I called on 5-17-18 twice and once on 5-18-18 and once one 5-22-18 and was adv and assured that I would be able to start going to the new dentist on 6-1-18.. so I made an appointment with the new dentist on 6-5-18 . I called to confirm that I was placed on the new dentist list with human today. the first agent I spoke with said there were no notes of my previous conversations in may and was very rude and over talked me the whole conversation she hung up.. called again and spoke with Kim but would not provide an agent # and then hung on me.. called again and asked for a supervisor he agent hung up once again.. so I finally spoke with Lana after four attempts to get my issue resolved she did state she would attempt to but what she stated was the same information I got when I called on May.. so my issue is still not resolved.. the customer service I got today was the worst ever!! If I could switch my carrier I definitely would!!
