Golden Corral the staff at golden corral kirkman road

I am very disappointed to see what I saw. I went there a Sunday morning to first see to staff members touching each other sexually. One guy Pablo who was our server was very rude and asked for money even before we were done eatting . He and another staff member Jessica were very touchy with each other . Although they were on opposite sides of the restaurant they managed to come to same drink station and get a feel. My children as well as the table next to me noticed it . It was disgusting and pretty sloppy to be happening at a family restaurant. Maybe they need to watch over staff a little more and tell them to stop asking for money . It's not by law required to leave a tip. It's by choice.

Golden Corral quality of meat products, (steak, ribs) is subpar.

Golden Corral use to be my favorite place to go in Panama City, Fl. Within the last six or seven months the quality of the meat offerings is terrible. Recently visited with my wife and tried the steak but couldn't eat it because every bite I tried was like leather. It was full of gristle and not eatable, this has happened to my wife on previous visits. One of the meats that was available frequently was Prim Rib. I have not seen that in months. The meat quality at this particular Golden Corral use to be acceptable but no longer. We will not return again until I am assured the quality of the meat offered is eatable. We have told all of our friends about this issue as a number of us would meet there for lunch or dinner. Someone in upper level management needs to look at this and get this resolved.

El manager me trato muy mal me ofendió yo le dije que no podía comer por que me operaron y salí de hospital y solo mi esposo iba a comer y ya que había pagado no me dejo entrar a mi y no me quiso regresar el dinero que pago mi esposo, dijo que todos hacen lo mismo que entran y comen y no pagan y le dije que no tenia que generalizar, y me dijo no entras y mi esposo comió solo

Golden corral aparte de ser groseros, el servicio pesimo, sucio es un asco, el manager tenía un aliento horrible, olía de lo peor, me trato muy mal no me dejo entrar salí del hospital y mi esposo quiso comer y yo no podía y no me dejo entrar y le dije ya pagamos y no me quiso regresar el dinero, me dijo que todos hacen lo mismo que entran y no pagan, de verdad me sentí muy mal

Golden Corral service

I visit Golden Corral Stores all over Texas and Louisiana. For the most part enjoy the atmosphere and food, as well as the prices.

When I entered the Golden Corral Store in Galveston, Texas on Saturday May 27 around 4PM, that opinion changed for the worst. I was literally glared at by what I call a Valet, the person who comes over and refills your water or tea.

This man, Mexican American, around 25 and 6'2" was so threatening looking at me while he stood in the doorway to the Conference room, I got up and moved further away to another table. I left my paper and he brought it over. I told him he could have it. He then took the paper, held it shoulder high, and violently ripped it apart, glared at me and walked away. This in front of Customers, of which one Lady, next to my table, almost jumped out of her seat. The Manager, as I found out on Monday May 29 when I called the store, was not at work on Saturday May 27. I explained to him what happened, and that I had just come from the Hospital for an injection. The Doctor suggested I get something to eat and Golden Corral was close. The Manager advised me he would look at the film when this incident occurred around 4 PM Saturday May 27, and if he saw the Employee ripping the paper apart, he would consider terminating him immediately. This employee even went to the Kitchen and called a co-worker out who both started glaring and laughing at me. Are you serious? You do not run a Restaurant like this or possibly face a huge financial burden on your Company. As I told the Manager on Monday May 29, if I had of been physically assaulted by an Employee at Golden Corral because of some apparent hate towards me from an Employee my Attorney would have "Ate That Up". As I explained to the Manager, the Insurance Liability Clause on a Public Venue like Golden Corral is in effect at all times a person enters the premises. I am requesting $14.49 refund on my check for my Purchase on May 27. This will be a lot less expensive than a Court Ordered Financial Award for a Physical Assault should that ever happen, by an Employee of Golden Corral to a Customer of Golden Corral on the premises.

Golden Corral food handling

My girlfriend and I, ate at the Golden here in Waco, Texas on Sunday afternoon, and we will never go back again. On the grille, they were cooking shrimp, and when near finished, they put raw chicken next to the shrimp, and with the same gloves they moved raw chicken with, moved cooked shrimp to container. That is wrong to touch raw food, and touch cooked food wearing same gloves. How do we know salmonella did not get on the cooked shrimp? She did not get a damn thing from that area, and if I would not have already been eating off salad bar, we would have got our money back! We spent over $35.00, to eat there, and I'll be damned if I'm going to spend over $35.00, for salmonella poisoning! We are very upset, and will never go back! Hard to tell what goes on behind closed doors, but if it's anything like what she saw then, we are sure, food handlers in the back, are just as careless as they are at the grills! Golden Corral coupon I received on mother's day

I received a coupon on Mother's Day to enjoy a brunch. It said brunch would be 7 days a week daily from 9:30-2pm starting May 22. I show up just now and the guy operating the cashier said it was not valid on Sundays and they were selling dinner already. My daughter and I drove 15 minutes to get there. This is false advertising. I'm never going back to Gokden Corral. You people lie! Mother's Day was an experience in itself anyways.

Golden Corral lack of service during our meal.

On May 26, 1953, I took my wife and 3 grandaughters to your Golden Corral located on Glenn Estee Withamsville Rd, CINCINNATI (Eastgate ), Oh to have a meal and celebrate my birthday. We never really had a server for our table. No card was left telling us who our server was. I actually had to chase one server halfway across your restaurant just to get a refill on our drinks. Twice more after that I had to ask for drinks which were grudgingly provided by one girl who finally started removing dirty dishes when she found it convenient. I realize you operate a buffet but the minor amount of service required by your customers is very important in our enjoying our dining experience in your facility. Additionally, the last few times we have visited your establishment, service has be on a downward spiral. I feel you really need to get control of this situation. You are on the verge of losing many customers due to this problem. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Golden Corral hostile work environment

Golden corral in margate florida. Has a worker by the name of rico who verbally assualts the female workers in the kitchen. A complaint was made and nothing was done.. His verbal abuse is horrific. And other female workers can also agree. If nothing is done someone will be forced to legal action for toxic work enviroment. Defamation of character. Harassment. Verbal abuse. Against him and golden corral.

Golden Corral I am complaining about the rotisserie chicken no longer available at your restaurant locations

I think you guys have made a big mistake doing away with the rotisserie chicken. It was one of the big reasons we came to the Lawrenceville, Ga location. Now they have replaced it with dry smoked chicken and sometimes it's not cooked enough. It's either to dry or it's not done and we notice they have started to put out baked chicken and calling it rotisserie chicken. It is not fit to eat. We stooped going to Golden Corral now and eating at other places. The rotisserie chicken was your crown jewel and we are hoping you will bring it back. We all loved it and without it being served at your restaurant locations we don't care to eat there any more.

Golden Corral unethical behavior

I would like to inform the corporate office that the restaurant located at 7700 west Stockton blvd is a hostile work environment. Mike Saca the owner does not treat his employees right. I have worked for his location since august of 2016 and have witnessed him verbally abusing several employees, to the point where he makes them cry. He has also been verbally abusive towords me, stating that I was a slacker, and could not keep up with my job responsibilities. He told me that whoever trained me did not have very high standards, and that I was ineffective. I had worked for golden corall in Albuquerque new mexico for almost a year before transferring to the California location, and was never told I was not a good employee. He has no regard for his employees, and makes you feel like you are worthless. I am very stressed out every time I work because I am trying to work so hard, so I can get my hours back, but nothing is ever good enough. I feel I am being discriminated against for some reason. He is the worst boss I have ever had, and I have never worked for someone like him, and I hope I never do . He should be given more training on how to treat people, in my opinion, he makes it very hard to keep a good attitude. Its sad to say, but it affects my job performance, and the service that I give my customers. Never knowing what to expect.

Golden Corral customer service

Last night my friend and I ate at Golden Corral. (Watt Avenue, North Highlands, CA) An employee sat us down next to other patrons before returning to the front of the store. My friend and I then got some food and sat back down at our table. Another group was then sat down two tables away from us and almost immediately started harassing us. (It was obvious they had been drinking) The same employee came back and asked my friend and I to move tables to avoid any further incident. We explained to her that we were sat first and did not do anything wrong. She agreed but again asked us to move. At this point we were both shocked and no longer wanted to eat. (Both of our plates were full and hadn't been touched) When we asked for our refund we were denied and then told we had to leave. I was robbed and want my $25 back.
I will never eat at this Golden Corral again.

Golden Corral management

I am an employee who is frustrated with hospitality manager who pretty much does whatever she wants after our GM manager goes home for day.
On her cell phone and ignoring our workers and customers. Tried to have to her handle a customer trying to take out free food to go and not paying, she was outside and no where to be found to handle situation. Customer got their way and illegally taking food out of our buffet, because our hospitality manager Jen was no where to be found to handle situation. Also, she is always talking to her husband who frequently comes to visit her, while she should be working on the clock.

Golden Corral rude worker

I was at the Golden Corral in Westland, MI on April 28th. It was at 4:10 pm. So it was the dinner menu. I was at the meat cutting line. The two customers before me asked for two pieces of medium done steak. They got what they wanted without any harassment. When I placed my order, it was for medium well and I requested two pieces. The person who was cutting the steak, his name was Cummings. He was a young to middle aged African America. He gave me one piece of over cooked steak. When I asked him very politely and reiterated that I had requested two pieces. He snapped at me and said, " when there is a line, ask me for only one piece". I reminded him that the previous two customers had asked for the same thing and I thought that was customary. he tried to argue with me. I think due to the fact that I am of ethnic origin, he was extremely discriminatory to me. Although I have lived in Michigan for some 42 years. I have experienced this kind of overt racism before at this location. I drove 32 miles one way for this kind of treatment. I'll make sure I don't visit this location again!

I went to the golden corral in westland, mi. It was about 4:10. So it was the dinner menu. I was standing in line for my meat to be cut. The gentleman cutting my steak was named cummings. He was a young to middle aged african american male. He served two previous african american individuals before me. He served them two pieces of steak. When he asked me what I wanted? I stated"two pieces of the steak medium well" this cruel. Cheap ### was exceptionally rude. He gave me one piece of tiny burnt piece of meat. When I reiterated and said very politely I wanted two pieces, he said, "when there is a line, you will only get one piece of meat" when I told him that his previous two customers had received and gotten two pieces of steak, he said something in the effect of, "I know". I believe because of my ethnic origin, cummings discriminated against me. I drove 32 miles from bloomfield hills mi. Drove with my entire family for this kind of overt racism. I'll make sure I go to a different restaurant from now on.

Golden Corral their menu was not prepared as advertised

Tonight my family went to your Tifton Ga, restaurant. Your franchise advertised that steak with shrimp skewers was on your line. Well, no steak so the guy gave us 2 skewers of shrimp, the waitress in our section was so rude. Reaching over people's plates spilling soft drinks in our plates. She didn't apologize or anything, throwing plates and cups on a tray, she was not in her right state of mind to be working with the public. Next, a gentleman near us asked for ribs, and he didn't want the fat cap, and the female manager yelled in his face cussing that they no longer cut the meat to the customers preferred way, and to just deal with it, the whole restaurant heard her. We won't be back, he was a disabled veteran and to treat people like that, like we said we won't be back and we will be letting our friends and family know. The rudest place we have ever been.

Golden Corral our kam

Our Kam Melissa is altering our schedules after our GM leaves to go home. She stay letting most of her family eat for free. If you look back at the camera she always sitting around and leaving to go see her male friend. She hardly help us out in the kitchen. She also changes the servers schedule which is causing more altercation. She has two servers. Peggy and sharrole. She change the floor chart to make sure the have great sections. I just transferred here and on the A-team.

Golden Corral bacon, coffee and fruit

After getting my family I informed my server that I wanted regular coffee, and proceeded to get my food. I got grits, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon. When I got to my seat I took a sip of my coffee, and it was luke warm. While waiting to inform my server I started eating my food and found that my bacon had strands of hair in it. I informed the manager and he told me he had replaced the bacon tray but i was uncomfortable really trying more. There was little choice from the fruit, there where no bananas for my cereal.

Golden Corral food choices

We ate at 11:08. It was I will admit early for lunch but that's not an excuse. However the bar was full but the choices were poor in the meat selection. There were no BEEF items on the bar. No hamburger, no beef stew, no roast beef, no steak, NO beef. There was chicken cooked several different ways. There was bacon from the breakfast items. And there was ham but no one to carve it. In short if you didn't want chicken you didn't eat. Disappointed in this Golden Corral.

Golden Corral poor food & service

Cumming Town Center, 2025 Market Pl Blvd, Cumming, GA 30041

Customer Service:

I had the worst meal I have ever had at the above Golden Corral the evening of APRIL 18, 2017.

Food was cold, hush puppies as hard as rocks, baked potatoes were yellow and cold.
I mentioned it to my waitress and she simply said things were slow and food was under the lights too long.

When I arrived there was no one manning the cash register and I had to call out several times.

This was terrible service and a terrible meal.

My total was $12.29 as I am a senior.

Will never go to another of your restaurants…I just thought you would want to know.

We went there for dinner I went to get roast beef the lady passes me thick fat I told her I cant eat that fat there was about half inch off meat the other all thick fat .I would not feed it to a dog well she j didn't want to slice a piece off half decent meat just asked the next customer what he wanted I walked away but I was going to tell the manager and I wouldent mind it was our 54th wedding anniversary you live and learn where to go for mealsThank You

Golden Corral the forks

One of your forks had a sharp edge and it slid across my lip and cut my lip. Shouldnt they be checked before getting put back out? It pretty muched burned the whole time I ate and for the rest of the day when I spoke. I come and eat here all the time and with the exception of small inconveniences I come back because the food is good. This time it was a huge inconvenience being that the problem dragged on past the dinner.

Golden Corral service

It is Easter Sunday so I decide to take my boys out to eat. It was packed ofcourse but we sat down to eat and got a great Server named Susan at the Dothan Alabama Golden Corral. She was very attentive and sweet. I walked away to get my food and left my kids at table. I walk back and heard her say, "It would be nice if you pulled up youre chair in a nasty voice. I wasnt sure I heard that right so I asked my son did she really say that?! Her name was Heather by the way.He said yes and said mom she is RUDE! Apparently she was trying to sweep the food off floor from previous guest but my son was eating. I was so mad! I work in customer service and I know how you are supposed to deal with guest and this waitress does NOT have customer service skills at all..I frequent there at least once a month and i enjoy it, as well my boys but this was a horrible experience. I pay good money to eat there with my family and to be treated with such disrespect is not tolerable! Nobody has the right tp speak to kids like she spoke to my son..I hope neNastybusilden Corral will screen their waitresses alittle better because if this kind of things keep happening you will loose business and have alot of complaints. I am highly disatisfied. But kudos to Susan for being a excellant server may God bless her and you all give her some type of acknowledgement for a job well done. I hope to be contacted about this complaint as well..Thank you! Happy Easter!
