Huntington Bank refinancing a car loan

My boyfriend wanted to refinance my car into his name, we went into the ridge rd branch last Wednesday to start the process. We called many times to check the status that we were originally told woukd take 24 hours. No answer until 5 days later claiming they couldn't do it because of a previous foreclosure. We contacted the bank and told them we had a 1099 c stating that the debt was cancelled, we then were asked to bring in a copy of that paperwork and of course we did. We couldn't get a straight answer from anyone! Finally told today they couldn't do it and no one called us we had to contact them again. This went on for over a week and it's ridiculous how they conduct business!

Huntington Bank debit card not received

I cancelled my old card and ordered my new debit card on the fifth of September at a Huntington bank. When I ordered it they said it would take 5-7 business days. Here we are on September 19 a full two weeks later and still no debit card. Every time that I go back to ask about my new card they extend the allotted time that it takes for my card to get to my house. Now when I ask they say that it takes 8-10 business days. I have a very hard time getting access to my money, and haven't had access to it for two weeks outside of driving to my nearest branch and pulling out cash. When I called the customer service their only solution was saying that they could cancel my card and I would have to wait another 10 business days, or to wait and see if my card comes. In this modern day I shouldn't have to wait so long, and have no other options to get a new card. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have to use my school to get money out which causes fees. I have lost several dollars because of this. Each time I pull out money there is a 1-3 dollar fee and I have had to pull out money several times. I would appreciate a refund for this, and I just want my debit card.

Huntington Bank our home mortgage

our bank in elkhorn wi, huntington made a mistake on our home loan papers and we are pretty much begging them to fix it and they are no help. the manager, rachael is rude as hell. the paper work for the deed was never filed properly and I could file the it myself on line eRETR is the form needed but the problem is whoever did the original paper work gave us the wrong parcel identification number. the first letter represents that our home is in a completely different town. Huntington Bank unethical, deceiving behavior

To the Huntington Bank Complain Departament

Hello,

I am a long time customer at Huntington Bank.
Bank Location: Hoover and 12 Mile, Warren, MI
Working very long hours every day, not being able to go to the bank office during the week.
We went to Europe, lost control of the account for a couple of days, not being able to transfer money from saving account, five overdraws fees in a row were applied to my account
I went to the bank office on Saturdays hoping to explain to somebody what happened. I was told that the only one who can reverse the fees is Mr. Alberto Todaro, he is working from Monday to Friday, so no way to meet him in person, but I was able to send him an email thru Huntington bank system.
One day I was able to talk to him over the phone, explaining what happened and he reversed one fee telling me that I made the mistake so I had to pay.
I told him that I found out about linking my saving account to debit account
He said that he has my account open in front of him on computer and he said : “Do you want me to do the link between the accounts.”
I said: “yes and thank you”
He said: “no problem”
One week later five overdraw fees in a row, in one day, I call him and he tried to turn this on me saying that I have to go over there for him to be able to do the link.
He never said that to me, the truth is he forgot to operate the changes.
I told him that he should reverse the fees because was his mistake.
I tried to call him again to tell him about my intension of writing to the bank headquarter and then I will go further..
I have some ways of proving that I am right about the talking over the phone with Mr. Alberto, record that you can access too.

Huntington Bank fee for cashing a check that is drawn off of your account.

I am not happy that you advertise about not charging fees to your customers etc. but I cashed a check last week at one location that was over $200 with not one problem. This week I cashed a check over $200 at a different location and was told that it would be a $10.00 fee due to it being over $200 . The check I was cashing was/is drawn off a Huntington account, I do not have an account with Huntington but since the check is drawn from your account I don't see the reasoning for charging a $10.00 fee just because I don't have an account with you. I had all of the proper identification to cash the check so I can tell you now that this reason alone is one that I would not use your facility for my banking needs. I think it is ridiculous that a check that is drawn off your bank would warrant a fee to the customer cashing the check. It's bull crap.

Huntington Bank bank - checking account

I went to Vegas the weekend of 8/25. My bank card was hacked by an outside Uber company. I didn't use this bank card the entire time I was out of town and received an alert that my account was overdrawn. I then notified the bank and cancelled my card and was told my dispute could take up to 10days for a provisional credit. I am on day 9 and every time I call I get a different update and a different day that my dispute is on. I am so upset because I am out of money for my bills and customer service has been horrible. I am planning to close my account because I have never had to wait for a credit nor being treated like I am thief when I am the victim.

Huntington Bank excess debit fees in savings account

I received over $400 in "Excess Debit Fees" in my savings account. Little did I know that I wasn't allowed to have my Paypal account connected to my savings account. When I went to the bank, they told me to call the Customer Service line. When I called them, they tried to transfer me to the Customer Assurance line, which was closed for the day. I had to wait until after the Labor Day holiday to call. When I called that line, they told me that I needed to speak with the branch manager at my branch. I tried to call, left a voicemail during business hours, and I didn't receive a call back. I tried calling again, left another message, no call back. I am unable to get into my branch to personally speak to the branch manager during the week, and they aren't in on Saturdays. My account is overdrawn due to these charges. All in all, there are threee months of these charges, with over $700 total in fees. I have completely removed my paypal account from my savings account now. I need at least some of these fees removed in order for my account to not be overdrawn. I have at least another week before I can deposit money, and it may not be enough to cover the charges now.

Huntington Bank overdraft

This past week I had two separate issues with Huntington. First, my savings account was closed with no notification to me. Second, due to this account closing, my husbands employer was unable to direct deposit his paycheck into our accounts. We are still waiting for them to confirm through there payroll provider and their bank that the funds were never received in our account so that we may receive a new check. This resulted in my account because ng iverdrawn by 7 or 8 ATM transactions Of which not one of these transactions informed us that outr account did not have funds available in it and would result in overdraft fees. Not ONE time did YOUR ATM inform me or my husband. It just processed the withdrawal like any normal withdrawal. Take your card and dispensed the money. So now I put my whole check in Wednesday to learn that my account is still over $600 overdrawn. I would like to file a complaint against the new ATM procedures a. I also would like to file a complaint against the bank closing my account without informing me of this. Because of this issue I am in debt over $609 to Huntington. My husbands last oaychwck(which is a two week check) is held up indefinitely until his employer, their payroll company. And their financial institution confirm that the money was never received by our account.
This entire mess is the banks mistake and I am going to complain. I feel Huntington should do something to accommodate me in this issue since the whole issue is their fault. I have thought about contacting the BBB or possibly even an attorney in regards to this. But I am hoping that we can work this out personally amongst ourselves.

Huntington Bank wire transfer

My wire transfer from Raiffeisendbank Ukrainian branch in Kiev to my Huntington account [protected] being possessed at Aug 22 2017. At that time I was at Ukraine waiting for Huntington bank wire transfer conformation to be sure that transfer went through. I had to rent a place to stay plus all other expenses from Aug 22nd
till Sep 5th waiting for Huntington wire transfer conformation. Huntington bank wire transfer conformation was received only at Sep 9th 2017.
My rent a place to stay in Ukraine for 15 days:
per day $90.00x15=$1350.00
Other expenses (food transportation phone bill e.t.c .) :
per day $70.00x15=$1050.00
Total $2400.00
Please reimburse $2400.00

Huntington Bank customer service

So yesterday I went thru maumee drive thru window at 4 there was no lines in or out. it took 45 minutes to get my money! I was told they didnt recognize me therefore they needed vetification, isnt my id and sihnature card suffice. Then it went from there to were umable to give you money from this Account I called customer service while waiting only to wait longer, So I went inside to see what was really going on Only to wait longer in which the lady that was verifying on phone with some one named barb was laughing I counted 4 diffrent times and wispering. At this point I ask to speak to Supervisor Jermaine I believe in which said there was a code problem they were very Sorry.

Huntington Bank service

Hi I called Huntington bank and had a stop check placed for something I didn't want to go threw because I was already paying the place on a payment plan and did not aurthorise them to run my check since I was on a payment plan already so anyways long story short the check went threw because the rep from huntington who handled it did not correctly put it in right and they didn't wanna fess up to there mistake because of that I have to repay 514$ for someone not doing there job right and that's is total [censor]

Huntington Bank customer service for online banking

I called in to get help with on line banking on Aug 29 at about 8:16 pm and had the unfortunate luck of getting a rep named Michael. From the very start of the call I could tell that Michael did NOT want to help in anyway. After a very short time of speaking with him, I said I would just go to the branch, then I changed my mind and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was informed that none was available, which I do not believe. I also asked for his last name or his rep number or something with which he could be identified, he refused. Again I demand to speak to his supervisor at which point he said fine then hung up on me. So much for helpfulness at Huntington Bank! I have called on other occasions and always have been treated with the utmost respect, this employee is NOT an asset to your company, or has been incorrectly trained in customer service.

Huntington Bank auto loan

I called to get the ok for storage insurance to be put on a car in my name that's driven by my son. Did the same thing last year and got the ok after writing a written statement saying car would be in storage! Was on phone on hold for over an hour and transferred from here to there over and over and then transferred back to the beginning! I'm done! Total time 84 minutes! Got no where! So I'm putting car in storage and I'll just wait to get a letter in the mail!

Huntington Bank atm fee

I went to the 3351 Navarre Ave, Oregon, OH 43616 Huntington Bank at about 6:45 A. M. this morning the green light was on above the drive in reflecting it was available. I tried to insert my card the ATM would not accept it. I drive around to the front to try and notify a employee but the one I found looked at me like I was crazy.
I drove across the street because I needed to withdraw cash before I left my area of residence this morning and the ATM there charged me a $3.00 ATM Owner Fee. I would like this to be reimbursed by my bank as this bank is only across the street from my bank with the non-working ATM.
Please see the pictures I have provided for you. There is no reason why I should be charged a three dollar fee because you only a drive up and not a walk up as well and then I was forced to go across the street. I have been inconvenienced and then charged three dollars and my time to contact you regarding my three dollars. Thank you for understanding.

Huntington Bank my account has been locked for over a week.

I accidentally made a deposit with my own person check and they put my account on hold. The only I can possibly get my own money in there that I worked if I talk to a branch manager and I still might not be able to get my own money out. This such a inconvenience and I have other banking options and what they usually do is return the check and give you a fee they don't completely shut you out of your own account. I've been with Huntington for several years and this is the way I get treated.

This Bank are thieves. They steal and hold your money. Thieves. I say THIEVES! No Bank holds people money without liable cause and call it an investigation for longer than 72 hours. They obviously have unpaid debts that they are using customers money to pay off until they get over on enough people to slowly start paying it back to all the customers they owe. Every one should get their funds out of this bank before it's too late and they go out of business and your in total loss. Please people listen! Peace!

Huntington Bank checking overdraft fees

Over the past few months I have been ill. Spoke with customer service on multiple occasions in regards to an overdraft on my account. A payment was allowed to go through to sprint that put my account overdrawn. I was told by three different representatives on three separate occasions I would receive no more overdraft charges.
I explained to customer service that as soon as I could I would bring my account current. At that time I owed about $184 I made a payment off about $50. Next throng I knew my account received five more fees Ian's brought it up to $284 and some change. I paid my account off Monday and received $75 back on overdrafts. My branch teller had looked at my account when I was submitting payment and informed me that out of the $284 I had owed $274 was overdraft charges.
I know that I had shut my overdraft protection off multiple times when I first became ill and that transactions were still allowed to go through. I paid the fees because I need my account open but I do not believe I should have been charged $274 in overdrafts when all I owed in that balance of $284 was $10 for a returned check fee. A check that Huntington said was invalid. U am most upset
That your customer service stated multiple time that I would not incur any more fees and I received over $150 after the first conversation with your representatives I believe you should charge overdrafts but not
To the extent that I just paid to keep my account in good standing

I called on 09/27/2017 to stop a payment on my debit card and they put the payment thru anyway on 10/02/2017.The bank says to call and they will stop a payment for free. What good is it if you don't stop it when you say you will. I will fight the company for my money back because I can't trust my bank.

I used another ATM and was charged $6.00 in fees. $3.00 for using the ATM and $3.00 for the receipt. What a joke. No wonder people HATE Huntington. I have other bank accounts and they dont charge me to use other ATM's.

Huntington Bank wrong amount given to me

I cashed savings bonds on the 31 of July 2017. What is now 3 weeks later I'm getting mail saying that I was given more than the redemption amount was. The next day I get mail saying they took the $43 extra they gave me out of my account and overdrew my account. We met with the manager and she said she told the teller to be more careful. NO! The teller can pay the $43 out of her Pay check and make up for her mistake. It is not my fault that the teller entered wrong information and gave me the wrong amount which now forces me to have to pay $43, cant cash my work checks, and cant close my account. The manager at my Huntington was no help. She just kept repeating that everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes. Well when you make mistakes you, pay for them. Not get told to be more careful. The teller inst a 3 yr old and you need punishment especially when you deal with peoples money and life savings every day!

Huntington Bank personnel/excessive wait times

Huntington Branch 4001 Britton Parkway Hilliard Ohio 43026
I use Huntington for both my personal and business finances. I appreciate the weekend and extended hours of the branches located inside of Giant Eagle stores, like this one. I live closer to this (4001 Britton ) particular branch versus the one that I visit more frequently at 6700 Hayden Run. I prefer to avoid going to the Britton branch for a variety of reasons:
Regardless of day or time of visit I always experience a longer wait.
Regardless of day or time of visit I seem to be helped by personnel who are possibly new or not yet comfortable with processing deposits that are made up of a large number of checks. This causes a longer than needed visit and frustration.
I have visited this branch and often felt uncomfortable by the awkward and seemingly inappropriate conversation started by branch personnel.
My visit on Saturday 8/5 at approximately 1:45 pm will likely prove why I will avoid visiting this branch at all costs in the future.
There were only 2 associates on the floor, my wait time was nearly 20 minutes to make a deposit.

Huntington Bank customer card service number

I went to my bank to inform them of my upcoming trip overseas. I wanted to make sure that my card would not be locked for security reasons when I began making transactions overseas. They told me to call the number on the back of my card. I called the number and waited over forty five minutes and still had not had a single person answer my call. I don't mind a little wait but it is ridiculous that I waited almost an hour and no one could even be bothered to pick up. Worst service I have ever received. I will be switching banks as soon as I return from my trip. [censor] you Huntington.

Huntington Bank business ethics / services

I tock a home equity loan out with Huntington Bank to consolidate loan payoffs. At the request of the Huntington representative, I authorized them to directly pay off one of the loans. I was told repeatedly that the transaction was complete and the problem was with the Bank I had the loan with that Huntington was to pay off. After I investigated, it was found that Huntington never made the pay off and still has not to date, 8/4/17 after I was assured it would be. As a businessman myself, I find this behavior not only to be unprofessional but unethical as well. To date, this is still an unresolved issue.
