Ents 1: ek 603 economyflex plus 13aug2018 19:30karachi to dubaiek 229 economyflex plus 14aug2018 05:30dubai to seattleek 3123/as0394 economyflex plus 14aug2018seattle to los angelesthese were my original ticket I purchased, ek 229 was late letting us out of the plane so my next flight was missed since not enough time to reach the alaska airlines terminal. of course once I reached after running they closed the doors. they gave me option of flight next day, 16 hours later. i'm a heart patient at that i'm already not feeling good, I requested them to give an early flight since there is soo many airport in los angeles and so many flights were going as well, they told me there is a seat open in a flight that is leaving the airport in 1 hour but it's first class seat and they won't give that to me. my wife called the emirates customer service since I had no energy to talk or walk to the other terminal in seattle for emirates (that was in different terminal, 25 min walk) she told emirates customer service the whole story and they told her they are not able to see that seat since it's boarding in an hour or so the agent told her that go ahead and buy the first ticket you see and file a complain that's the only option we got. I then went to counter and explain them again the whole situation and they still had that seat open but they won't give me the seat and charged me roughly $549 to take that seat. I need the reimbursement for the ticket
