I ordered a coat on December 25 and haven't heard from you and haven't received any information on this, it was a xxxlarge and you took my money of 42.25 out of my credit card, is the coat being shipped or is my money being refunded?     If you have not received an order number, please provide us the following:

    1. First 6 and Last 4 digits of the card used
    2. Transaction Amount
    3. Transaction Date
    4. Card holder's Name
    5. Screenshot of charge from DHgate
