I can't believe I fell for it again! I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase on DHgate.com. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter 60 days in advance from a seller with a 90+ seller rating, but I was scammed BAD. The dress I received was nothing like the picture that was advertised. It was short, burgundy, stiff, with the wrong pattern sewn on it. It was a hot mess! I tried to get a refund by talking to the company via chat, but no one knew how to read or speak proper English. They requested pictures and videos, but even after sending them, they still decided to close my case. I was so frustrated that I decided to contact my bank, Chase, and they refunded my money. Now, Chase is in the process of going after DHgate.com.

I had ordered from DHgate.com before and was scammed with some hair for my daughter. I didn't think I would experience another scam because it was from a different seller, but I was wrong. I refuse to be scammed again, so I wrote complaints to the consumer imports and exports division, filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and also the Better Business Bureau. I suggest that everyone who has been scammed by this company file a complaint with these companies so that they can get their privileges revoked from doing business with the United States. I also found a complaint with MasterCard, Visa, and Discover so that it can go on record that DHgate.com is fraudulent.

I ended up buying the dress from an online retailer in the United States stationed in Texas called Quinceanera.com. They have designer dresses, and the dress I bought was exactly how it was pictured. It was well worth the $700 that I paid for it. The $143 that I paid for the dress off of DHgate.com was a big scam, and I learned my lesson. The dress from Texas was perfect, and my daughter was the happiest girl in the world. It was a quinceanera dress that she wore for prom, and it was worth every penny.

By the way, I'm still team Chase Bank. They are the best. Whenever you buy something and don't receive the product that you paid for, you should always go through your credit card company or bank company, and they're supposed to refund you your money because you paid for a product that you did not receive. Good luck to anyone who wants to buy from DHgate.com, but buyer beware. Please read reviews, I only wish I had.

Bag was not as described and faulty. Bag was not leather. Bag had hole on stitching. Bag straps were faulty one side was attached and one side was not. Seller said £5 gesture for damage in transit. I raised a dispute for full refund and supplied evidence. I had been in hospital for hand surgery, spoke to DH Gate they said case closed but send for full refund and email agent direct. I did. I placed an order for two items on dh gate. It was my first time purchasing something from their site so I was very excited. However, I placed my order and I never got a confirmation screen instead I got an error message. I thought the order just didn’t go through but it did because my card was charged. I have no confirmation email and my account shows no recent orders so I am very upset and confused. I have reached out to customer service multiple times but they haven’t helped me.

I purchased a purse that was to be 1:1 quality. After waiting a month for it to come I received a purse with paint stains, glue all on the handles, stitching not comple, borders crooked, handles completely not as discribed. The purse a trash. I filed a dispute and after waiting 7 days was offered $15 on a $80 purchase. They made me release the payment before I could file a dispute which is completely dishonest. Seller never responded. DO NOT BUY FROM DHGATE.

I placed an order for a purse. My card was charged but I never received a confirmation email and the website is showing that no orders have been placed. Worst customer service ever! I have tried to find a resolution via online chat but it’s seem to be a bot that doesn’t understand my question. They don’t even have a customer service phone number. I would like a full refund

I made 2 orders of the same bag with the impression it would arrive looking like the image shared on their sellers shop.

When the order arrived, the stitching, sizing and quality of the product is very poor and not as described.

With paying over £80 for both products I was expecting a better quality product. The brand logo on the item is falling off, the box it arrived in was damaged before I even opened it and it overall is of a very poor standard.

The sizing as described is in accurate and is far too small compared to the images and referencing described on the sellers shop. I will not be able to use this product and is very disappointing.

Ordered 30-50 Stanley cups on February 20th, when I went to check the order in my account, it wasn’t there, and I emailed DHGate, they sent me a tracking number and promised that the cups would be here before March 23rd. It’s now March 25th, and DHGate is now telling me that my order number: [protected], is invalid.

I’m out $400, and they aren’t doing anything to help.

After giving the company my measurements and having the gown costume made I was so disappointed when I received it .The gown is way to big on me ,I’m swimming in it and way to long .I took it for alteration ,and it will cost me almost as the gown it self .I tried so many times to get in touch with the co .just to make an exchange for a smaller size ,many two sizes down and shorter with no success .Finally my Daughter got through bu couldn’t send it because will not except it .This co. gives costumer such a hard time to get in touch with them if yo want to exchange or get a return /refund .Don’t ever order from them .And by the way I just found the same dress on AliExpres for half of the price and they except free returns with no questions ask .I wish a saw it before I ordered with DHGate .I love the gown ,just wished they made it according to my measurements , I need it ASAP for a upcoming wedding.

Dhgate is in my humble opinion is corrupt and the upper management is in own it even though they are a multimillion company they look the other way when their raking in millions from unassuming Americans thinking their going to get what they ordered like any other company where you order something and you're supposed to get it. But you never ever get your stuff and if you do get your stuff it's an empty box or it's sent to the wrong address you can't return it there's no contact number you going to circle trying to contact people you send an email don't never gets a response you get basically know where they just rip you off I have to emphasize they rip you off you [censored] Americans.

They have no scruples in passing the BUCK. When you get ripped off, Ignored, automated responses that lead NO WHERE. It's un American totally shocked that you would be blatantly in your face lied and deceived by by the stinking rotten rip-off artists the reviews I've seen on Google giving at least two stars they should get zero Stars people saying how you can contact their customer service on YouTube what a joke what a joke I want to give you the biggest joke of all read this this is an actual quote from the CEO of dhgate who I tried to email and I've emailed the vice president and anybody else that will listen because I'm one of these people that freaking hate to get ripped off it's not the money it's the principal but I can't stand people like this here's what this CEO had to say.

DH Gate has got to stop allowing its sellers to force products on buyers. I contacted the seller days before any product was shipped out and DHgate is forcing me to accept the item from the seller. Why not just cancel the order? Now I have to wait for a long arbitration process. The seller has already shipped an item that I told them not too ahead of time so that they did not have to physically take it to a post center. This is crazy.

I ordered my item on 12/2/22. I kept tracking it and using the app but it constantly glitched. I had been in contact with the seller numerous times on the app and again I could never tell if my message went through because the DHGate app is horrible. But I contacted the seller 2 days ago, on 1/4/23, to inquire about status of the item. The seller responded on 1/5/23 saying he would look into it. I foolishly used the app again to track the item and it glitched again and it now shows item received.

The item has not been received. The app is horrible and now I can’t open a dispute because it shows I pressed the received button and I did not! The app is horrendous and it glitched! I need help because seller is not responding! I just want my item!

I have used DHGate for years and been satisfied but the way the app is set up, it is unreliable and horrible.

I ordered two Items on DHgate and came back days later to track my orders but the site told me "for security reasons, DHgate has closed your account". This is very confusing and terrifying because i ordered stuff and the money for the orders have been taken. Please if this is a way of robbing people of their money it's very dumb and can land the whole business in messy lawsuits that is uncalled for so please i would like to know why my account was closed for no reason and more importantly, i want to know what is going to happen to my orders or if i would get a refund.

I ordered about 6 things from DHgate two days ago. I spent over 100$ on this store with my first work pay check. I wake up this morning to check if any of my orders have been shipped and when I try to log in, DHgate says that they've closed my account for safety concerns. I dont understand, im a first time buyer and im completely dissapointed. I spent earned money and now will I even get my orders?

Afternoon, so I ordered off DH gate yesterday and I ordered two items seperately and both orders I did not receive a confirmation email but I did receive a order number but it's now disappeared, the last time I checked yesterday my orders were waiting shipping, it's now the next day and I logged into my account on my other device to see if my order status is there or has updated, however when I go to my orders nothings appeared.

I have proof of both transaction on my bank statement.

i ordered a guitar from DH Gate about one month ago and paid by credit card. they sent me pictures of the build and i asked them to check some build details. they sent me pics which looked fine and i asked them to ship the guitar to me in the UK. since then I have heard nothing despite my messages asking for confirmation of shipping. they are saying they have shipped but the shipping ref doesnt show up on tracking and they are quoting end of january 2023 but I did pay extra for a speedy shipping
