Huntington Bank

I was employed with Huntington for over 11 years and was very good at my job. I worked very hard over the years building my career and felt I made an impression on everyone I worked with and we were like family. I got promoted to the management team in 2009 and was loving life! I was in my position approximately six months when I was asked to move to another department in the same building that needed my help and my current manager felt that because I was doing so well with them that I would do just as great in my new team as a supervisor. I knew most of the people already so I was just fine with moving over and that is when my life changed forever. I was sexually harassed and bullied by my new manager every day and reported the behavior to my former manager and my best friend who is also a manager and they did nothing so I had no choice but to report it to Huntington's Human Resources and they terminated his employment. I was very sad, however felt that finally things would be great again knowing he was gone and couldn’t hurt me anymore but that wasn’t true either. I was then told that all the supervisors were ranked and I did not rank as high as my counterparts and my position would be eliminated and I was offered another position as a collector and if I did not except I would resign and not get severance either way. To make a long story short after being a collector I then was wrongfully terminated by my best friend and the manager I reported the harassment to before. I have told Human Resources that I was wrongfully demoted because the manager who was harassing me was deleting my work and making me look crazy and I performed great compared to everyone else and they refuse to give me the severance I deserve or to Even acknowledge that I was unfairly ranked and I cry every day. I don’t recommend for anyone to work for them if I was treated so bad after almost 12 years and no performance issues and they didn’t even have my back when I reported the harassment from the get go
then no telling what else they would do. Needless to say that that I no longer have a best friend either.
