So I don't know if the seller is offline or something but I go into his so-called store and it doesn't appear it says it's not real and I'm afraid I did get scammed really disappointed I thought it would be better. it says it's shipping and all its way but the seller hasn't contacts me but says he/she is online. I've been also charged twice for the same product?

Scam sellers named AvonAvon, dnydysonfryer, and wangjuan013. Please everyone beware of buying anything on dhgate. I have attempted now 8 orders at trying to buy a dyson supersonic and dyson wave styler. Several sellers gave fake tracking numbers, with someone else's name and address other side of country, the other sent rock and I signed for box, so dhgate would not return my 350.00. Then I find later getting to know app the site does not allow buyers to leave feedback if you request refund or if order cancelled. So I cannot warn others!, now talk about a SCAM! This is DHGate allowing this! I sent customer service, their chat, and even tried Facebook to send names of each seller who scammed to make sure the company removes them...BUT THEY DId not remove...they allow sellers to keep scamming people! Even another person somehow left feedback and said same thing seller sent to wrong place, even somehow shipped it out 2 days before they actually paid! So obviously the seller is making up tracking. Are they still on DHGate? YES, dhgate allows sellers even if they defrauded people! Beware to all! It's a scam, and they just don't care! From user leadershipneeded@gmail.com. But when someone has 20 transactions and 0 review...they are usually scammers, as this means none of those buyers were able to leave feedback because their order was in mediation or refunded or requested refund. Dhgate will also put fake good reviews to balance out! You can tell the ones they will do advertisement in review, give pictures, etc.

On July 15, 2019 another email sad that the Seller "wangjuan 013" has declined my proposal to send me my order and will do Partial Refund: US 19, 16!?

This place is a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company!
I was ensured that a dress that I ordered would me here by July 4th BEFORE I ordered my dress! Promotionspace (a DHGATE seller who has a 6th year Recommended Supplier with 6453 Transactions and 99% Positive Feedback posted on the DHGATE website...HOW THEY EARNED A SCORE OF 99% IS BEYOND ME AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) ensured me that I would receive my dress on or before the July 4th. It is presently July 13th and I still haven't received my dress!
After placing my order, I continued to message them asking for updates. Most of my messages were ignored. The few messages that they finally did respond to, they still continued to give false promises that my dress would arrive on or before the date that I provided them PRIOR to my order.
I'm now convinced, IF I ever do receive the dress that I ordered, it probably won't even look anything like the picture online either!
Do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate honorable company... even if you have to pay more money... it'll be worth it! Because ordering from DHGATE will be the worst mistake you can make if you're shopping for a special dress for your wedding, prom, homecoming or any other special event that you need a dress for!

I bought a machine for DHgate company Ausdruck Store https://www.dhgate.com/store/prosalonmachine#listing_store-6 and after 2 weeks a tecnhical problem has been arrised. They immediatelly send me a new handle part which I waited for a month and it was broken. The seller agreed to send the machine back to them in order to get a refund. I paid shipping cost 90 euro and he claimes that I did something (without giving details of information) wrong and that the parcel is stuck on clearance office in Shanghai. The DHgate team informed that he probably has been requested to pay clearance fees. He has stopped the communication and not repsonding to my messages nor to DHgate team. Beware it's a scam

I purchased a pair of shoes ("Fasion SB Stefan Janoski") but i did not receive a confirmation email and there is no sign of the order on my account, however my credit card has been charged and there is still no sign of my order after 4 days.
I would like a refund or for the item i ordered to be sent.

Payment was processed on Wednesday 12 June NZT.

They send an email about my order that has been delivered and completed. I never received anything. Tracking number was false. Wrong item and wrong address DHL confirmation. No response on disputes or messages I send. With all the technology in place how can they get away with this? How to contact DHgate does anyone have information? Or did anyone looked into other legal ways

I bought a dyson blow dryer and my order was shipped to New Jersey, I live in TX! I had proof of delivery with some guys signature and the seller wouldn't respond. DH Gate would not refund my order until 6 days, then they processed it saying me and the seller reached an agreement? No we didn't, I was scammed and I think DH Gate is the fake account holder. Now I have to wait 15-30 days before my money is refunded. So all together they are holding my money for over a month when they know that I was scammed? DH Gate is a scam and they won't even let me leave a review for this seller?

Thieves! There was no doubt what I ordered, it was printed in huge text on the enclosed order slip. I got something entirely different, thief seller claimed i'd approved it. Dhgate's customer service agreed with their thief. What I got was fourth-rate junk, I sent pictures confirming that. Dhgate agreed with their thief. If you want to order from them, throw your money in the garbage can instead. That way you'll avoid the 45 day delay in getting nothing you can use.

This is ridiculous. I bought these now over a month ago and the day after I received the sneakers I started emailing for a return with a new pair to be sent or a refund.
