eDreams unaccompanied minor

I just recently booked a flight (today) on eNightmare Bali to Sydney for my son. While booking I selected special assistance - unaccompanied minor button. I was notified I will be contacted further. When my confirmation was sent I had nothing to say that my son was booked as an unaccompanied minor. I called Garuda straightaway (because I attempted to call eNightmare but soon found out that was a JOKE). Garuda informed me that my ticket was not valid and to call eNightmare... and here I am, in a small panic. I have sent a contact form but am nervous that will do absolutely nothing. Is there an ombudsman that can be contacted in regards to refunds/tickets and fraudulent sites?

eDreams bali deal online

Hello
Tried to book flights to Bali from perth return tonight and landed at the payment page and your website dropped out and gave me a pop up box message. I have attached this below. When I attempted to re start if tried to load for minutes and kept dropping. I wanted to secure those dates times and prices. How can this be rectified please.

eDreams non refundable flight because of misspelled passenger first name

I am very disappointed by eDreams service. I have bought a ticket from Rome to Bangkok online and straightaway I have realized I made a typo mistake when digitizing my mum's name. As it was 22.30 in the evening, I could not contact the customer service until the next day because they close at 20.00. When I contacted them, I was really shocked to hear I could not modify the name of the passenger travelling. So they told me I could have traveled at the risk of being denied boarding or I had to cancel the flight without any reimbursement.
This is really ridiculous because if I had bought the ticket directly with Etihad Airlines I could have changed the passenger's details within 24 hrs. Furthermore, I do understand I made a mistake when typing, but I didn't imagine this was so bad as a capital punishment. I will never use Edreams again in my life. It is useless to use Edreams anyway because you don't get the same services you have with the original airlines plus you don't really save any money at all.

eDreams no flight confirmation received and flight was changed

Warning do not use EDreams to purchase any of your airline tickets. There Customer service is poor. When speaking to a manager who states that he will call you back he does not. But when you call him back his response was sorry I was working on the call. They will escalate the call but it will take 24 hours and your flight leaves in the morning. I never received the confirmation for the 1st leg and they could not provide me a copy of the email where they sent the confirmation out. The flight never showed in my flight itinerary with United as i am a Frequent Flyer.

eDreams refund of "cancellation+ assistance insurance" no [protected]

I booked flights online on Saturday 12Nov16 for self +wife + daughter from New Delhi to St Petersburg and back for 04Jun17 & 12Jun17 respectively. Alongwith the online booking process, I was also given the option to seek Insurance for "Cancellation+ Assistance Insurance" despite the travel sector being and the address of residence being clearly mentioned while doing the booking. I did the booking for Insurance also for me & my family and was charged Euros 81.03 for the same. Subsequently I got to know that the Insurance is not valid for India and the travel sector booked by me. I therefore request that the Insurance may please be cancelled and the Insurance booking amount of Euros 81.03 may be reimbursed and credited into my account as soon as possible. Many thanks. In this regard my discussion with your customer care team today is also relevant.

eDreams flight booking

I booked a direct flight from Malaga to Gatiwck through edreams. When I received confirmation it said I had a six hour stop at Madrid. Although hugely inconvenient, I decided to keep the booking. When I received the online check in, the flight was from Malaga to Heathrow, via Madrid. I have now had to book another flight with another operator. I emailed edreams and did not get a reply and I have tried calling but cannot get through. I have now noticed many people have had similar problems and have posted details online.
Please advise what I should do next.

eDreams check in code

i tried to check in with the boarding pass code you provovided me ie 7EXB5D and with your boking ref.[protected] but I failed.
I called your customer service and they gave me a new boarding code ie JX4VK and was ok.
My complaint is that I spent much time trying to check in with the wrong code and eventually I had to make an overseas call for more than 5 minutes to find out the correct code.

eDreams unethical behaviour

Please avoid buying tickets through eDreams. It used to be a good and honest way of buying tickets before but now it a total dishonest booking service. I could not avoid being charged for the ticket and cancel it because they ask you all the credit card information before they tell you the real price which ultimately is 50% higher than the original price. After they get all your credit card information they charge you an additional amount for the return ticket which is basically 50 to 60% more than the initial price they claimed. In spite of the fact that I did not continue with the return ticket they still charged my credit card. All my efforts to get a refund for the tickets were in vain; they said that the airlines refused to refund which is incorrect. This kind of practice should be illegal as another customer just mentioned; the final price should be quoted before people enter their credit card information.

eDreams international flights

I bought an international flight to san francisco goiania, the intention of being just a flight, with a stopover in Fort laudardale and another in sao paulo and then goiania. I tried to check in before the websites of the first travel company Virgin America and then the blue, no yield. when I arrived at the airport came the news that the travel company not had nenhuam relationship with each other and that this flight was a domestic flight, not an international, ie had to pay excess baggage, I am at risk of losing flight Fort Landerdale blue to Sao Paulo because I have no time to pick up my luggage to check in and dispatches them again, I am traveling alone with assistance wheelchair because I am with a broken foot. edreams is a farce, a crock, do not have any customer assistance after I called it they said it could not do nothing! they sell a flight cheating the customer, if pasaando by international and simply steal the customer, now I miss my flight to goiania. as I'm going to do ?

eDreams communication failure

I went to go check in from my connector flight from Dublin to London. I was told I was not on the flight attendance list, while I had an email saying it was confirmed by eDreams. I also looked on my account, it said the same thing. My friend and I booked our flights together, same day, same company, same flights. She had no issues. I then had to spend $327 USD to not be stranded in a foreign country and to make sure I would be able to return home later that same week. There was a blatant lack of communication between myself and eDreams, as well as eDreams and the airline, City Jet. I was also told by eDreams that I WOULD NOT receive a confirmation email from City Jet airline, the same thing was said to my friend on that flight. If there is an issue with payment or with booking a flight, your clients need to be told. To be taken by surprise at check in, and then spending two times the original flight amount in order to not be stranded is INEXCUSABLE.

eDreams inaccurate pricing information

Thank goodness at the last minute I avoided booking with this dishonest online travel agency. After I had already entered my card information, the final price of my purchase went up 70 euros. I was able to click and see that this corresponded to various fees destined to the company that had never been mentioned previously. This kind of practice should be illegal; the final price should be quoted before people enter their credit card information. Luckily, I realized just in the nick of time and went directly to the airline website and purchased my tickets for the price I had originally been quoted

eDreams flights booked

I tried to book flights through eDreams but when making payment it kept saying 'invalid transaction'. After a few attempts at booking I went to another website and booked my flights unbeknown to be that my so called 'invalid transaction was actually successful! the call centres have not been helpful, they keep leaving me on hold, not sending forms they said they would for me to complain and try get a refund.

Hello Tanyasteynberg,

I had exact same problem. I tried booking on eDreams website but the payment screen said "Transaction Invalid and declined the payment". I ended up booking on lastminute.com which went through with no problem. But then eDreams sent an email saying they booked the ticket. How can they book ticket if their website in first instance said "Transaction invalid and declined payment".

eDreams appears to scam, fradulent website and should be closed down. They appear to take consumers money and when obtaining refund, they dis-acknowledge and do not reply to email's telephone calls.

eDreams flight booking return from london to perpignan france

My flight home from Perpignan to London was cancelled 24 hours before the flight on 28 June 2016. The flight number was FR 937. I had to book a flight with a different airline which cost me a lot of money. I requested a refund from Ryanair who informed me that they sent the money to edreams as I had booked through them. Since then I have emailed edreams for a refund more than 20 times. Twice they have informed me they have refunded the money but it has not been sent to my bank account. They acknowledge that the payments were never sent and that they are still processing my refund. We are now over three months since my original request and no nearer being refunded the £99.47 they owe me. They no longer reply to my emails and I have no idea how to take this matter forward.
Please can you look into this matter for me, I would hugely appreciate it. Yours fatefully, Alexandra ROSSI

eDreams no assistance after check in refusal

On may 2016 I booked a flight from tell avis to johannesburg using edreams.
I bought flight tickets with iberia for october 7th 2016.

Although I put in my kids ages, I was not told to prepare birth certificates for all kids under 18.

After waiting 2 hours in check in lines, we were refused check in due to lack of birth certificates.

Iberia ticketing office told us no flights are available for us until october 17th 2016. They also said no flight space was available with ba.

Calling edreams customer service, waiting long for an answer, I was not given a reasonable alternative as well.

After the flight took off we were declared "non show" and our ticket was deleted.

Now I had to book another flight after getting the forms which made my expenses jump by 400%. Guess what - I am flying with ba ("no seats available" remember... )

Why dont they put a big notice booking tickets to south africa regardinh the need to prepare birth certificates?

Why dont they offer alternative flights on spot?

I am very disatisfied and will contact a lawyer.

eDreams payment declined / refund process

I made a booking on Thursday 22/09/2016 and the payment screen displayed a failed transaction and stated declined card payment of amount £92.33. This resulted in booking with lastminute.com which went through successfully with no problem. However, the following day, eDreams processed the stated declined transaction and funds came out of my account on Monday 26th September 2016. After several calls to eDreams, I was informed (first a female, second a male) a refund of the full amount £92.33 GBP would be made as they traced identical bookings (eDreams and Last minute.com) for the same passenger.

In order to obtain refund from eDreams, I was told to complete the eDream online form for a refund. eDreams have acknowledged the completed form submission, but it is now 2 weeks and eDreams has failed to reply.

I've also contacted GermanWing airline who confirmed the refund has been processed and it would take 1 day to credit. But the refund has been credited to someone who works in eDreams and they are holding the funds. I appreciate if eDreams could process the refund of 92.33 as discussed over the telephone twice with 2 different staff members at eDreams Customer Service and or at least provide a response as indicated in their acknowledge email that they asked me to complete their online form.

eDreams no customer support at all

I am really disappointed with this company I booked a flight and I did a misspelling mistake on a passenger name should be Rita and was Rta simple as that. On the moment, I get the confirmation I detected straight away the mistake and get in touch with the company has been a nightmare. Long hours waiting for someone answer my call, put on hold again, hang out my calls, no straight answers and after 15 days my issue still ongoing. I don't know what to do...booking was done at 20 Sep 2016 my reference nr is [protected] ... maybe is better my solicitor deal with it because I am stress with all this...

eDreams cancellation of flight with no refund

On 5 Sept 2016 I made a return flight booking JHB to Zanzibar and received a confirmation. The money was also immediately taken from my card. On 7 September 2016 I was informed that there was a schedule change and the flight from Jhb to Zanzibar has been cancelled. On 8 September I received an email that a "refund has been processed and credited to your card". According to my knowledge if it has been processed and credited it should surely reflect. Upon questioning I was informed that it takes a while? On 14 Sept I spoke to a consultant who informed me the money would reflect by 8 Oct. Today however I was informed it can take up to three months! I mean really?
I tried to find out what is going on with the flight from Zanzibar to JHB but could not get any answers. As it is peak season I had to make another booking as the flights are getting more expensive and they selling out. I did make a booking and had to pay for that as well! Today I received an email that an alternative flight is available on 4 January. First of all I can not return on the 4th I need to be back on the 1st. Secondly I couldn't wait until someone get back to me. The second airline that I booked with does also not allow for cancellations.
The consultant I spoke to today said that she would request for the flight to be cancelled and refunded as well but who knows how long this is going to take! Really this is such an inconvenience and unfair. I need that money! I have also seen that I am not the first person that had these issues. Can you please have a look and let me know what it going on as I really need to get my money back.

eDreams duplicated surname on flight ticket fault of booking system - asking for €55 to remove duplicate name

I booked a return flight to Ibiza for myself and my daughter with eDreams on 22 Sept 2016. Flying out with Thompson on 22 October 2016 and returning on British Airways on 25 October 2016. The booking has duplicated my surname in error, there was no probalem with my daughters. So the booking says David Dickson Dickson

I contacted Thompson who immediately removed the duplicate name and re-issued the ticket without charge.
When I contacted British Airways they said the booking agent would need to remove the duplicate surname but there was no mention of a fee for this.
When I called eDreams they said they would contact British Airways to get the duplicated surname removed. E-Dreams have e-mailed today saying British Airways want €30 and they charge €25 for this name change.
This is a duplicated surname that my assumption is the booking site has made in error as I would have no reason to type my surname in twice? This is not an incorrect name or a name change the flight is still for me I am just asking for the repeated surname to be removed.

I would like eDreams to remove the duplicated surname without charge.

eDreams edreams customer service agent

I called eDreams to correct a typo on my flight ticket and after 30 minjtes waiting in line the agent named PRAMOD informs me that I need to pay 50 Euros. I get rather upset about this and tell PRAMOD I do not consent to paying 50 euros, when i try to explain why I do not think it is fair for me to lay this, Pramod begins talking over me, will not listen and ends up shouting: YOU MADE A MISTAKE AND NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY! hanging up on me seconds later. I have never spoken to anyone so rude. Please listen to the conversation, its incredible.

It is normal that you have to pay for making this kind of mistakes. Every airline / travel agent /booking site does the same.
You are correct that he was rude, but you were most likely not very polite either and making a stupid argument.

eDreams horrible customer service

I booked the above referenced flight for my family and I to travel from Caracas to Fort Lauderdale on December 26th. The airline was supposed to be Dynamic Air. Unfortunately and thanks to comments from a friend I found out by contacting Dynamic directly that they have cancelled the route CCS-FLL permanently. From the moment I found out I have attempted to contact your customer service agents to inform you about the route cancelation. 3 times I have called and 3 times I've encountered robotic, scripted customer service agents unwilling to listen and think for 2 seconds. They keep repeating the booking is still confirmed in their system. The first time I called, the lady stated it was going to be escalated to research and asked me to call 2 days later. I called 2 days later and the male agent just repeated that the booking was confirmed and sent me a confirmation email. the 3rd time I called was last night when out of frustration from hearing the same story about the booking being confirmed I asked to speak to a supervisor, got transferred to him/her and was placed on hold until the call was canceled, supervisor never came to the phone.
I hope you can imagine my frustration to think I could be sitting at the airport with my wife and 2 kids with a confirmed booking for an airline no longer flying. Even more frustration that the company I used to book the tickets though I unable or unwilling to help solve the matter.
At this point all I need is an immediate full refund of my money so I can by the tickets through a different airline before prices skyrocket.
I am out of ways and ideas on how to get your agents to understand and decide to help; to the point I am considering engaging a legal team to address the matter and maybe look into a class action lawsuit, I would be surprised I am the only person being affected by your lack of customer service.
Bellow I am copying the email response from Dynamic Air when I asked them to put in writing the information regarding the route, the communication was done in Spanish, I would assume someone in your staff would be able to read it.

Yes you are correct this company should be closed down
I booked a flight in August to return ten days later at a cost of 750.00 pounds,
I took the option to be able to change my return date only to find no body responded to the flight change until after the return date,

I have now been left stranded in a forgion country with no flight home,
