I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 years. A few days ago I bougt new licence for 1 year. I tried to activate my licence on KIS 2013. However, licence required newer version of KIS. Hence I installed KIS 2015. After installing KIS 2015, my printer via LPT port is blocked. I contacted Kaspersky Technical Support, they were so uninterested about the problem. It has been 5 days, since I first contacted to the support team. They didnt solve the problem and wasted my time. One day, they said we will send you an article about the problem, the other day I called the technical support and they said "We forgot to send you". At the end they said "The problem is not due to Kaspersky, we cannot help you".

About the problem;
Just before I installed KIS2015, the printer was working perfectly. I installed KIS2015, printer stopped working. Today, I restore my windows to just before the installation of KIS2015 and the problem is gone.

I am disappointed with Kaspersky Technical Support Turkey.
