Del Taco / pollo asadaa avocado bowl and wrong secondary meal and failure to act

On January 8th at 12:06 CST we visited the drive thru on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City OK 73132. This was our first Del Taco experience, and this store had just opened 8 days prior to our visit. I ordered the Pollo Asada Avocado bowl. 1) it was this short tiny dish and nothing like the long spread in the pic online 2) the slices of avocado was past expiration. It was not simply brown on top as avocados will brown when you cut them and leave them out (but totally not acceptable for a restaurant), but the brown was softer than the rest of the avocado, it was a very dark brown, and from the side view it took up about a third of the layer of the avocado. 3) the food taste like pure salt, 4) no plastic ware, 6) we also ordered the street taco, but my son received a burrito plato instead, 7) we a couple extra extra random food items we didn't order. 7) we tried to phone them for over an hour when we found out. 8) we tried to complete the 10-15 minute form online with about 15 mandatory questions from a drop down set of menus before you can state your issue just to have it flip back to the beginning after completion. Finally reached the local store and they were refusing to refund order and very rude. They said we could have more food. Did online form again, got confirmation letter that it was being transferred to correct people, and a week later still no response, sent picture of the weird receipt for almost $23 and the rotting avocado. I can't respond to that email, webpage has no phone number... just located some 800 number online
