Hertz / reservation complaint

I booked my reservation online as I do all the time because I'm a club gold member. As I arrived at the location, the Hertz rep (Musaid the manager) tells me we don't have the vehicle you reserved, but I can put u in an SUV or minivan for a higher rate! I told him I didn't feel I should have to pay more because you guys didn't have the car that you said u had, I feel I should get what I agreed to money wise with it not being my mistake, I've rented at other companies in the past and had no problem. Now I'm without a vehicle, very disappointed!!

P.S The Manager was didn't represent customer service satisfaction or even attemp at all! Mr. Musaid
