Del Taco customer service

I had lunch at the Sunset location in LA, CA 5/14. I downloaded the app to retrieve the two free tacos. Once I completed the download, I asked the manager if I could order chicken; to which he replied, "Yes." When he attempted to scan the bar code, he then advised that I could only order beef. As a point of reference, I do not eat beef or pork. It was most certainly NOT MY FAULT that he wasn't privy to the app regulations of a company that he works for. In contrast, I was hungry and in a rush, so I ordered for two tacos and a drink. And then to add insult to injury, he offered no discount or even a free drink. The customer service was the absolute worst!. Rest assure that was my first and last visit to any Del Taco anywhere!

Del Taco service

Went Del Taco on 3540 South Labrea in Los Angeles at 2am, was gonna order and the guy in the drive thru said they couldn't take orders cause they're resetting the company. I know they can take cash, they just didn't want to work. That's ridiculous and disgusting behavior. I would get rid of workers who don't want to work, and you Del Taco are losing money because of there laziness. Today is May 4th, 2am staff. You really need to talk with them or actually let them go...

3540 South La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles, May 4th, 2am, your lazy staff said they couldn't take orders cause they were resetting the cash registers. That's BS, they can take cash, they just don't want to work, let that staff go, their useless and were supwr blaise about the whole thing. They are an embarrassed to your company... I've been to other "24" hour stops and they don't play these games. Please address this cause you're losing money by these workers you have who won't do their job

Del Taco store closed

I am writing because the store location at 3106 SPORTS ARENA BLVD.
SAN DIEGO, CA 92110 is always closed from 5-6 am supposedly due to doing a turn over yet sometimes they are open (very rare). This is the only location near my work and the only time I can visit the store. I have never seen another chain do this and if this is standard policy can the sign be updated to not say OPEN 24 HOURS? This is very frustrating because as a customer, I expect to be able to order at any time. It would seem if I had cash that they could write down the order and take the cash and ring it up later. I am requesting something be done for customers to order 24/7 at this location.

Del Taco customer service

Hello my name is Jahaira, I attended the Del Taco in Yuma Az on 2451 South Ave B. I placed my ordered in the drive through and once I got to the window Sergio looked at my $50 and looked at me like if my money was fake. He said he couldn't accept it and I had no change . This food was to feed me kids they were hungry and that $50 was all I had . He than proceeded to laught at my face which was not necessary . I will never be attending this restaurant again it made me feel like all the employees attacked me ! I hope you fix this issue

Del Taco no management or supervisor

Went to Store # 1009. On April 30, At 7pm. It was a Tuesday night. We went to get 6 burrito's and 6 taco meal. I thought it was a simple meal for a Tuesday. I'm pretty sure your company has surveillance camera's in the store, so please look it up. Anyway when it took longers then 30 min. for my food I asked what the hold up was because there were people getting there before me and I was there before them. I don't receive a receipt because the person that was helping me was new with no supervision. I was alittle upset with service and asked for the manager and was told that there was no manager on sight because they quit, I was to beleive that this store was operating with no management supervisor there? Really?! The employees names that were working with no supervison were - Teresa, Esteven, Cierra, Lavren, The rest were to scared to give me there names. What I'm trying to justified is, Everyone wants 15 dollars an hour and you have manager quitting? Is it Corprate fault? Del Taco drive thru experience

We went to your store located at 1141 N Magnolia St in Anaheim shortly after midnight on Sunday 4/27/19. My wife was driving and we were a little confused as to where were to order . We didn't see an intercom at the menu board. I see now why we didn't see it. It was before the menu board and we drove past it to see what's on the menu. It was also covered by a banner for the Beyond taco and it was dark. Perhaps we were less than observant, but we didn't deserve to be treated the way we were. After waiting for quite a while at the menu board for someone to answer, we drove forward thinking maybe we needed to order at a later point. We waited in line another 10 minutes to reach the window to inquire. We explained to the male, Hispanic employee at the window that we didn't see an intercom there. We asked if we could order from the window instead and he said no. He said there was an intercom there. We would need to wait in line again. By that time there were several cars behind us and the line was slow to begin with. You lost a customer and quite possibly, depending on your response, earned a bad review on Yelp and Google for this location. Please make sure this employee realizes that behaving in such a rude, petty and punitive manner toward a customer is not acceptable. It wasn't as if we had somehow been negligent or sneaky and deserved to be made to wait in line punishment for not being compliant. Perhaps he was sick of people doing that several times a day, I don't know. Were that the case, it was only our first time there. If he felt too many people weren't understanding your set up, that would indicate the fault is on your store's end. For whatever reason, whether she was tired, wasn't observant, the fact is she wasn't clear on where to order. You just don't treat a customer like that. Granted, there were other orders that were waiting behind us but he could have asked her to pull up and park while they got our order. This guy should be suspended or fired. The hurt needs to be put on him one way or another. There is something intrinsically wrong with someone like this and he needs to be set straight in a way that he will remember. You will be doing this hot head a favor. He was very rude. Nail him! Don't feel sorry for him.

Del Taco they gave me the wrong order in the drive through and it was cold

I ordered the avocado boost meal. I got to tacos. No avocado and my food was cold. Tacos kinda soggy like they had been sitting. The meal was more expensive with the avocados. I was heading home after a long day. Not about to drive back. Usually the food is pretty good. I have always chosen Del Taco over Taco Bell but today. Not good at all. Actually the lady at the window was not very nice either. My grandson said she looked angry. Not a good experience at all

Del Taco poor service!

Went to del taco i. Fullerton in corner of euclid and rosecrans today for lunch after my daughters surgery at st. Jude - we were starving! Waited in line forever! Then after we paid and told them several times no catchup.. Just mild sauce please! We got our order - no receipt. When we asked for a receipt the guy told us was out of paper and didn't have the time to change it. And we paid with atm. So no receipt.. We get home? No mild sauce or any sauce for that matter! Ridiculous! Lazy!

Your daughter is in the hospital for surgery and all you are upset about is that they forgot the sauce on your food. You have issues. This is also called first world problems. I wonder why your daughter is in the hospital for surgery. Did your anger have something to do with it, or did she try to end her life so she did not have to deal with you.

Del Taco wrong order

Went through the drive-thru 4/19/19 at 11:25 am, ordered a #5 small with Sprite light ice...the person cut me off before I even finished. Headed back to work and felt inside the bag. Hard tacos. Went back said I ordered soft, got new order went out to car & they were hamburger not chicken. Pepper, not salt. Went back and I could tell they were mad. No apology. She said I only had frys in the bag but the tacos were underneath the frys. I have never in my life been treated like that at a restaurant and I will never go to that Del Taco again. I expect a reply so I actually know you got and actually read this complaint.

Del Taco service

Hi I went to the 440 s vincent ave west covina del taco location tonight around 9:00 and I placed an orde for two shrimp tacos thru the drive thru. Went up to the pickup window and I had apologized to the cashier and asked the cashier if it was too late to not put the tarter sauce in the shrimp tacos and he said it shouldn't be a problem his name was James I believe. Then he told one of his co workers in the prep line and I heard her complaining saying stupid customers can't then f**** ask earlier ? The order is done. The young man answered her saying that's what the customer wants and she and another lady look towards the drive thru and rolled their eyes and where bad mouthing about the change I had asked for. James came and asked if we wanted anything else and we said no... he closed the window. He cane to give my husband my order and I asked him what the ladies names where. He hesitated to tell me but he needed up saying Diana and Pricilla. I'm not sure if he gave me the correct names since he hesitated which made me feel like he made their names up. I felt offended that they would make a big deal about making a slight change after I had asked if it was okay and James said it was. If they had a problem they could've just said no or waited until I left for them to through a tantrum. So unprofessional.

Del Taco double burger and tacos

April 17, 2019 order #38 in Victorville, CA on &th St. 92395 store #0005 I ordered a double BURGER and hard tacos and medium fries. Not satisfied at all. The bread to my burger was rough and tasted unfresh. i also asked for no cheese on it. the hard tacos had barely anything in it n cracked. Fries were cold. I would like a refund or a better order. My daughter didn't even want to eat it.

Del Taco employees attitude and serving cold food!!!

Me and my family pulled into the drive thur at location #0737. The employee miss vazquez had a non welcoming tone in her voice. Very impolite tone. As I pay and grab my food at about 9:46am 4/18/19 you can tell the employee wasn't in the best mood... As we get home I bit into my burger and everything was cold the burger the buns and I was not satisfied... I love del taco but man this almost forced me to start going back to taco bell...

Del Taco poor customer service

Store number 75 in redlands ca I just wanted a vanilla shake and some cheese cake bites all I had was a 100 doller bill the lady in the front was very help full and tried to change it gor ne but said she didnt have change. She called the assit manager and she said"I wouldn't even take it" then she called the store manager and the store manager said she doesnt have change fit a 100 now everyfast food restaurant has change maybe not in the front but most likely in the back.

Del Taco hot sauce packets

Just a little concerned about the hot sauce packet colors and the mildness-spicy issue. Please watch this video for further explanation. To put is simply- typically the color of the sauce packets coordinates with the level of sauce spice. Orange then red then black, you've made orange the most spicy, which is just a bit confusing. Let me know what you think!

Del Taco 5$ fave box

I bit into the burrito and there was a piece of wire plastic inside the burrito, was pretty shocked. This is the del taco near my house and one that I've been going to for some time now and I have never had any kind of issues with them until now, this is actually really hazerdous and if it was a child that bit into this it could of been a lot worse.

Del Taco hard taco

Refer to image, this is like the 3rd tome it's happened to me . I go and these tacos have no meat ! What is this ? It was filled with lettuce and cheese the meat wasn't enough to fill a teaspoon! This location is horrible and are always rushing! Is this how you guys serve customers? Would you be satisfied with this is you bought this to feed your family ? How do you have the audacity to serve this

Del Taco food and service

I went in the drive thru first of all I waited behind the car in front of me for 10 mins. second there was no apology for the wait third my food took forever also. So, it happen to him and me Third when I was given my food I did not get the right hot sauce. Fourth my fries were cold. The little Spanish was not not nice at all and the black gay guy wasn't either. You should have people wearing name tags so we don't have to refer to people like that. So, that is your fault. I was not going back into the restaurant to complain I was hungry that is why I went in the drive thru not to have to go in. Your company really needs to address these problems. I am going to address corporate about this.

Del Taco food I ordered

At 4:39 am I ordered my food which was reg. Queso nachos and loaded queso fries with 4 doughnut bites. Mind you I was just released from the hospital so I needed to eat I was looking forward to fresh hot food and when I recurved the food it was no fresh at all the fries were not hot and they seemed to be sitting for a while. The chips had a disgusting taste to them and seemed stale and had a weird smell I'm very upset with this I even took pictures of the food I tried to warm it up in the microwave but that didn't help. My host Jason was nice but the food was a no go that should not be acceptable at all I would like someone to give me a call at9168072333 my name is jasmine Jackson thank you.

Del Taco no chocolate or strawberry shakes

Hi my name is kevin i eat at your resturant at least 2 to 3 times a week and for the last month +, the milk shake machine that makes chocolate & strawberry milk shakes has been broken!i love your milkshakes i think they are one of the best around the area, now that i know that, i will have to change to somewhere else to get a quick meal, i usually get a chocolate milk shake with every meal at del taco. I only hope that you get it fixed a.S.A.P. Asking for a chocolate milk shake and cant get one because management sucks and can't make a simple call to a repair facility is incompintant.If this dosent get handled soon i will quit eating your tasty food! thank you kevin

Del Taco bone in my salad

Hi I had went to the Del Taco off of Lincoln and Rio Vista in Anaheim, CA and had purchased a chicken avocado Salad, it was very delicious until I had came across a big bone in the salad. I had cracked my tooth and very disappointed. if you freshly make or package already, it doesn't matter it the fact of it being in my food. Let alone not paying close attention to what is being served to your customer very disappointed. Yes I would you to take care of this issue I have and handle it the best way possible. I will being looking forward to hearing back.
