Harbor Freight Tools review: management

The management at Harbor Freight Tools is disgusting, I'm not sure why the employees continue too work there other than the fact that bills and rent are more important than whats fare. The management and the DM are all outside friends so all complaints go unrecognized, there is no gratitude for the employees and the efforts that they make, the Cashiers bring in multiple ITC ESP and name collection that benefits the highest levels, the mangers and DM. With out a single thank you to the employees, only more goals of more, more and more numbers, and if sales are low there go your hours. Ridiculous. The company is very unprofessional and no compassion for employees.
