My car booking at alicanti airport, Goldcar office on the 20th. May to 30th. may did not exist, they did not have any record of the booking. I arrived at Goldcar desk after 11.00. pm. on the 20th. may. I then had to book a car myself and pay a premium rate, and I was fortunate to have got a car that late at night. I have always booked with Goldcar and I never had this problem.
