (2 mashed potatoes and gravy and 1 macaroni and cheese) and added another large macaroni . We also ordered a childrens chicken meal which was ok, and 4 drinks.

We didn't receive the additional macaroni ordered, nor did we receive a 2nd gravy to go with the 2nd mashed potato side. It was very disappointing to see that the instructions about the possible allergic problem were ignored and again, that items were missing that were paid for.

Try as I might, I have not been able to find the receipt, and I always keep them, so either we didn't get one, or, it blew away (we were in the drive thru). So, I have no way to prove the purchase except for cashing in the voucher, or you're looking up the charge for the additional money that my daughter put on her credit / debit card.

Her name is Anastasia Karovic and you will find the total reflects the additional things we purchased including the drinks, tax, etc. I don't know if anything can be done about this due to the lack of receipt with the info about the store number, date, and name of order taker.

Needless to say, we are not likely to visit that location again. We do enjoy your food and generally stop by at least once a month, always going through the drive through, though we just recently moved to this area and previously patronized the KFC on Elmhurst Rd., in Mt. Prospect, IL. My daughter, or myself usually always charged the meals and the meals are always family sized, so we have spent a lot of money over the years at your stores.

I am hoping you can credit my daughter's account, or do something to make up for all the problems related above. Since I couldn't find the receipt, I almost didn't complain, since I know this looks like we're trying to get something for nothing, BUT, the main reason I did complain is that beyond the money/product we lost, the allergy situation I mentioned above could cost KFC their reputation as well as a lot of
money if someone died from the instructions being ignored. All your employees need to be made aware of the seriousness of allergy problems. We would much rather get what we paid for and asked for and not have to complain after the fact.

When I tried to call this time - the number for the KFC in Bensenville was answered by someone who said "TACO BELL". I repeated back the number and said that was the number shown for this KFC location. Don't understand why it seems impossible to contact the location manager to complain directly.

KFC food

Talking about Tilburg, Ont KFC store complaint Ever since the store manager Kerri went on leave there's been many complaints 1 chicken pieces cut in have and your luck to get one bite of chicken off one piece or the breast pieces is missing a layer of meat 2 not changing the oil to the point the fries and chicken smell/taste like rotten fish 3 food poisoning LAW SUIT!

KFC restaurant not having chicken prepared

Everytime I try & buy chicken breats at this particular location.. an hour even before closing hours or more.. they will be out if chicken. Make me wait 20min to make more, not discount anything for the inconvenience of having to wait. It's ridiculous a chicken place not having chicken already prepared.

KFC incorrect order

On September 23, 2018, I ordered $20 fillup, 6 piece box, and 4 apple turnovers (ticket #
1235. When I got to the pickup window, I specifically asked the girl if the 6 pc box and
4 apple turnovers were in there. She said "Yes". I pulled away and the 6 pc box had been put in with the $20 fillup and only 2 apple turnovers. I got the order corrected and they were nice about it, but the girl at the window should have never said "Yes" if she wasn't positive that the order was correct. Also, I went by there earlier in the week and picked up $20 fillip, 2 chicken pot pies, and 2 apple turnovers. I watched them put the order together. She brought the $20 fillup to the counter like that was it. I asked her if I was going to get the chicken pot pies and turnovers. If I had not asked for them, they would probably still be sitting there. I don't normally complaint about these things, but this is an issue that needs to be addressed. Thank you for listening!

KFC drive thru service

On 9/23 at 5:58 pm I ordered a $28 fill up box. I arrived at the window and was asked if I would mind waiting 2 minutes on the original to finish frying. Obviously not a problem. I pulled up and parked on the side of the drive thru. At 6:18 pm I, along with the customer in front of me had not received our order. I had to go inside and literally ask for my order. The employee said they would go find it and as they are all literally running around like chickens with their heads cut off, myself along with roughly 5 other customers remained in the front witnessing the whole thing. Several people still needed to order and did not get waited on while any of this was being taken care of. Not ONE employee spoke to anyone. And NO ONE even apologized to me!? I have been through this drive thru at least 10 times in a year and have never had bad service. The staff working on 9/23 were awful. The one kid that had to actually pack my order wasn't rude but seemed to have no idea what was going on. I honestly don't know if I'll return to this KFC. Horrible customer service, couldn't even throw in some free cookies for my trouble.

KFC your chicken, your gravy, and your whole advertising campaigns

for reasons unknown to this writer I can't imagine why you changed your recipes for your gravy and chicken, from the original, because quite frankly what you offer today would have the Colonel close every restaurant personally, you've cutback on the spices in the gravy and gone with some kind of mix or something but it really doesn't even resemble that original recipe I would have licked off the plate, not to mention if you need to reheat it it breaks down into a watery form due to your changes, it's truly disgusting ! And same of the chicken you've cutback on the spices and it doesn't taste anywhere near what the original was, and I haven't gotten any good chicken at any of your stores in years, it's always greasy and soggy. Why you changed them was probably merely a profit stand point but it's terrible . I don't go there anymore sad to say ! And your ads are ridiculous and insulting to the memory of the Colonel. What [censored] came up with that platform ! FIX ALL OF THEM ! Go back to the originals !

KFC no need to look any further - I have found the worst kfc location ever!!!

LOCATION: 9400 South 653 East, Sandy, Utah

This location has turned into the absolute biggest joke of a food establishment...…. and it has consistently been horrible for the last year and a half.

I went to this location as a kid all the time with my family, and I have fond memories of those experiences, but the last year and a half has RUINED all those great memories.
It is Staffed by a bunch of kids that would rather play games, have food fights, run around outside while yelling at the Drive Thru Speaker at their "friends" inside... all while there are no other customers, but I have been asked to pull up and WAIT for my order, and then 9 out of 10 times it is wrong.
They NEVER have Chicken Breasts...NEVER.
Overall, it is BAD and Corporate NEEDS TO KNOW HOW BAD THIS ONE FRANCHISED LOCATION IS MAKING THE ENTIRE KFC IMAGE LOOK.
AND...to add Insult to Injury... my last visit (aka "Nightmare"), I had finally had it. I was done. I vowed to myself that I was NEVER going back, and I was going to do my Darndest to make sure NO family members ever went to this location, NO Friends, NO Co-Workers, NO Neighbors, NO Fellow Church Goers... etc...EVER AGAIN - So I did the "Survey" on the receipt.
A couple of days later, I had the G.M. / Co-Owner of the location call me, and apologize up and down and promise it would never happen again...blah blah blah... and then asked if she could send me a "Coupon" for a FREE 8 Person Meal. I WAS NOT LOOKING TO GET ANYTHING FOR FREE... but she convinced me that my patronage was extremely valued and she wanted to make it right. So, I provided and repeated my mailing address.

That was 1 MONTH AGO... AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A THING FROM KFC.
NEVER AGAIN...

KFC customer service

When I pulled to the drive through the cashier stated, " what you getting". So I looked pass that an ordered. Foolishly I didn't check my order! I ordered a ten wing and a small coldslaw. And I received a five piece wing and gravy! No words! This crew sends additional training in customer service. I understand that it was night however, that should not affect how paying customers are treated.

KFC shift manager

This store has rude staff especially the manager in the evening who serves original chicken that looks like crispy chicken. I watched him take perfectly good chicken and make it so dark it was crispy and I canceled my order immediately! The way he talks to the African American cook is criminal to say the least the people in charge should look into this Maniac he does not make the store look good at all.

KFC chicken as well as a plastic object inside

Worked late therefore went to buy Kentucky. Was not impressed found a hard plastic object with writings on between chicken also the chicken was underdone. Was not prepared to drive back as I had an a exhausting day and you do not get reimbursed on petrol. Was very disgusted with the plastic object found inside and kids were hungry therefore I had to put chicken in oven so they could eat.

KFC service @ the niagara falls, ny location

September 1st (2:27pm) visit, submitted complaint over 2 weeks ago and have not heard back.
Receipt J103043 4 246 4098.
Service was very slow. After 15 minutes of waiting and priority given to drive through, I asked how much more time, and was told it would take another 15 minutes.
Was given hard time when asked for money back. Manager rude and threatening, laughing at me with her staff.
My little girls were looking forward to eating there, were starving and started crying as a result.
Will never visit there again.
Hope KFC can recognize how wrong it all was.

KFC unethical behavior, not honoring what they had a sign saying if you don't get a receipt. your meal is free!

On 9/19/2018. Client number C750027.I went inside the store to order 2 chicken bowls and the honey hot tender bskt.while waiting for my order.The employees sounded like it was a party back there.very loud talking about how they have to pee.and maybe do something else.They all laughed and another girl talking very loud says remember when you had to pee and yet wanted a cigarette.you said priories..smoke first.again they all laughed.I was right at the counter the hole time.Then one girl was getting cookies off a tray.And I saw here eating the stuff off the tray.she looked right at me.And took more. And keep chewing away.Then I also noticed there was a sign right where you order.It said if you don't get a receipt your order was free.well guess what..I didn't get my receipt.and to make sure I checked my change she gave me.And my purse.The girl that was yelling about peeing saw me looking.And asked something wrong? I said well I didn't get my receipt.she ripped it off the register and said here it is.and ran off before I could say anything.She walked by the one who took my order who is also the one eating off the tray of cookies.And says remember to give people there receipt.And walked away.I stood there in disbelief.They ignored me.so I went back to my car gave my son's there food. Told them how unprofessional they were.checked my food I ordered.The bun was so soaked with runny watery sauce from the hot honey chicken.so I went back in.asked to speak with the manager.asked for a new bun it's soggy .And because there was people also in there eating.I want to talk to him in private.I told him how unprofessional it was hearing his employees talk like that and if they are not gonna stand up for what the post there.And pointed to the sign.Then get rid of it!He said he was sorry.and the sign is going.I feel it was terrible way to act at a food establishment.I have never seen that anywhere.There talk and seeing someone eating off the trays was to much.I couldn't eat it. My food went to the dogs.I will never go back!Not that one anyways.

KFC honey hot chicken sandwich

Chicken was BARE. Breading, sure, but hardly any sauce. Menu Picture shows the chicken coated in sauce. I can barely taste it! I don't know if it's honey OR hot because there isn't enough to tell! There was more on he wrapper than the sandwich. And then I say no pickles and it isn't noted NOR is it done! Quality sucks around here so it's not too hard to beat it if you just try a little. So much for trying something new.

KFC product

On September 18, 2018 around 6:15 pm - 7:00pm, I spent $11.21 on a big box meal for the contents of the 3pc. Chicken Big Box Meal: Individual Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Cole Slaw, Biscuit, Medium Drink. I asked to substitute the cole slaw with another mashed potatoes. End result, My actual order was completely wrong and was missing contents. It was already too late to turn back to KFC to get it right. Plus the gentleman did not give me a receipt for my purchase. Physically Received, 2 drum sticks, drink, cole slaw and biscuit.

Same thing happened to me once. I ordered a 3 pc meal instead I got 2 drumsticks, mashed potatoes and a cookie. No cole slaw or biscuit. Disappointing.

KFC chicken fried steak meal

I came up there on my lunch break and stayed my WHOLE lunch break while I heard people's order after me called out. Then they had to ask me what meal I had after waiting 30 minutes and I paid a dollar extra for gravy (keep in mind they never charge me, but I assumed it was just a new thing) and I didn't even get extra gravy. I called 5 times and they did not answer any time. I work in customer service and go out my way to leave a smile and it's pathetic to see others not carrying out their job like they're getting paid to!

Most businesses, if you go the extra mile to give the profits away, you'd be out of a job. It's one thing to make customers happy but its another who actually signs the paycheck to make them happy too.

KFC grilled chicken breast

Young black lady at window was rude and was talking about me to the cook because I wanted grilled chicken breast. It was 7:55 they had plenty of time to fix some. That's the only thing me husband wanted to eat tonight. I was so upset when I pulled off, this is no way to run a business, I worked at restaurant for 17 years I know how to make ur customer happy.

Also when I got home without the food my husband slapped me. He told me. He told me that I was stupid, and blamed me. He said I cannot ever do anything right and that I am stupid and I should be lucky that he does not divorce me.

KFC about general manager and manager

I've been working at KFC for 6 months. The Manager Taylor gets mad out of and in work slams things around saying stuff really loud to almost yelling to were employees and customers can hear it, also taking it out on employees and me. After couple months she has been taking it out on me. I've talked to my General Manager Dave about this and nothing has been taking care of. Manager Taylor gives me dirty mean looks that it looks like she' s out to get me. A week ago Manager Taylor elbowed me twice and tried to trip me. I tried to let her know about it and she ignored me and walked away from me. I have talked to GM(General Manager) Dave about this he told me it will be taken care of. He did not talk to Taylor or take care of it because they are boyfriend and girlfriend and live together. When they moved in together that's when things started happening. I was late for work I talked to GM Dave in parking lot why I was late and he didn't even care. I told him I have learning disability and he didn't care. He told me if I want to work I have to apologize to the employees for being late. It's okay for others to be late and they don't have to apologize. GM Dave had it to were tears building up in my eyes. He also said I cant hangout after work with coworkers, that's not right, when him and Taylor do. I really do enjoy my job, I like working there but if GM Dave is allowing Manager Taylor to do this that I'm scared of my saftey to return to work because she could hurt me the next time. I have text message from her and have recorded GM Dave and me talking about it. This should not be allowed and he should of taken care of it, it's his job but no because that's his girlfriend the Manager Taylor. GM Dave won't let me drive thru or line cause I'm to short.

KFC service

I went to the local KFC ...walked right up and placed my order Big Box and a chicken sandwich. The time on my receipt was 5:08 PM.
I stepped aside and a couple came up ..was placing order then they changed it the clerk had to get manager...evidently they knew each other ...started teasing back and forth ...finally the young girl that waited on me went to start fixing my order !..still manager going back and forth just talking. Finally got their order ...I'm still waiting!
Another customer came up..he said ...looks like you have been waiting awhile ...I told Yes I have ...and I'm getting ready to ask for my $$ back. ..said absentee management!

My order wasnt difficult at all ...when I got my order I looked at the time it was ...5:23pm! Took 15 minutes. .ridiculous!

I wont go back to that KFC anymore!
