I went to jack in box on gattis school rd in round rock tx. Today around 12.00. This was the worst experience I had at jack in box. I eat everyday at the one in skyridge plaza round rock tx. I went thur drive thur I ordered 2 jumbo jacks reg ff's 1 sweet tea 1 sprite along with a kids cz burger with bacon. For some reason I had to scream out my order for he the guy taken it could not get it right. I asked if they had big red or fruit punch n was told no had apple juice so got kids sprite. Pull up to first window to pay ask girl if they have big red or fruit punch she says yes ok change drink again to sprite inform that I need a drink carrier. Pull up to 2 window to get order handed kids order I ask again for drink carrier the girl ask me do I have drinks my reply is yes 1 sweet tea 1 sprite 1 kids fruit punch I ask if kids don't come with a toy I am told no. I thought last time it did ok no toy how about that drink carrier for 3rd time. Girl brings my food to the window barley reaches out side with my food n bag rips all the way down the side food now all on ground. I get the stupid stare from employee. I open my door get out pick up food n bag that was to small to out 2 jumbo jack's n fries in. So now I got to wait another 15. Mins for my order to be remade. I yell into open window to put food in big enough bags this time. I get hm grandson up set cause he got a burger no bacon no toy granddaughter had the sweet tea which was not sweet at all. Oh did forget for all my troubled the girl tells me she gave me a piece of cz cake. Not what I should of got was my whole order free. I am in the food business my self n understand things happen but not the whole ordeal. Told didnt have drink flavor when did food dropped all on the ground and order messed up when arrived hm along with asking for a drink carrier 3 times. This business was not busy at all there was me n the car that pulled up behind me n then watched as my food fell on ground. Worst experience there.
jalapeño peppers with cheese
I went to the jack in the box on j and 20th st in lancaster ca more than one occasion for the jalapeño poppers and every time I tell them fresh poppers I always get the poppers and the cheese is clumpy it's not fresh I get burgers that's burnt nd dry with bread that isn't fresh I always say fresh bacon and they give me old [censored] bacon. I always spend more than 30$ because I have 5 kids instead of them replacing my order they tell me I have to bring in the food and receipt after I told them it was dinner for my kids because I have to work they want me to bring my food as well as receipt after I spent 30 mins in the lobby remind you I stay on the opposite side of jack n the box and I have to be at work so she wants me to waste gas again just to come up there and wait while I have to be at work in a hour. This isn't the first time I always go spend money there and this is what they do it isn't fair I have kids and this is ridiculous

I recently went to the jack in the box on Madison Ave in granite city, IL 62040. Upon waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru line, I came down with food poisoning shortly after eating there. I went into the franchise to explain my concern to the store manager whom pretty bluntly told me I was wrong and a liar (in so many words). I however am a RN I know what food poisoning is. After being told I was a liar (in so many words) I asked for the corporate number, the number I was given was a completely wrong number. I had to go on Google to find the correct number. I am very disappointed with the way this franchise is being ran and the way the employees speak to customers. I will NEVER eat at another Jack in the box, nor will anyone in my family.

I have never been one to be petty or complain but Jack In The Box at 10638 Huebner road in TX is by far the worst I have ever been to. It never fails I'm either waiting in line for a long time, my food is cold, they forget something or the tea is horrible. I went through the drive through thinking positive but my fries were hard as a rock and cold. I had to ask for my receipt and the employee looked at me as if I were asking for something out of the ordinary. I get home which by the way is less than five minutes and notice my food was cold. I called and talk to Jonathan and he said there was no manager for me to speak to. I told him my situation and he said they are having problems with the grease and that's why my fries were hard and cold (makes no sense). He said the if I came back that he would replace my fries. I refused the offer because then my burgers would be cold. I told him that if I drive back that I wanted both replaced and I was told he could not do that. First of all an employee with no authority should not make that decision and a manager should be there to supervise. I have no idea what goes on in this place but someone really needs to clean house and get this location together. People work hard for their money and eating out is some what of a luxury there is no reason customers should have to deal with this more than once at the same location.

I have recently seen a commercial and ads where it pertains to jack has the bowls ..i see the clever word play but in a time where we are trying have everyone not feel offended, this ad and commercial is walking that line. mocha and no napkins and forgot drink
We ordered 4 tacos, a extra large ice water and a iced caramel mocha.. We didn't receive any napkins with our tacos, the mocha had way to much chocolate and was disgusting where we couldn't even drink it, and they completely blew off my ice water... The man at the drive thru window was completely rude and didn't show any cheerfulness what so ever and acted like he wanted nothing to do with us. He basically had a F U attitude.

The very rude customer service at the Waimanalo Jack in the Box I couldn't provide me with a gift card because they said their system was down. So I was wondering why couldn't they have a hand written one and took it off of my card. You need to really get a check on that store because this is not the last time this happened. I need to be trained better and more efficient with what they're doing
I like how you children mistake not getting what you want as rude. Maybe once you reach your double digits you will know the difference between not getting your way and rude.
